And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are
“I…I won’t lie to you, Deli.” Owen said and she almost sighed, but kept it in. That wasn’t the best start. Well at least he said he wasn’t going to lie to her. That’s a good thing right? Well even if honesty was a good thing she didn’t like how the sentence sounded. It sounded like it was going to be bad. Good job Delilah, you’re going to push him away right after you got him. Shut up mind. No. Yes. No. Yes. No. YES! …no. I hate you, mind. I hate you too. I’m so happy that we’re on the same page. I’m glad too. I wish you’d die. If I died you’d be stupid or at least stupider than normal. I’m not listening to you anymore. You never did listen to me! SHUT UP! Delilah thought fighting with herself. It seemed like she fought with herself, but it was much weirder when it was in her head. Trying to prepare herself she listened to Owen’s voice as he said, “I-I like Vivi.” The moment he said that Delilah felt like crying her eyes out and looked away from Owen. She just felt like everything was going bad. Why did she even ask? This was terrible. “But…not in the same way I like…love you. You know?” At his words she slowly looked at him with hopeful eyes. He…he loved her? She knew he had feelings for her, but he loved her? Like real love? Not the love that’s fake that people just say is real? “It’s…different…and no, I won’t be with any other girl besides you.” He said and she turned to she could see him better. Stroking his cheek she asked, “Really? You promise, love?” She felt a huge weight be lifted from her shoulders and she was so happy now. She just wanted to kiss his face off. He was such a great boyfriend. It warmed her heart and made her happy. She was glad to have him. She was the luckiest girl in the world.
“I will never cheat on you, Deli” Owen said in a gentle, comforting tone. She licked her bottom lip and then bit her rosy lip. Blinking at him, she hugged him tightly never wanting to let him go. Inhaling deeply his scent slipped into her nose and she smiled. “I never want to lose you. You’re the best thing that’s ever happened to me. You’re perfect and I love you. I love you so much it hurts to think of you with another girl. I will never hurt you.” she vowed honestly. She would never hurt him. He would be the happiest guy alive as long as she could help it. She wasn’t going to let him hurt or feel bad anymore. She’d do anything to make him happy. Loosening her grip she shifted so she could hug him and watch the movie at the same time. It rocked being able to do both because she loved watching the movie and she loved hugging him. Perfect pair. Then suddenly Owen covered her eyes and teased, “Scary part.” She laughed and said, “You are such a buttmunch.” Biting her lip she felt him hug her tighter and she smiled. She loved his touch. It was so gentle and sweet. It was a nice change of pace from all the other guys she had been with. They were rough and not always so nice to her. Owen was different. He was soft and kind and gentle. She loved that. “Good, so I guess that means I don’t really need to ask you if you want to go on that cruise with me. Just…wake you up the day we fly out? Aidan can take Apollo for us.” Owen said smiling at he usually did. She giggled and then nodded. “Give a day to pack though.” She said smiling. Sighing content she looked at Owen and said, “I can’t wait.” Smiling she turned back to the movie once again and began to walk again.

“Wonder, oh, and I have something to show you.” Owen said as he came to her room and gave her a quick kiss. She smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck. “Do you know? Well I’m curious. Show me this wondrous surprise.” She said turning around to let him cover her eyes, which he did. He began guiding her and she walked sticking her hands out to make sure she didn’t run into anything. Then she ran into a small table with a picture on it saying, “Shit.” She almost fell to the ground when Owen caught her keeping a hand over her eyes. Smiling she said, “Thank you love.” Owen continued to guild her until they stopped and he dropped his hands. “Ta da! It’s…an aquarium…wel, that or a terrarium, if you would prefer like…a turle or something.” He said and she smiled at him. Looking at the aquarium she laughed. It was so cool. “I want three fishies, love.” She told him smiling. “Think of it like…a little house-warming gift for you. Do…do you like it?” He said and she smiled big. She nodded and hugged him tightly. “I love it, wolfie!” She said it happily. Biting her lips she leaned her forehead against his and whispered, “Here is my house warming gift to you.” Delilah lightly leaned in and kissed his strawberry lips. Pulling him closer she kissed him again and began to put more passion into their kiss. She hoped he liked her gift.

"I promise." he responded to her inquiry. Of course he would, and he would never go back on promises, or on his word in all honesty. Owen had been raised with morals, dammit! The wolf's blue eyes shifted gently, shifting over Delilah's features calmly as he then listened to her breathing shift slightly. She had panicked when he started, and he hoped she knew, he wasn't good at talking - never really had been, he'd been more of the type to just...go with it, go with the flow, plus just prefer to use his actions rather than words. He always got so lost in translation sometimes it was painful. Fortunately Deli always seemed to get him, and everything about him, which he was so grateful for. He shifted and grinned lightly as Delilah tightened her grip on him and nuzzled her face into his shoulder and his chest, the part where they met. Placing a light hand on her head in a soothing manner, Owen listened to her speak as she shifted her head so her words wouldn't sound like jumble, even if his hearing was pretty darn good - if he did say so himself. Blue eyes lightened gently and he mused, "Only girl I would ever cheat on you with would be you." he teased gently, "I won't ever hurt you."
- - - - - - - - - -
Dropping his hands and letting the brunette see the empty fish tank, Owen grinned boyishly. He was glad she liked it. Initially he had panicked for a moment about her not liking it, but he wasn't sure. She had told him before, hadn't she? Yes, of course, plus they could be their shared pets he figured, she could take care of them, and Apollo wouldn't bother them, Owen highly doubted the dog would do anything, he was more interested in making sure he got let outside three times a day as well as fed and given his bones and allowed to stash them in parts Owen allowed him to. Feeling a gentle nudge from Apollo who brushed by the two werewolves, Owen nodded gently, "Three fish then. We can get them tomorrow, since the pet store's closed already for tonight." he commented gently, tilting his head slightly as he spoke, "I would suggest...fresh water fish...easier tank maintenance." Stuffing one hand into the back pocket of his jeans, the wolf then paused as she spoke, saying she loved it. Good, for a second there he had gotten super worried. Wonderful. Blue eyes brightened slightly as she drew herself close, the male's mind went into hyper-drive.
It felt like...a burning sensation all over his body, and Owen instantly recognized the actions from Delilah, better than most would think for well...him. Hey, he was still a male after all, just one that happened to be labeled as the "cute guy friend" more often than not. After a brief moment's pause as if to digest the whole thing, Owen eagerly returned the passion just as much. Sure, he wasn't a virgin, but he had only ever had sex once, and he...hadn't been a fan of the girl afterwards, mainly because even though she wanted it, and he was sure he did too, he knew instinctively it wouldn't be the same when he and Delilah remained together for what he hoped till the day they died. His arms then snaked around her frame, one hand landing on her hip, drawing the beautiful brunette closer, the other cupped her cheek gently, as if she happened to be something fragile. In a way she was, even though she was healed up fully now, Owen suddenly remembered...oh. Idiot! He cursed himself.
His mind remembered then, as they worked their way to the couch - mostly - him getting them there carefully, with easy steps, Owen remembered her words about after she was healed. Oh? Suddenly breaking away from the kiss, Owen reached down, and scooped up Delilah, unaware of everything and anything except the one thing in his arms right now. Sheer perfection. To be honest sometimes, he wasn't sure how she had ever fallen in love with him. Don't get him wrong, he didn't not like it, in fact he loved it, he loved her. He felt so...so lucky to have her in his life, and especially be involved. One thing he wasn't though - was rough, no way, which was one reason why, he nudged her to her bed, her bed mainly because her room had been closer letting her lie down as she pleased, before the wolf lightly crawled up on Delilah, a quick kiss lingering on her neck before finding her lips once more. Fortunately they had made it to her room without incident, though he had lost his shoes in the process - ok - he kicked them off - but nevertheless, Owen didn't want anything to come between the two of them, not as long as he could help it. Perfection, he told himself, and he would do anything for her.

