A grin came to her lips as she glanced at the roller coaster behind them again. "I've actually never even met a werewolf before. So you're perfect how you are." Extending her hand, she grasped his and allowed him to bring her to the roller coaster line. She expected him to let go once they got there, but when he didn't, she blushed and looked at the ground. Her stomach was filled with butterflies; partly because he was holding her hand and partly because of the thrills that were soon to come from the ride. Every time people got on and the line grew a little shorter, her excitement grew. Her thoughts wandered slightly, but she was pulled back into reality when he asked about Jackson. "His name was Jackson. A fire tamer who acted like he was Gods gift to women or something." Aariana said, shrugging lightly. Now that she thought of it, Jackson did act like that. She was too happy right now to even care about him or the situation, though. "But he didn't dump me. He accidentally cheated on me. I dumped him." She added, raising one eyebrow slightly at the word 'accidentally'. A small laugh emitted from her throat at the word also. It was complete bull to her. You don't accidentally cheat on someone.
Moving up in the line a few step, she tossed the cotton candy left overs in the nearby trash can. She could hardly wait to get on the ride. Ari knew it already; she would hold on to the bars that came down over your shoulders for dear life, and scream like a little girl. But she would love every moment of it. "I'm assuming you don't have a girlfriend?" She asked Dylan, glancing suggestively down at their hands, then looking back to him with a grin. This was a dangerous question, she knew. It could possibly backfire, if he did have a girlfriend, and was brutally honest and decided to say that he did. That would be terrible. It would crush her inside, especially since this is the first man who's made her actually feel happy in awhile. He didn't treat her like a kid, just a person. She was having genuinely good time, and didn't particularly want it to get ruined.

Dylan only smiled as she said that he was perfect how he was, although he knew that he was not, but maybe this was what meeting a friend was like, finding someone who saw you for who you were and not raise you to any type of standers. He listened to her words about her ex boyfriend, something in him growing a bit angry. He just looked at her, just pushing a piece of hair behind her ear and guided her chin up to look up at him. “He sounds like an asshole. You deserve so much better,” he said, wanting to lean in and kiss her but just dropped his fingers to his side, knowing this was too soon. He did not want to rush into anything simply because he did not want to be that guy. Then the question told a lot about how she felt about him, wondering if they had already moved past friends, a smile rising to his lips as he just gazed back to her. “Mmm, you are correct,” he said as he still did not release her hand, wondering if this was what she wanted, but her smile was telling him more than he would ever decipher.
Then their turn finally came to get onto the roller coaster as he released her hand to sit towards the front and to strap himself in as he just looked over at her. He did feel like they were on a date right now and he honestly did not mind because it was something that he had never experienced. As the roller coaster started to rise to an immeasurable height, he just gazed over the surroundings below, finding the sight rather amazing.

Aariana smiled at his touch, and blushed lightly when he pushed her hair behind her ear. She was adjusting to the whole blushing thing, since she'd done it more times than she can count since she met him. The butterflies in her stomach went insane as it was their turn to get on. Strapping herself in next to Dylan, she just looked at him and smiled. He was one of the most amazing guys she'd ever met, even though they just became acquaintances. She snapped out her little day dream as the roller coaster started to move. Ari let out a small squeak of excitement, a huge grin on her face. As they went up and up, her adrenaline started pumping faster. She was afraid of heights badly, but there was just something about thrill rides. Herself and roller coasters had a love hate relationship. She loved the feeling of falling, but it scared the life out of her at the same time, even though she knew she was strapped in and was safe. The part of her that loved roller coasters always won the battle over the hate.
As the roller coaster peaked at the top of the highest drop, she looked around for a split second before squeezing her eyes shut. She grabbed Dylan's hand with the hand closest to him, and with the other, she held onto the restraint bar with all her strength. The roller coaster car started downhill, and an excited scream emitted from her throat. Opening her eyes, she still clutched the restraint bar, her knuckles turning slightly white from the strength of her grip. But she didn't notice. Ari was having too much fun being tossed around as the car went through the spirals and loops. "Oh my god!" She squealed, hyper with adrenaline, as they went through a particularly stomach-dropping spiral.