And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are
“Three fish then. We can get them tomorrow, since the pet store is closed already for tonight.” Owen said and she nodded. She already knew what fish she wanted and what she was going to name them. It was perfect. She knew that Owen would approve. It was a good name to say the least. Delilah wanted to get a few goldfish. Goldfish were pretty much the bomb. I mean they were all different and some were really pretty. Plus they were easy to take care of. Delilah had a goldfish once. She had won it at a fair when she very young. It only lived for a couple weeks, but Delilah loved that little fair goldfish. She had named it Goldy. No, not very original, but that was fair gold fish’s name. Delilah cried when she had to flush it. Okay, she was five, give her a break. She loved the fish. She talked to it. She tried to teach it tricks. She took it for walks, it never went out of the bowl don’t worry. Good times. Very, very good times. Delilah remembers that little fair gold fish named Goldy and sometimes she missed the fish, but not really because it was just a gold fish that she had for less than a month. “I would suggest…fresh water fish…easier tank maintenance.” Owen said and she smiled and nodded. Good thing they were on the same page when it came to fresh water fish. Goldfish were fresh water fish so that was a good thing. It meant that they could get them and both be happy with their fish. “ Can we get goldfish? I love goldfish. They’re pretty cool.” She asked smiling big at him Then Delilah leaned in and kissed him passionately on his soft, soft lips. Owen returned the kiss and she smiled into the kiss. Putting her hand delicately behind his neck she lightly pushed him closer and brought her other hand on the back of his pale lightly rubbing his pale skin with her lean fingers. She kissed again deepening the kiss. Well they definitely had never kissed quite like this. Probably because of her healing, but thank the lord that she was all healed up. Now she could do whatever she wanted with whoever she wanted. Of course she would only do most things with Owen. They had promised each other that they would never cheat on each other. She trusted him. Trust was the most important thing in a relationship. She knew Owen would never cheat on her though. Then as they kissed she began to play with the hair that fell unto his neck. It was so soft and silky. She loved it. Using her full hand she ran it through his hair and felt him wrap an arm around her and his hand landed on her hip. She smirked into the kiss and felt a hand on her cheek. It was his other hand cupping it. Again, she loved his touch. It was intoxicating and addictive. Owen then started nudging her backwards toward the couch. She moved with him ready for whatever he wanted to do. He was in control. She was going to go at his speed. She knew he was less…experienced than her. Then he stopped. She wondered why he did though. He broke away and she about to ask what was wrong when he picked her up. She wrapped her arms around his neck again and laid her head on his tone chest. He took her to her room and let her down. She slipped off her black converse and let Owen nudge her to her bed. Well he was definitely being more forceful than usual. Lying down on her bed smiling she watched Owen crawl on top of her. Suddenly he kissed her neck and she did a silent gasp. Goose bumps spread over her exposed skin and bit her lip. Then their lips met again and she kissed him softly. It soon became more passionate and rough and said as they kissed, “So we’re doing this?” Not waiting for an answer she grasped the front of his shirt. She slowly brought it up she body and slipped it over his head breaking the kiss for a moment. Then she began kissing his neck softly going down slowly to his collar bone. Pulling away she looked at Owen and his bare chest biting her lip. “Too fast?” She asked looking up at him concerned. She didn’t want to go too fast for him since he was…Owen.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=style, background-image:url(http://i141.photobucket.com/albums/r71/maggiesrpstuff/BACKGROUNDS/fk5qwnjpg.png); width: 457px; padding-top: 30; padding-bottom: 30; -moz-border-radius: 35 35 35 35; -webkit-border-radius: 35 35 35 35;]hi » FOREVER. "Of course you can get goldfish, you can get any kind of fish you want," he spoke lightly, giving her a reassuring nod. Owen honestly didn't mind what fish she got, as long as she was happy. He didn't care what she named them either, it wasn't like they would be able to come and say hi to them in another room when they were called. Like Apollo. A main reason he loved dogs, first off, they were loyal, and he may or may not be biased when he said he loved dogs more. Either way, cats were too aloof for his liking, but his mom liked them - even if she was half-werewolf, Owen still wasn't sure how that worked out, but it did. Nevertheless, the fish were off his mind in an instant. As was everything else with Delilah when she kissed him. Nothing was on his mind but her. Her scent, her eyes, her skin, everything and anything relating to her, was all on his mind. It was like a secret power she had over him, Owen swore she knew what she did to him, she had to have. It was addicting, painful in the sense that it was absolutely enticing to always want to kiss her, to always want to be near her, to hold her and be able to say, 'yeah, she's mine' to anyone who dared to even look at her in a weird light he didn't like. The moment they happened to end up in her room, Owen was silently glad he had nudged the door closed with his foot, mainly just...one just in case Apollo decided to be randomly nosy, and secondly, it felt more like it was just him and Delilah in the world. No one else but the two of them.
Good Lord, that smile. It caused his breath to hitch when he caught sight of her smile. It was breathtaking and he absolutely adored seeing that smile. He grinned back, how couldn't he? In all reality, how could anyone not smile back at that absolutely stunning smile? Watch out Aphrodite, Owen mused, Delilah's smile had to better than the Goddess of Love's smile. It had to be, and it was. No, Delilah was just stunning in general, everything about her, down to her little quirks, her toying with her locks of her hair, and her antics anytime he happened to be around. Brushing his fingers down her cheek as he made sure her lovely hair wasn't in her pretty face, Owen's lips meshed with Delilah's once more, their kiss only breaking for a few moments when Delilah asked him something, then quickly kissed him again before he could even bother or think to respond, especially as his shirt then disappeared off to somewhere else in the room. His head shook the moment her second question entered the air. He didn't think so, no. He wanted this, he wanted her, yes, he wanted Delilah, he wanted to be with her. Wanted to be able to say that he was her's and she was his. Not too hard, right? He didn't think so. Owen's lips brushed over Delilah's collar bone, own set of chills running up his spine as he honestly lost track of all time (and their clothes) with her, it was just Delilah in his head.
- - - - - - - - - - - -
What time was it? That was a question best saved for someone who was actually worried about it at this very moment. Right now, the one thing he even worried about, beside thinking about, was the beautiful brunette he had coiled in his arms, like he was protecting something, well her from anything and everything - the world basically. Owen sighed softly, his face lying down on the pillow, nuzzling his face into her shoulder slightly. How lucky was he to have Delilah? Pretty damn lucky he thought to himself. Delilah was perfection in every way, shape and form. What a moving-in gift, he thought quietly to himself, he'd find a way to keep up with her gift. Grinning softly, blue eyes lazily shifted and landed on Deli's brown ones, before he reached up and scratched his nose, some of his own hair having tickled it. Most likely time for a cut, he shouldn't probably tell Delilah that thought, especially how much he was planning to cut off too. Eagerly pressing his lips to Delilah's, just because he could, basically, the black-haired werewolf sighed contentedly, not having too much of a care in the world. Though it did raise the question, what would they do with the beds, and the two rooms? Hmm...maybe for another day, he thought to himself. Eyeing Delilah quietly, Owen opened his mouth, then after a moment, feeling like a fish, he closed it and smiled shyly towards Delilah, "Hi." he cooed lightly, giving her a gentle squeeze in a hug as if to reassure both himself and her that they were really here in this time, together. One thing Owen knew he would never forget, just all the time he'd be able to spend with Deli in the present and future. After awhile, Owen inquired, feeling like a hungry werewolf, "Want dinner sometime? Maybe after...we can get your fish." he smiled gently, toying with a lock of her hair, not moving though, letting her make the final decision in what they did as he left it open for her.

And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are Delilah felt electricity as his finger tips trailed her smooth, pallid skin moving any stray brunette lochs that could covered her face. She had never felt nervous before doing stuff like this. She was always excited and happy. Don’t get me wrong, she was excited and glad to do it, but she was nervous. She couldn’t believe it. Even the first time she did it she wasn’t nervous. She had been fine the first time too. She didn’t get it. Was it because of Owen? Well of course it was because of Owen. He meant more than any other guy she had been with. She wanted everything to be perfect. She didn’t want to make any mistakes. She had no idea if this was his first or not, but she wanted to make this a night to remember. He wanted him to be the happiest guy alive. She would make sure that he was if it was the last thing she did. Looking into his bright, blue, alluring eye she felt her heart quicken. He was so...hot and cute and handsome and perfect and alluring and seductive without trying. Getting him was the best thing that could have ever happened to her. She never wanted to have to go a day without seeing him. He was her new drug and addiction. One day without him made her go crazy and sad. She was glad that they already lived together so she got the luxury of always getting to see his face every morning and was able to see him during the day most of the time and at night she got to see him again. It was perfect. Absolutely perfect. Nothing better in her opinion. She hoped it would always be like that. Her only worry was her recording company. If they tried to get her to go on tour she’d have to insist that she brought Owen with her. Tours could be long and she wanted to always be able to be with Owen everyday if she could. She hoped that Owen felt the same. She didn’t want to be clingy. She didn’t think she was a clingy person honestly and she hoped Owen didn’t think of her as one. Again, she didn’t want to be a burden. She wanted him to like being around her. She thought he liked being around her….didn’t he? He seemed like, but then again he could have just been lying to be nice. Wait, why was she thinking of this? She was dating Owen. Of course he liked being around it and I mean Delilah was a bucket of fun so why wouldn’t he like being around her? She was pretty cool. As they kissed Delilah began to undress him and she was relieved to see him shake his head no to her question about going too fast. That was a relief. She didn’t want to go too fast if he wasn’t ready for it. She didn’t know if he had to take it slow and take his time. She was okay with whatever he wanted. Slow or fast. Gentle or rough. Whatever he was comfortable with. This was his gift and it would be whatever he wanted. He was in control and she would do whatever he wanted. Delilah began to get lost in thought when she was given the shock and pleasure of Owen’s lips on her collarbone. Smiling lightly she tilted her head back to give him more room. After that she let him do whatever he wanted. - - - - - - - - - - - Delilah wasn’t aware of how much time had passed and did she care. HELL NO! You want to know why? Because it had been AH-MAZING! It was better than any other time and she couldn’t believe that she waited so long to do that. She was glad to be able to finally do that with Owen. Only a few months ago she could only wish that she could do what they had just done. She couldn’t believe that this wasn’t a dream. How could it be reality? How could she have gotten someone like him? He was perfect in every way. There was no doubt now that he was perfect. Trust me, he was perfect. Every single thing about him was perfect. The best thing about him was that he was perfect for her. They were opposites, but they complimented the best in each other. He was her soul mate. She knew it. In the pit of her stomach she could feel like. Whenever she was around him she felt warm and happy and like she was perfect too. She was glad that she could finally be with someone that she loved and that she could do that with someone that she truly loved like she loved Owen. She had done it with people that she thought she loved, but looking back she realized that it wasn’t love. Not the kind of love that she and Owen had. That was the kind of love in fairy tales and love stories. It was the kind of love you wrote songs about. Delilah would make sure that she wrote love songs about Owen and their story. The whole scene was perfect. The two laying in her bed happily. Their exposed bodies covered by her black covers while they just hugged each other. His head lightly nuzzled her shoulder and she laughed. Kissing his forehead she looked at his eyes and just smiled at him. The two didn’t move and just looked at each other until Owen scratched his nose and she smiled bigger. He was so cute! Every little gesture made her smile. Lightly moving the hair from his eyes and winked at him playfully as she did often. Then suddenly he kissed her and she smiled into the kiss. After returning the kiss he pulled away and they both sighed content. “Hi.” He said and she smiled a bit bigger. He gave her a gentle squeeze and she said, “Hi wolfie. That was…amazing. Better than any other.” She said nuzzling her nose with his. Giggling she kissed him lightly and pulled away. “Want dinner sometime? Maybe after…we can get your fish.” He said while he played with her hair. She nodded and said, “That would be fabulous, Owen. I’d love to go to dinner with you!” The two laid there for a few more moments until Delilah heard Apollo scratch at the door and whine. Obviously he missed the werewolves. Laughing she said, “ Let’s go see, Apollo. He’s lonely.” Leaning over him not caring if anything was exposed because he had already seen it she grabbed her underwear and his shirt. Slipping them onto her body she got off the bed and threw him his jeans so he could put them on. Owen’s shirt was big on Delilah due to her size and height, but she wasn’t drowning in it. The shirt stopped mid thigh and was big enough that it was comfy. Turning around she grasped Owen’s hand and led him the door. “We should do this more often” She teased.

So yeah, Owen thought to himself, he couldn't imagine being with anyone but Delilah - honestly. Sure he hadn't slept around or anything, but he had the major feeling in him that this was the best, the absolute best. Delilah was just the absolute best to begin with. Blue eyes gleamed as he felt her brush away some of his - most likely - crazy hair. Her's was a bit too, though as he brushed some of the locks of hair out of her face while she greeted him back, Owen felt his pride - or most likely just from him being a male - twitch slightly as she said it was better than any other. Or it was that ego that was dormant in him, that instinctive ego in him, yeah, that sounded more like it, it stretched itself in his mind at those words and Owen grinned back towards the beautiful brunette. He still couldn't imagine how he had gotten her. How he had been so lucky to be able to fall for her, and especially for her to fall for him. Of all the people! Over six billion people in the world, and they happened to find their soul-mate. Yeah, he did think she was his soul-mate, she was gorgeous, stunning, wild, playful, caring, funny, adorable, and the list could go on, but the idea is probably there. The wolf then nodded lightly at that comment, "I....I'd have to agree." he flashed a short-lived grin. He wasn't sure whether or not he'd told Delilah of the one time, but he didn't care honestly, right now he was too darn content just being here with Delilah, and being able to hold the personification of perfection in his arms. Beaming like a school-boy at the idea of being able to go out to dinner, the wolf nodded slightly, before he then groaned slightly upon hearing Apollo scratch at the door, but nonetheless, he didn't care, he was too, too and so very happy and content right now. Owen chuckled lightly as Delilah leaned over him, getting out of bed and he soon shortly followed, grabbing his own underwear and jeans she had tossed him.
Shaking his head slightly as if to calm down his wild hair, Owen then slid into his jeans and headed over to the door and opened it, noticing Apollo lying down on the ground, big, eager brown eyes looking up at Owen and then they shifted to Delilah. The dog shook himself, before he nudged Owen's hand and then padded up to Delilah, obviously showing his loyalty. Ha. Owen grinned, sorry he thought to the world, it could throw what-ever it wanted at him today, he knew nothing would be able to ruin his day today. Then again, with Delilah around, he knew nothing could ever get him down. The wolf swiftly shifted his gaze towards the brunette as she teased, and a sudden shy smile appeared on the male's lips before he scratched the back of his neck slightly, grinning sheepishly, "Y-yeah...sure." he grinned, as Apollo nudged his food bowl, and Owen checked the time. Mid-morning. Nothing too horrible. An arm reached out and wrapped itself around Delilah's waist, pulling her close to him, wanting to be close to her for a few moments, "Want something to eat? Name it and its your's." Owen offered, his lips falling onto hers for a moment before the wolf then tilted his head slightly, thinking a few things over, before looking to Delilah lightly, blue eyes locking onto the soul-brown eyes of Delilah, then to Apollo, "Want me to feed him or you?" he grinned innocently, as Apollo spun in a circle, licking Delilah's hand - obviously probably picking the person he wanted to feed him. Nevertheless, Owen's feelings weren't dampened. Delilah was here, and that was the best thing in the world.