Dylan laughed as she squeaked as the roller coaster lurched forward, smirking at what may have been the typical girl response. Right before it dropped, he felt her hand squeeze his, his eyes widening as he just squeezed hers back tightly as the floor seemed non existent for a moment. He screamed as well as they dropped, excitement dripping from his scream as he laughed, as they ran through the loops, laughing only as she exclaimed over the ride. He had never met a girl so excited over everything, but then again maybe she wore her heart on her shoulder. He was beginning to believe that more and more, but at least she would never really hide anything from him and would be honest about how she felt about things. His eyebrows furrowed as he seemed to be getting ahead of himself.
As the ride quickly came to a stop, he got up, exiting, laughing a bit as he waited for her, just gazing at her, his hair spiking up in random places, but he did not realize it. He just grabbed her hand and walked down, towards where they had taken pictures, trying to spot one and laughing upon seeing it as both of their hair was completely crazy only to match their crazy screaming expressions.

Aariana giggled madly as she exited the ride, the adrenaline causing her to be hyper inside. Prancing over to where they showed the pictures, she shook her head with a grin. "Oh man. That ride's a killer on our hair.." She said with another laugh. Glancing at Dylan, his hair caught her eye. Reaching up, she fixed the parts that were sticking up, then fixed her own. She quickly smoothed down her deep red locks of hair, making them fall straight like before. Once they were picture perfect once more, she moved towards the gate labeled exit. She started to walk, still holding Dylan's hand in hers. The men and women who were in charge of the amusement part games yelled to them from the sidelines. There was a series of 'aw, come on man, win your lady a stuffed bear!' and 'don't let her down, son, don't you want to win her heart?'. Every time another person yelled their bizarre hook lines, she would smile politely and shake her head no. Those games got to be so expensive sometimes, and you hardly ever won any thing anyways.
Ari looked around, eyes wide as she gazed at all the lights and attractions once again. "Now what do you wanna do?" She asked, smiling up at Dylan. The wind blew slightly, causing her hair to be pushed in her face. She rolled her eyes and pushed her hair behind her back. Everyone said she had beautiful hair, in more ways than one. The color, the texture, and most importantly, the length. It confused her just a little why everyone loved how long her hair was. In her opinion, anyone could have long hair. All they had to do was not cut it, right? So that was the reasoning behind why she got so confused when they found hers so amazing, yet couldn't do it for themselves. Snapping out of her small day dream, she gazed up at his amazing eyes, almost mesmerized as she waited for his reply.

Dylan blushed, caught by surprise as she reached up, fixing his hair, smiling a bit, noticing how some people glanced at them as they passed. He was so whipped right now, having her fix his hair after a ride and he just smiled only more, “Thanks.” Then, while they walked forward, his hand clutched her as she just kept pushing forward, partially wanting to get her a teddy bear, thinking it would be cute, but she did not stop when he slowed for a moment. “I don’t know,” he said, getting lost in all the lights, smelling her scent as he looked down at her. Her hair had been so long and beautiful that he just felt like running his fingers through it and before he knew it he was, smiling gently, mesmerized in every detail over her.
Dylan just brushed his thumb along her cheekbone, leaning into kiss her and just almost touching his lips to hers, but pulled away, sucking in his breath. “It’s getting late, Aariana,” he said, feeling guilty that he almost kissed her right after she had been broken up and now he was moving so quickly. He just kept his hand in hers, but his hand was loose this time as though as though it was an obvious sign that he felt bad. He just led her towards the exit of the amusement park feeling like they needed a break even though he really wanted to stay and enjoy this time with her, he felt like he was out of control. He had never had a relationship before, but he did not want to screw it up.

Aariana's eyes seemed to sparkle lightly as he touched her face. It sent a chill down her spine and made the butterflies in her tummy go insane. Then when he leaned down to kiss her, she closed her eyes slightly, all too willing to kiss him back. But then she didn't feel Dylan's lips on hers. She opened her eyes and looked at him, an almost sad puppy dog look on her face. Needless to say, she was a tad bit hurt. She wasn't sure what she did wrong, and it was going to eat her alive until she figured it out. Taking her hand back, she twined her fingers together behind her back. Not wanting to mess anything up more than she already had done so far, she just looked at the ground. She looked up when he spoke, but her eyes lost their sparkle. Ari kept her smile plastered on her face, yet her eyes were the only thing that betrayed her, since they got their glassy sad look in them. "Yeah.. I guess." She said, her smile threatening to fall.
"I had fun.." Ari said when they stood at the gate. She really could not figure out what she did wrong, but it didn't matter. Relationships weren't her strong point, so why bother even trying anymore? All she did was fuck them up anyways. "I'll see you later, Dylan." She added, giving him a weak smile before turning towards the exit. Ari glanced back at him once, giving him a small wave and keeping up the fake smile. Once turned around, her smile instantly fell and her eye brows ruffled slightly out of confusion as she tried to think of what she did to make him go through a sudden change like that?

Dylan was too consumed in his thoughts to notice her expression as he just seemed a bit grim himself as he just clutched her hand gently. When they stood at the gate, he responded with a smile and then when she said she would see him later, he went into panic mode, wanting some way to find her again. It was like she was slipping right through his fingers. He just sprinted, feeling his heart pound against his chest, grabbing her wrist gently and spinning her back towards him so they were close, his breath heavy. “Aariana wait,” he said blushing as the words came out in pants
“I need your number or address or something,” he said, looking at her with a smile so big, but then he realized how much of creeper he sounded like so he just followed it up quickly with these words, “I mean, I just want to hang out sometime. I mean, if you do…if you want to,” he said shrugging softly as his hand has slowly intertwined with hers once more, feeling like he had been empty for the minute they had been apart. He just looked down at her, realizing her expression at first and then feeling horrible. “Are you okay?” He asked her, his expression written entirely with concern as he just pulled her into a small embrace feeling like a hug was in order.

Aariana hadn't expected him to come after her. Some part in her was pleased and excited that he did, but she hadn't expected him to, nomatter how much she hoped he would. She didn't really expect anything from men anymore besides the expectation that they'd eventually cheat on her. Her eyes widened slightly out of shock as he asked for her number. Okay, so yeah they'd been holding hands. And he was definately seeming like he, well, liked her. But she didn't really expect anything out of it. That word- expect- was something that could be pretty misleading at times. Especially now. "Nothing's wrong." Ari said, as if she hadn't been dissappointed that they were just parting without anyways of future contact. Well now. She felt so silly now that he was proving her wrong, but no need to lie about it. "I just wasn't sure how i'd be able to.." She paused slightly, not exactley sure how to word it without being too blunt, but then just going with that came to mind. "See you again."
Ari was surprised once more when he hugged her. It was a little awkward, but it was nice. She returned the hug gladly. "So.. we should hang out some time." She said, giving a smile. Her insides felt all full of butterflies again. After giving him her number, she put her hands behind her back and started playing with her fingers, waiting for him to react.
Notes: So.. i didn't make a cellphone page for her. So idk her number . That's why i didn't write it xP

Dylan’s heart was thudding a thousand miles an hour and he wondered if she could hear it because it was literally pounding in his head. There was a nervous tension building in his stomach and chest as there was silence between them, but she said that nothing was wrong. Then, she seemed to want the same thing, to see him again. He just smiled wide, trying not to smile like a complete idiot. “That’s why I had to talk to you, well I..yeah,” he said, blushing as he just looked down at their feet for a moment realizing how close they were before they hugged, just not wanting to let that space grow anymore. He knew he ought to not feel like this right away. She was driving him crazy already and he was not even sure how to really interact, but he knew that he could not allow her to slip through his fingers, not someone like her.
The hug was so nice and he just smelled her sweet scent, listening to her words and only smiling and nodding, “Definitely,” he said as he finally pulled back, watching her and was so tempted to go back to where they were before. He knew it would only end how it had started so he just looked at the horizon finding that it was getting dark. “Let me walk you home, it’s almost dark,” he said as he just looked down at her once more. She was so beautiful, even though she seemed rather young, but she seemed around his age in her maturity. He just wanted to continue to spend tonight with her, not really wanting to give up these few moments.