And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are
“I-I’d have to agree.” Owen said giving her a smile and she smiled in return. Running a hang through his wild black hair that she had personally made wild. She loved his hair and she liked being able to play with it however she pleased. He was hers now and she was his. Two people that was destined to meet and love each other. Soul mates. That was what they were. She knew it and she had a feeling that he was aware of this two. How could they not be soul mates? They were best friends. They were both werewolves. They both loved each other. She found him cute, adorable, chivalrous, smart, kind, lovely, safe, secure, hot, enjoyable, funny, and endearing. Also there was still that feeling in the pit of her stomach. She had this feeling whenever she was around him. She felt butterfly fluttering around in her stomach, her heart quickened, her breathing hastened, she felt warm and safe, and she felt suddenly nervous. Like she had to make sure that she didn’t embarrass herself because she just wanted to impress Owen. She didn’t want him to get bored of her. She didn’t want to become predictable and boring like he knew all her tricks and quirks. Could that ever happen? Maybe, but it had been two years already so maybe it would never happen. She knew that she’d never get bored of Owen. He was always doing something to make her interested or happy. He was her dream guy. Perfect for her and no one else. He fit her life perfectly. He was always there for her, literally. They lived together so she could talk to him or see him whenever she wanted. If she had a problem all she had to do was walk a couple steps to his room or simply call out his name. Then he’d come and they’d just lay down talking. That was the perfect thing about them. They weren’t just lovers, they were best friends. Talking was easy. It was never awkward talking to him. It was…natural. Very natural. She liked that. She liked it a lot. “I’m glad you think so…wait…Owen. How many times have you done it before?” She asked curious. She didn’t care about the answer. Heck, she’d slept around a bit before. She just wanted to know. Delilah was honestly just curious. She hadn’t thought that Owen had ever been with anyone before because he was well uhh….well Owen. I mean he would always get freaked out when she got out of the shower. But then he agreed with her statement implying that he had been with someone before. Maybe Delilah knew the girl. She wondered if the girl or girls were recent hook ups or if it was far in his past, but none of that mattered. Delilah and Owen were together now and she trusted him. He promised he would never cheat or lie to her so she believed him and wouldn’t be jealous. She trusted him with her who heart. As the two dressed so they weren’t completely exposed, but still not fully dressed. Still holding his hand the two headed out the door so see Apollo. He seemed happy to see the werewolves. His brown eyes lightened and he wagged his tail excitedly. The dog first went to Owen and with a gentle nudge of his hand Apollo went to Delilah. With her free hand she pet the dog’s head affectionately. “Hey boy, miss us?” Delilah asked and the dog wagged his tail as if to say yes. She laughed and pet the dog once more before walking to the kitchen still holding Owen’s hand. She wasn’t going to let it go any time soon. Nope, she was still holding on. As she teased him he said, “Y-yeah…sure.” She smiled and hoped that he was serious. They really should do that more often. She was being serious even though she was teasing as she did it. “I hope you’re serious because I am. I really do think we should do this more often. It was…fun.” She said smiling. She watched Owen wrap his arm around her waist and she smiled. Resting her head on his chest she smiled up at him. He was warm and smelled nice so he holding her was very nice. “Want something to eat? Name it and it’s yours.” he said kissing her quickly. It ended soon, but it was just as good as any other kiss they had shared. Kissing Owen was better than kissing anyone else. She loved it. Their lips were molded perfectly for each other’s so it was just…magic whenever they kissed. It was great! Leaning in slightly she whispered into his lips, “Waffles please. ” Smiling she kissed his cheek and saw Apollo padding over to them. He was probably hungry. It was morning already and the dog did need to be fed. “Want me to feed him or you?” He asked and she smiled. “I’ll do it.” Delilah said wanting to be helpful. Walking to the cabinet where Apollo’s things were she grasped his dog food and the bent over to grab his dog bowl. Pouring the dog food into the bowl she gave Apollo the regular amount and then patted her thigh saying, “Come on, Apollo.” The dog scrambled over and Delilah put her hand out saying, “Sit.” The dog obeyed the command and sat while Delilah placed the bowl done full of food. Apollo began to eat and Delilah smiled. She was glad that Apollo was still okay with them even though they had abandoned the dog for however long, but hey it would have been worth it to be Owen. Glancing at Owen she bit her lip and asked, “Hey I made our couple name. Want to know it?”

It felt...comforting when Delilah messed with his hair. She was literally the only person besides himself he'd let touch his hair, unless someone begged him, but Delilah would be the only one he wouldn't care if she did or not. The main reason why, it was thick, plus it tended to do what people wanted it to do, therefore if someone toyed with it enough, they could probably give him a mohawk. The wolf shivered slightly, though blue eyes lifted and locked onto Delilah's beautiful brunette eyes. He was still doubting his luck, but in the end he knew it, this perfect, beautiful, bright, caring woman was all his, just as much as he was hers. Blue eyes landed on hers as he listened then to a question, causing the wolf to tense slightly. He hesitated, before nodding, ruffling his hair nervously, "Y...yeah." he mused lightly. It just hadn't been in him, high school obviously would have been out of the question, everyone always just more curious if they had beaten him on a test or not - which never happened. Owen wrinkled his nose slightly at the memory of high school, but wiped it off his face as he spoke, "I..I've done it once before." he watched her reaction curiously, before he mused, "With my girlfriend at the time, broke up....she moved to California for her modeling." he mused, course most guys would do the whole, yeah, I dated a model. Owen just thought of her as his ex, a girl he had cared for, but now with Delilah, he realized it was certainly nothing compared to what he had with the blonde. Delilah was so much more, his best friend, and lover all rolled into one. "What..." he frowned slightly, blue eyes narrowing slightly as he did so, thinking over what he wanted to say, "Nevermind." he sighed softly, before kissing the side of Delilah's head, catching her sweet shampoo scent. Then hearing her comment on him being serious, Owen grinned lightly, and nodded, entering the kitchen part fully and grabbed a cup for water. "Of course I am, I'm very serious,"
Plus, even if he was Owen, beneath that he was a male after all. Owen flashed her a boyish grin, "I mean, yeah...you know." he grinned shyly, "Let me know when you get your first songs to be recorded, I want to go with you, it's coming up soon, isn't it?" he asked, honestly wanting to know about the future of his best friend girlfriend. Yeah, he figured he could call her that now. Either way they were together and that's all that mattered to Owen now. Waffles? Wonderful. Owen then grabbed the Eggo box from the freezer and gave Delilah an innocent grin, "Like these?" Popping them into the new four-slotted toaster, Owen then quirked an eyebrow towards the beautiful brunette and he leaned against the counter, hands placed on the edge when he heard her say a couple's name? Like....shipping he'd heard about on some shows or something? Confusion etched itself neatly onto his face, as Apollo finished inhaling his food and padded over to Owen, eagerly sitting down by the male. "Like...what do you mean?" he inquired. Sighing softly, letting the waffles cook, Owen approached Delilah, his hand finding hers after a few moments, and he mused, his eyes falling from hers and down to his fingers which were eagerly playing with hers.
"I want you to know..." he started, lifting his head and locking his eyes onto Delilah's, "You make me feel like the luckiest man in the universe." He believed it. He felt so blessed to be with Delilah. Curling his fingers around her own for a few precious moments, Owen felt his internal level of panic spike. He adored Delilah with every fiber of his being, he was quite amazed at how strong the emotions were he felt for her. But they were true, and honest. Plus they had probably been building up over the past year or so, since he actually admitted to himself he liked her, the loving her part came just within the past few months alone. How adorable she always seemed to be. Squeezing her hands gently, Owen snapped his fingers at Apollo who was poking his head into a trash can, like any dog would do, "No, Apollo." he mused, and the dog immediately drew back, an innocent look over his doggy face. Brushing that off, Owen shrunk away from Delilah long enough to offer her waffles, "How many do you want?" He knew he was going to go for three.