Aariana blushed slightly when he offered to walk her home. It was such a kind gesture. Not only that, but he was such a well mannered young man in general. She had just met him a little while ago, yet she already loved that about him. Coming to the amusement part, she decided, was one of the best decisions she'd made in awhile. "Alright." She agreed, giving a smile and a nod of her head. She looked around, scanning the surroundings. To the left of the exit was moving towards the industry part of Manuka. More towards the downtown and all the city hustle-and-bustle. But to the right was the beach, which stretched on for quite some ways and eventually led to the housing part of the island. It led to the mansions, apartments, and little one bedroom flats where almost everyone resided, including herself. "It's this way." She said, tilting her head in the opposite direction of the downtown.
Ari started walking at a comfortable pace, still feeling the butterflies in her tummy. "So, mister werewolf, Tell me about yourself." She said, grinning slightly. Something inside her wanted to know more about him. He seemed different than all of the other guys she'd come in contact with. He didn't seem like an arrogant jerk who was just a man whore, or some guy who just wanted to talk to her to try and get in her pants. He was well mannered and appeared to be very mellow. But sometimes people were different than they appeared- take both of them for example- so she couldn't be too sure on anything unless she asked. As she walked, she occasionally glanced at him, finding him more and more handsome each time she did so.

Dylan was pleased to hear that she seemed content with allowing him to accompany her on her walk home. He wanted to be a gentleman for her, but he also felt like this was so natural with her, like he had done this so many times before. He just followed her as she walked in the direction that she said her house was. They were walking along a beach, probably avoiding quite a few people who would be leaving to head home soon. He just scanned her graceful features, watching a few strands of hair seem to catch the wind a little as he just smiled softly finding this ever so peaceful, but also perfect. This was a perfect moment for him and if he could have more days like this, he would find a place to be, some place that he could consider his home. He was not sure if a person could be part of your home, but he was already becoming addicted to being around her, which was slightly obvious by the way he continued to find ways to keep her talking to him.
Dylan smirked as she called him mister werewolf and he just responded, “Well, I like pizza,” he stopped and smirked, just seeming like that was it for the moment. After a few seconds he continued, “Well, I have a twin brother named Owen. I also have an older brother who I haven’t met yet and two parents I haven’t met either. Soon, I will though. I like reading which I’ve done for most of my life aside from normal schooling,” he said knowing the word ‘normal’ was a complete lie. He had not had a normal educational experience while at Dahlia’s. He was placed in a room full of books, some that were from normal schools and he had to learn them, but there was no one to teach him. “I’m kind of a nerd I guess,” he said, his eyes flickering to her for a moment as he shoved his hands in his pockets slowly.

Ari grinned slightly when he stated that he loved pizza. She didn't mind eating it, but it wasn't one of her favorites. She couldn't understand the pizza obsession nearly all of her friends had, along with the majority of the country's population, apparently. Awhile back, she remembered seeing a poll about how many people loved pizza. Ninety eight of the population said yes, while the remaining two did not. Glancing at him for a second, she smiled and raised her eyebrows slightly. "I have a twin, too. Her names Amelia. But I call her Ami." She said with a small nod. Now that she thought of it, she hadn't seen her sister in a few weeks. Usually they hung out at least once per week. Seems like getting caught up in the novelty of being on their own was starting to take a toll. Aariana made a mental note to remember to call Ami later tonight, or tomorrow. It was funny how two people can live together, yet never see each other. That and the fact that Amelia hadn't even been coming home the past few nights.
She looked at Dylan with a glitter in her eyes as if she worshipped the ground he walked on. "That's okay." She said with a small laugh, when he called himself a nerd. He seemed like a lot of things, but a nerd wasn't one of them. "But anyways.. I read a little also. And I like to dance." Ari said, adding a small shrug. She didn't like talking about herself because she didn't really find herself that interesting. She looked out to the horizon, gazing at the sky which was a little shade lighter of blue over there. The stars were out, and the moon lit everything up. It was actually a really beautiful night, she thought. It made her wonder why they didn't go on the ferris wheel!