He loved his food, yet fortunately being a werewolf had its perks of the faster metabolism, which simply meant he wouldn't need to panic as much as everyone else seemed to do. Setting down the syrup for Delilah at the bar - the one thing Owen had immediately wanted in their next apartment so they could continue their usual morning routine. Pausing lightly, he mused, "I start my internship in two weeks...maybe we should look into that cruise...later on?" he inquired, leaving it up to her, as he knew he would just need to let his mentor, or whatever his "boss" could be labeled as. Plus, they had asked him, and it wasn't like there was someone who loved physics as much as he did. Wrinkling his nose slightly, Owen drank some of his water before nudging Delilah with his foot as he twitched, allowing the muscles on his torso to fully wake up. Eyeing a lock of his hair, or rather, a piece of his hair that had fallen by his eyes, he shook his head slightly, before deciding it was good enough and glanced over to the brunette by him, "Also...I suggest...um, well say, Apollo might get jealous of if you give the fish more attention." Owen grinned lightly, glancing down to the dog who was nestled neatly between the two of them.

And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are
“Y…yeah. I-I’ve done it before. With my girlfriend at the time, broke up…she moved to California for her modeling.” Owen stuttered and Delilah guessed that he probably was nervous about talking about his ex-girlfriends around his new girlfriend. Delilah knew that she didn’t really like talking about any of her old relationships around Owen or to him. It was…awkward. She didn’t want Owen to think that she missed them or wished that she was with them instead of her. That was ridiculous. Why would she ever want to be with anyone else? Owen was her soul mate. She knew it! She had the feeling in her stomach! That was legit! Yes, maybe it was a little early in their relationship to start talking about being each other’s soul mates, but they weren’t immortal. They only lived once and she didn’t want to wait for anything. She wanted to just live for the day with him and be able to do whatever she wanted with him. She didn’t want to feel awkward with him and or feel shy around him. HA! Delilah feeling awkward or shy. No, that wasn’t happy. That was what Owen did, not her. She loved that about him though. His awkwardness. It was so adorkable. She adored it! He was growing up a bit though. He was becoming less awkward…if that was possible. It was mostly just in his speech. He didn’t stutter as much or pause. Delilah was proud of him. Speak impediments were hard to get over and even though Delilah liked his stutter she was proud of him for overcoming this. Oh God. She felt like a mom now. Her mom actually. Not that Delilah didn’t love her mom, but she didn’t want to be her yet. She wanted to live! She wanted a life! Not one that consisted of her only cooking, taking care of the kids, and worst of all….cleaning. Ugh. Cleaning. Her old enemy. Delilah knew that one day she would have to do all that stuff, but well…she just wished that she would still be the Delilah that she knew. She didn’t want to lose herself because she had kids. Yes, she wanted them, but she didn’t want to become a soccer mom. No…just no. That did not fly with Delilah. She was nowhere near the soccer mom. That might actually be one of her biggest fears…no lie. Yes, that was bad, but she can’t help it! It just sounds so….so….terrible! Okay, that’s irrational, but still. This was Delilah. She is a crazy, wacky girl. She does things that she shouldn’t, but does it anyway. That was just how she rolled. Like it or leave it. “Why anyone would leave you? Especially after having sex with you. I don’t get it, wolfie. I just don’t.” She said honestly, but had a smile on her face. It was Delilah, she almost always smiled. Again, it was just how she rolled! But Delilah was being completely honest in her statement. Who left someone after they got Owen? Stupid blonde obviously. Owen was something to cherish. That girl was lucky to have him for as long as she did. Heck, Delilah had been pining and hoping for Owen for two years. Now that she had him she was never letting him go. She loved him! She did…she really did! She wasn’t lying. No, Delilah wasn’t one to lie about stuff like that. All she hoped was that he felt the same. That would be perfect. So…so perfect. Absolutely perfect! PERFECTION TO THE MAX! Okay…she was done. Kind of.
“Of course I am, I’m very serious.” Owen said grabbing a glass of water. She giggled and twirled around making Owen’s shirt billow. “Yay! I’m glad you’re serious because that means we can have a lot of fun.” She teased as she stopped twirling. Hugging Owen she giggled and then let go. Skipping over to the counter she hoisted herself up and sat on the counter. Kicking her legs back and forth, causing her heels to thump on the cabinets, she looked at Owen happily. “I ean yeah…you know. Let me know when you get your first songs to be recorded, I want to go with you, it’s coming up soon, isn’t it?” Owen said and she felt her heart flutter. He wanted to be there. Really? That was great! Delilah would love to have her muse there while she sang her song. “That’d be great. I’d probably do better with my muse there to inspire me.” She said biting her lip happily. She hoped that he would come with her. She bet she’d do better with him around. She guaranteed it actually. “Like these?” he asked holding up some toaster waffles. She laughed and nodded. “Sure, why not?” She said slightly laughing a little. She watched him pop the waffles into their toaster and tilted her head to side and then back and then the other way. Doing this a couple times she waited for the waffles to pop up again. Then she heard Owen speak and him saying, “Like…what do you mean?” She smiled and guessed that he was kind of clueless when it came to stuff like that. It was kind of like a girl thing she guessed so she was happy that he didn’t know that stuff. It was reassuring. “A couple name like Brangelina. We’re Delilen. ” She explained smiling. She hoped Owen liked it and understood it because she didn’t know how else to describe it. Owen grasped her hands and she intertwined their fingers happily. “I want you to know….you make me feel like the luckiest man in the universe.” Owen said and her heart skipped five beats. A smile slowly spread across her face and she leaned in a kissed him. Pulling away she leaned her forehead on his and whispered, “Funny…because I was thinking the same thing. ” Sighing happily she leaned in again and kissed his soft, delicious lips. Moving in sync with his lips the two were locked in a kiss until they heard rustling and they pulled away. It was Apollo in the trash can. Owen then snapped his fingers and told Apollo to knock it off. She giggled and watched Owen get their waffles that were finally down. “How many do you want?” Owen asked and she tapped her chin thinking. Three…three was good. “Three please.” She said crossing and uncrossing her legs. Delilah followed Owen as he set the table and got the syrup. Oh the syrup. A prize that had to be won. Delilah would win it this morning. She would! She would be triumphant! THIS WAS HER TIME TO SHINE! Her thoughts were diverted though by Owen saying, “I start my internship in two weeks…maybe we should look into that cruise…later on?” Delilah nodded in agreement and said, “When ever is good for you, love, is good for me.” Smiling at him she let Delilah nudge her with his feet and moved toward the bar chair. Sitting on it she snatched the syrup and poured it on her waffles then placed it away from Owen. Her syrup now. “Also…I suggest…um, well say, Apollo might get jealous of if you give the fish more attention.” He said and she laughed. She loved Apollo and she would never choose him over fish. They were fish for crying out loud. He was much more lovable. “ Don’t worry, Owen, Apollo will get his love.” She said petting the dogs head before beginning to eat her waffles with her fork and knife.

Owen didn't feel right talking about his past...relationships with Delilah. Not that he didn't care about the two girls at the time, but now...the relationships seemed a bit redundant now being with Delilah, and knowing she was the one for him. Not that he hadn't cared about those girls then, but now, Delilah was the only one for him. Owen felt like he was the luckiest man alive, ever, and she was absolutely stunning, caring, beautiful, intelligent, and sweet. He knew some nice people in his time, but Delilah certainly turned up volume and raised the bar. Blue eyes brightened slightly as she sat down by him, getting her own drink and all that. She seemed to be deep in thought, like she was thinking something over. He wanted to know. Wanted to know if he'd be able to help her out at all. The wolf's head tilted slightly in curiosity towards the other wolf, silently asking her what she was thinking. Then he just went and said it, "What are you thinking about? For a second you almost looked a bit panicked." he mused calmly, toying with his fork as he allowed Delilah to have the syrup first. Pausing at her rhetorical question, Owen looked towards Deli quietly and offered a a shrug in response, "I...don't know." he glanced down at the three waffles and mused, "I guess it was because..." he shut himself up, and then commented, straightening his torso on the seat he was in, "It doesn't matter anymore." Not that it was anything bad, but his tone of voice simply stated, it didn't matter. It was the past, and Delilah was here now, and they were going to be together for the rest of their days. Owen knew it, he could feel it, he certainly wouldn't mind growing old with Delilah, maybe a few kids - if she were up for it. That of course he told himself, would be in the future, after they got all settled and he got his internship finished, and she got her record label and finished up and out on the shelves.