Dylan concentrated on her words, surprised that she did not ask about his past in the slightest. She was the first person that had not asked since he arrived here, but he did not want to get too ahead of himself considering it had only been a moment after he mentioned it. Then, she mentioned that she had a twin and surprises continued to come as he smiled wide, finding that they had a bit more in common than he realized. “Well, that’s awesome. I haven’t ever met anyone with a twin before besides myself,” he said smiling as his hand brushed gently across the back of hers sending shivers down his spine. He continuously found himself closing the space between him and Aariana and it made him both comfortable and extremely uneasy. There was something so inexperienced and vulnerable that he could feel in the pit of his stomach that made him only want to run, but for some reason he continued to stay.
Then at her next set of words he just slipped his hand into hers and spun her towards him, bringing her tightly against him, “Dancing sounds fun,” he said, a bit surprised by his sudden action, but he found that it fit. Then he was caught up in her eyes and in her face, just staring down at her. There was something captivating about her gaze and he was unsure if he could look away. His breath was caught in his throat and he slowly just released it as he looked down at her, a smile forming on his lips.

Ari's eyes widened with surprise as he spun her. She giggled and blushed lightly, feeling her cheeks grow warm. She held his hand comfortably, the action feeling almost natural to be doing. For a second she wondered, what in the hell was she doing? She just got out of a relationship that hurt her almost to the maximum abilities. Yet here she was, enjoying herself with this man who was clearly enjoying the time also. She wondered if maybe it was a bad idea to get involved so soon, but glancing up at him after he spun her, and seeing the look in his eyes all but made her heart melt. He was so amazing, and she knew that already.
So deciding to go for it, and let nature run it's course, she chose not to fight anything that may or may not happen. Looking up at him, her eyes widened again, making her look innocent and almost child like. In her head, she willed him to kiss her. Actually, wished. Ari couldn't help but fight the urge to kiss him herself, but her self control was proving to work splendidly. "It is." She said giving a grin. At that point she let go of his hand and took a baby step back. "Wanna show me your moves?" She added, her grin getting even bigger. Ari wasn't sure what to expect. She didn't even really know if he'd dance for her or not, especially here in public. She raised her eyebrows slightly, waiting to see his reaction.

Dylan laughed as she giggled and he kept her close for a moment, watching a blush spread across her cheeks and he just smirked. The moment to kiss had seemed to pass once again, this time the moment hitting them a bit easier. He was glad that she was noticing this too simply because he was going through a bit of a rough time trying to hold himself back. He knew to kiss her would be far too quick for the both of them, at least it was for her or so he thought. What was he doing anyways? She had just been hurt by this man and their relationship failed and here he was almost charming her away. The idea sickened him about himself, but he did not want to harm her by pulling away right now so he kept his pose.
Then she asked him to show her his moves and he looked at her, his eyes widening as though he was shocked. He did not dance without a partner, not like he just did a moment ago, but he wanted to impress her in a sense. He had this instinct that he had to figure something out. “Only if you are my partner,” he said, grabbing her hand and placing his other hand on her hip, guiding her close as then he guided her through the sand, looking every so often down at his feet. “I have to say that this is a first, dancing in the sand with a girl,” he said, teasing slightly and smirking wide as he then spun her carefully, simply because dancing in the sand was a bit more difficult than on tile or marble or a dance floor.