Delilen? Frowning slightly, he broke it apart, and scowled as his mind worked through that foreign thought. Delilen, a couple's name? Or her example, Brangelina. The wolf wrinkled his nose slightly in confusion, "Oh, like..combining our names?" he laughed lightly, and lightly nudged Delilah, "Delilah...Delilen with Owen." he nodded, "It works." he grinned a toothy grin towards the perfect woman beside him, "Of course I will go with you while you finish everything up with your record." he added, honestly. Owen would love to see how the things worked, plus how Delilah sang, he had heard her only once or twice, but he liked it. Singing definitely wasn't his, say for example, if there was a theater production going on, he would be the guy working behind the scenes, making sure things went smoothly, and Deli would be out front on stage, singing her heart out and allowing everyone to hear her voice. Keen eyes followed the syrup as she then placed it on the opposite side of her, away from him. He gave her a mildly offended look, and then cocked an eyebrow in her direction, as he listened to her explain about Apollo, he glanced down to the dog and spoke, "She'll love the fish more, but don't worry, I still love you, boy." Apollo looked up towards the two and Owen gave Delilah an innocent grin, before his mind began to then work on the changes in their schedules, as he knew Delilah could probably write her own, he would need to work on his.
Once after settling it, the wolf then poked Delilah in her side, the opposite side of where she had been shot only about a week before, "Deli..." he whined, pulling a quick, and very good puppy dog face, "Don't be mean.." he spoke, holding out his hand for the syrup, a small smile twitching at the corner of his lips. "Not nice.." he mused quietly, an innocent look falling on his features before he then swiftly reached over Delilah, pinning her arms down on the counter, giving her a sheepish look, as he then used his other arm to reach over and get the syrup. "I think...I win?" he teased. Yes, they'd had a wrestling match before, and he still wasn't sure who had won, this time though, he'd make sure he would win if it came to that. Apollo padded to get his bone, as if tensing there might be a light, playful tussle between the two of them. Owen wagged his fork towards Delilah, having used his height to his advantage over her, getting syrup before offering it back to her, "Thanks, Del." he mused lightly, kissing her cheek as he had reached over and set the syrup back on the opposite side of him on her. Finishing his waffles within ten minutes, Owen looked to Delilah, "What do you want to do today? I'm absolutely fine with anything."

And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are
“What are you thinking about? For a second you almost looked a bit panicked.” Owen asked and Delilah snapped out of her long train of thought. Looking at Owen smiling she wondered what to tell him. She wasn’t sure if she should tell him about the whole mom thing. She didn’t want him to think that she didn’t want to have kids one day or something. It wasn’t anything like that. She wanted kids. She loved kids…sometimes, but she didn’t want to lose herself in the process. Simple right? Wasn’t too much to ask in her opinion. A simple request that a lot of girls probably asked before they had children. But that didn’t matter now because she and Owen were no way close to having a child. Delilah could still be care free. “Honestly? I was thinking about how much I love you and how adorable I think you are. Also how I love your awkwardness. It’s very cute.” She answered propping her elbow on the bar table and then resting her head on her open palm. She smiled big at him her dark eyes sparkling with amusement and just pure joy. She hoped that Owen didn’t think she was lying because she wasn’t. She never lied to Owen well since they had been dating she hadn’t lied to him. Okay give her some slack. She lied about her feelings for him for awhile. No big deal though. And I mean how could she tell Owen that Apollo didn’t chew up his favorite white shirt and that she really just slipped strawberry sauce on that while making strawberry milk? She couldn’t. She couldn’t tell him stuff like that. It’d get him angry or annoyed or whatever the word is for when an Owen gets irritated because of something a Delilah does. She loved Owen and she didn’t want him angry. You never wanted to get the one you loved to be cross with you and things you did. No, that’s just not good!
“I…don’t know. I guess it was because…it doesn’t matter anymore.” Owen said and she smiled grateful. So this girl really did mean nothing to him. Well that was a relief to say the least. Delilah would make sure that this girl never hurt her Owen again. I mean she left him to model. Ugh. Conceited. I mean she definitely could have made it work. Stupid girl. “ Good because she’s never going to hurt you again.” She said smiling at him. Lightly placing her hand on top of his as if promising him that her words were true and that she meant every word that she had just spoken. After explaining the couple name thing for him he seemed still confused, but she saw it all slowly piecing together in his little boy mind. “Oh, like…combining our names? Delilah…Delilen with Owen. It works.” He said and she giggled. He was so adorkable. “ I’m glad you like it. I just thought it’d be cute to have one. You know?” She said cutting her waffle so she could eat it with the syrup that she had stolen fair and square. Oh yeah…she rocked. She knew it and so did he so there was no denying it now. It was final.
“Of course I will go with you while you finish everything up with your record.” Owen said and she smiled. She felt excitement bubble up in her stomach. This was going to be so much fun! Ah she felt like a kid again. Why did she have to be so immature sometimes? Maybe it was just her way of holding on to her youth. Yeah. That was it. Delilah didn’t want to grow up! It was scary. She didn’t want to have to be serious and professional. No, that just wasn’t her. It wasn’t how she rolled! She rolled the fun way! The cool way! “Eep! This is going to be so exciting. So excited!” She exclaimed feeling a need to start twirling around like a little girl. Ah! EXCITEMENT WAS OVERLOADING! Okay…she was okay now. Stabbing her waffle piece she brought it to her lips and began to eat it. Chewing it she heard Owen and she rolled her eyes playfully. He had said, “She’ll love the fish more, but don’t worry, I still love you, boy.” She hit him playfully and swallowed. “You’re terrible.” She said smiling. Rolling her eyes again she laughed and messed with his hair a lot so it stuck up randomly. “How you like dem apples? ” She teased smiling.
“Deli…don’t be mean.” He whined and she smiled. She shook her head no and said, “ I’ll do what I want, butt munch.” She said addressing him as butt munch once again. He held his hand out for the syrup and she shook her head. She slapped his hand away and smiled. It was her syrup. She had won! SHE HAD CONQUERED THE SYRUP! He couldn’t take it. No, that was just not allowed. She was not okay with that. “Not nice..” He said and she puffed her cheeks out. Then she deflated her cheeks so she was blowing air in his face. She giggled and winked at him. Then out of nowhere he pinned her arms down and she struggled to get out of his grip. Before she knew it he had the syrup. Defeat…oh the embarrassment. She had…lost. No. She was going to keep fighting. She wasn’t going to be defeated because she was weaker. Oh she had a secret weapon. It would make Owen crumple. “I think…I win?” He said and she laughed. Putting on a fake happy act she leaned into his face and whispered, “Good job, love. Here’s your prize.” She kissed him full on the mouth with passion. It was very similar to the one that she had given him before they went to her room. She was trying to trick him and once she was sure he was totally into the kiss she opened one eye and slowly grabbed the syrup. Kissing him more to distract him she placed it far away from him. Pulling away she laughed and wiped her mouth. “I think this is a win win situation.” She teased.
“What do you want to do today? I’m absolutely fine with anything.” He asked and she thought. Biting her lip she looked at Owen and thought. “Want to go see a movie?” She asked smiling. There was some good new movie out and she wanted to see them. Also it could be fun with Owen. Oh who was she kidding? It was always fun with Owen. She just hoped Owen wanted to go.

His awkwardness? That was both endearing and slightly painful at the same time. Nevertheless, the painful part of it ended rather quickly, but that had just been the past rearing its ugly head, as Owen had had plenty of friends over the years, all the girls slapping the "friend" sticker onto him it seemed the moment they met. Blue eyes gleamed lightly in amusement and the wolf paused, before grinning shyly towards her and the compliment, "I think you're adorable." He flew right back at her. The wolf spun lightly on the spinning chair as he thought about his past relationships, and how this one, definitely had to be different. I mean after all, it was Delilah! How could anyone ever say no to the beautiful brunette? He knew he certainly wouldn't be able to. His thoughts paused and wrapped around what Delilah had to say about his ex-girlfriend, and Owen grinned boyishly, "Nice to know." he reassured her gently, "I'm not too worried, I have more...important people in my life now." he mused, eyes lingering on hers for a moment to prove his point before he then glanced down and noticed Apollo who had nudged his bone all along the floor and now was making his way towards their rooms, to entertain himself from what it seemed. At least he was content, much like everyone else in the apartment seemed to be. He nodded about their couple name, "Course. Though I'd much prefer that...we don't have to deal with all the paparazzi like Brangelina."
He grinned, building it up, "Course if that comes with your gorgeous singing...I think I could handle it." he teased. Owen's eyes fell back onto her as she attempted to seem to insult him. The wolf gave her a mock hurt look, before glancing over to Apollo, who just cocked his head slightly, his ears perked up and his eyes locked onto the two of them, keeping an eye on them as if they happened to be puppies, romping around and he had to make sure they stayed out of trouble. Yeah right. Owen then turned as she spoke, then suddenly his hair was messed with. Raising his brows curiously, Owen's eyes rolled up to see a bit of his hair sticking up and out slightly, as she had just messed with it. Wrinkling his nose in playful disgust, he spoke, "What kind of apples?" and flashed a playful grin as he then ran a quick hand through his hair to calm it back down, "Should have seen it when I lost a bet to Aidan, I had to put it into a mohawk." he shivered slightly. That certainly had not been a fun day. Owen scowled in Delilah's direction after he'd gotten the syrup, immediately recognizing the change, and the wink! First off, it was downright cute, but he felt there was something behind it. Eyeing her suspiciously, he then frowned when she suddenly leaned in, a happy look on her face.
Good Lord, if he got to wake up to see that face everyday for the rest of their lives together, he would wake up smiling. It was that easy, that simple. The male paused the moment her lips locked with his, and he swore he couldn't imagine anything being better than not only being by Delilah and being able to be hers and her be his, but being able to kiss her as well. Eagerly returning the kiss, it lasted too short for his liking, but the wolf's eyes suddenly darkened, playfully of course when he realized what she had done. "Oooh..." Owen shook his head, "Cheater.'' he scoffed, waving his fork at her as he grabbed his plate that he had finished eating his waffles off of. "Using me to get your syrup." he shook his head in playful, mock disapproval, and grinned lightly, taking Delilah's plate for her once she had finished. The male nodded, "Course I'd love to go see a movie with you. Which one were you thinking of?" He came around the bar once more, and approached Delilah, before placing both his hands on either side of her on the counter, pinning her in on her seat, his eyes locking onto her beautiful brunette ones, "I may need my shirt back too sometime...in the future." he mused, flashing her a light grin and then quickly catching her lips with his, and pulled away, "One, me." he teased, offering her a hand for her to use as if getting out of a car, off her chair. Owen glanced at Apollo who was getting up on the couch. Either way, he'd just gotten brushed, so he'd let it slide, as he coiled a hand around Delilah, never wanting to be too far from her.

And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are
“Nice to know. I’m not too worried, I have more…important people in my life now.” Owen reassured her and their eyes locked with each other’s and she blinked her dark, thick eyelashes happily. Well that was definitely reassuring. Sucking on her lips she smiled at him and twirled a loch of her deep brunette hair between her middle and pointer finger feel like she was flying in the serene blue sky on a sunny day. He made her feel so good. It was funny how he did stuff like that. He always seemed to make her heart flutter and her palms go sweaty and the butterflies that loved to stay in her stomach and bother her by fly around when she was overly nervous and or excited. Moving black hair from the gorgeous eyes, which belonged to the one and only Owen Jesse Collins, she smiled and kissed his soft skinned cheek smiling all along the way. Pulling away reluctantly she smiled and said blissfully, “ I really don’t deserve to have you in my life do I? I mean I did all the wrong things and still got you. I don’t get it.” Squeezing the hand that was closest to her she then went back to her wondrous waffles that had chocolate chips in them. Yummy yummy yeah yeah! They were also nice and crispy from being in the toaster. It was great. It was just how she liked them. So basically the waffles were AH-MAZING! That was basically Delilah go to word whenever she was in need of a word to explain something that was extremely amazing and couldn’t be undermined by the word amazing. So Delilah would say AH-MAZING to emphasize how great it really was.
“Course. Thought I’d much prefer that…we don’t have to deal with all the paparazzi like Brangelina.” Owen said and she giggled. Of course she wouldn’t really like that either. She wouldn’t like it if the newest head line on some tabloid, that she’s never even heard of, was ‘BREAKING NEWS! DELILAH JEGGARD WEARS WHITE AFTER LABOR DAY’ or something stupid like that. She knew that one day she was going to have to deal with that if her music career went well, but if she could she’d try and stay out of the tabloids. She wouldn’t go downhill like most young celebrities. She wasn’t going to get into drugs or have to go to rehab or anything. Sure, a lot of celebrities said that too, but this was different. It was different because she had Owen to keep her grounded. He was a wholesome and down to earth person. He would be her anchor in the crazy sea of corruption and deceit. He would keep her on the sanity tug boat. Yes, a tug boat! You have a problem with tug boats? Why? What did tug boats ever do to you? Wait…why are we talking about tug boats again? I’m…not really sure, but it had a reason for sure. But I guess that doesn’t matter anymore because well tug boats don’t really matter. …So. Uh. Well. Yeah. Wow…I’m a lot like Delilah aren’t I? Delilah was always talking about random things that didn’t make sense or have anything to do with the topic at hand. That was Delilah for sure. Oh that girl. A handful and interesting to say the least. “Course if that comes with your gorgeous singing…I think I could handle it.” Owen teased and she smiled. Such a sweet guy. “Hey mister Collins, you need to stop this cute thing. It’s hard to top!” She teased pointing her finger at with a fork that had just stabbed a waffle piece on it.
“What kind of apples?” Owen said giving her a playful grin and ran a hand through his black hair that she had just messed up. Narrowing her eyes with fake determination like the subject of apples was very important. “Fugi.” She said with an important look and tone. Soon she cracked and went into giggles. Biting her lip she covered her mouth while she laughed. Then putting on the urgent, important look again and raised her fork. Letting out a fake battle cry she stabbed her waffles and then started eating it happily. Once she swallowed she looked at Owen and started to giggle once again. Why was she so weird? That was all she wanted to know. “Should have seen it when I lost a bet to Aidan, I had to put it into a Mohawk.” Owen said with a shiver running down his body. Laughing at the mental image of Owen with a Mohawk she looked at him. Leaning toward him she ran her fingers into his hair making a Mohawk with his black, thick hair. After she was done she was pleased with the results. Smiling brightly, she winked at him in a playful matter. “Hey, that doesn’t look too bad. Kind of cute. Makes you look like a bad boy. Pretty hot.” she said half serious half joking. After Delilah wooed Owen and got the syrup with her womanly ways. After pulling away he seemed to piece together what had happened. His eyes darkened jokingly and he said, “Oooh…cheater. Using me to get your syrup.” She gave him a sideways peace sign and smiled. “Everything’s fair in love, war, and the pursuit of syrup in the morning.” She said smiling goofily at him. After finishing up her waffles she let Owen take her plate for her like a total gentleman. “Course I’d love to go see a movie with you. Which one were you thinking of?” He said and she bit her lip thinking. She smiled and leaned on the bar exclaiming, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part Two!She wondered if Owen would be okay with that because they had already gone to the midnight premiere together. Delilah had dressed Owen up at Harry Potter and she was Hermione. They were pretty legit. It rocked. She hoped he was okay with seeing it again. She just loved the movie so much when she saw it the first time and the second time. Then when he came back he spun her seat around and placed a hand on either side of her. Smirking at him she listened to him say, “I may need my shirt back too sometime…in the future.” She bit her lip and allowed him to kiss her and she returned it happily. When he pulled away he said, “One,me.” Laughing she kissed his nose and said playing with the end of his shirt. “You want it now?” She asked sincerely, but with a playful smile as she fiddled with the shirt. She wouldn’t really care if he wanted it back now because one she had her underwear on underneath and two because he had already seen it all. Smiling at him she waited for him to say something.

Owen was perfectly content where he was right now with Delilah. Doing anything and everything in all honesty. He absolutely loved it to be perfectly honest. He adored it, it was perfection in his mind. The wolf's blue eyes landed on Delilah's when she spoke about having gotten him after doing so many things wrong. He tilted his head gently and mused, brushing back some of her hair from her face, cupping her cheek for a few brief, precious moments, "If you think what you've been doing is wrong, I should look up the definition again." Owen commented, grinning shyly, "You're doing everything just fine, Deli." Haha, he grinned to himself at her words. Stop with the cute thing? The wolf placed a curious, innocent look on his face when she spoke those words towards him. He was being cute? Honestly he had no idea. Well, that was a bit of a lie - he had somewhat of an idea really, mainly because he was just curious about what he was doing that she labeled as cute. Nevertheless, the male went with it and cocked an eyebrow when she responded, Fuji apples. God he loved those apples. A bright smile appeared on his features, like a child being told they were going to the biggest and best candy store in the whole world, "Really?? I love those." he emphasized, his voice going...slightly higher. His voice didn't work like that, mainly because it was lower to begin with too. Either way, Owen had managed to change it up slightly and he was proud of himself.
The moment Delilah's hand raised and started to mess with his hair, Owen was hesitant about what she was going to do. Not that he cared too much, but nevertheless, the male scowled when he raised a hand and brushed his fingers along it, only to realize she'd given him like a faux hawk-type deal going on. The wolf pouted, though left it there. "Oh, thank you gorgeous." he spoke lightly, stretching his frame and allowing his bones to crack and muscles to fully awaken. Just in case he might need to wrestle Delilah for something later on. At the mention of the Harry Potter movie they'd already seen, Owen tilted his head curiously as the duo had begun to head back to their rooms to obviously get ready. He grinned lightly and shrugged, "Sure. I'm good with any movie really." he paused, eyes widening slightly then he commented, "Except like...you know..." he frowned, "Those extreme chick flicks." he smiled shyly, "Unless of course if you really want to see one...I'll go." Which was true. Owen wouldn't care as long as Delilah was with him, as he was sure he probably wouldn't be the only boyfriend who had gone to see that movie with their significant other either. Though Owen would go willingly, he didn't care, though he had a feeling other guys would demand something in return.
Pausing as she stopped and toyed with his shirt, he smiled softly and responded, reaching out and catching her hand that was toying with the hem of his shirt, "No..not right now." he grinned lightly, kissing the top of her head as he drew her close, "Just later, when you're good to let me have it again." he grinned, lingering by Delilah before quickly pressing his lips to hers, sealing as much passion as he could into that one kiss, before soon drawing away, a keen, almost mischievious look in the wolf's eyes as he headed to his bedroom, and got ready. Needless to say, the faux hawk didn't stay, but as he lounged in their new living room, knowing Delilah wouldn't take too long as always after him, he stood up when she entered and he spoke, "Sorry the mohawk thing didn't stay." he grinned sheepishly, giving her a quick kiss and patting Apollo on his head, "We'll be back boy to feed you and let you out." Apollo curled up on his bed in the living room lazily and closed his eyes. He was obviously ok. Owen's attention focused on Delilah, "Want to walk or drive?" he inquired, his keys in his pockets just in case, "Want to maybe go get your fish today?"
words, enough. coming soon, skip ahead to the pet store if you want <33 |

And through the rising and falling apart, We discover who we are
“If you think what you’ve been doing is wrong, I should look up the definition again. You’re doing everything just fine, Deli” Owen said with a grin smile and Delilah returned the smile and ruffled some of her hair. Biting her bottom lip she looked down happily. How did Owen know how to make her feel better whenever she felt terrible? He really was her little angel that was always on her shoulder whispering compliments and good things into her ears whenever she was feeling down about herself. But Delilah wasn’t the best person on earth and she didn’t think she was good enough for Owen. She was a bad person and had done some really irresponsible things during high school and after, but now meeting Owen she had gotten better. She wanted to impress him and not be the person she was. No, she wasn’t like terrible, but she definitely could have been better. She had done it with people that she shouldn’t have and she had drunken times when she shouldn’t have. Sometimes she knew that she should have tried harder in school. She wasn’t a flunky, but if she wanted to she definitely could have studied more and harder. She wished she had been better, but it was too late to talk about what she wished she had done and what she had done. High school was long gone and she just wanted to forget it. She had Owen now and he loved her. So that was all that mattered. He was all that mattered. Him and her forever. “You’re amazing and I love that you said that, but honestly I wasn’t the perfect child..” She said trailing off and looked at the bar table making a swirl with her finger tip.
“Really??I love those.” Owen said with a smile that showed only pure joy. She would really need to buy that boy some Fuji apples. That would definitely gain her some brownie points. The best part of him saying that though was his voice going higher than usual. It was quite funny which was why she laughed when he did that. Shaking her head she smiled at him and offered, “Do you want to get some later?” Wanting to make him extra happy she added, “I’ll pay.” Yeah, she actually had some money. She wasn’t completely broke. She just never paid because Owen always offered. She wasn’t stupid! She wasn’t going to turn down something free! As bad as that sounded she knew everyone did it. It was human nature. No one could lie and said they didn’t take something that was free just because it was free. She wasn’t free loading off of Owen, no; she paid rent with him and food bills and what not. She made her dues. She was a good roommate. She never liked when people said otherwise, but no one did so it was okay. She just hoped that Owen didn’t think that. If he did she would get him everything that he ever wanted. He couldn’t be mad of her. He just couldn’t.
“Oh, thank you, gorgeous.” Owe said stretching his tall figure. From the corner of her eye she watched his muscles move and hoped he didn’t catch her looking so she wouldn’t look like a creeper. Biting her lip hard, she drummed her finger on the bar table. Oh come on you couldn’t blame her! He had a nice body! It was toned and he had some nice skin. It was pale and luminescent. Plus it was really soft. This made her wonder if he moisturized…probably not, but still. It felt like he did. Also he was really warm. Like really warm. It made her just want to snuggle with him at night instead of blankets. Maybe they would do that one day, but she wasn’t sure if he would want to do that yet. She wouldn’t mind it though. Snuggling up with him and Apollo wouldn’t be that bad. A few weeks ago that seemed like a distant dream. All her dreams were coming true. She had gotten Owen. She was becoming a singer. She had an awesome apartment. Oh and she had a really cute dog. Life was…perfect. Absolutely perfect. “I know right. It’s fabu!” Delilah exclaimed smiling.
“Sure. I’m good with any move really. Except like…you know…those extreme chick flicks. Unless of course if you really want to see one…I’ll go.” Owen said and she smiled. Such a nice guy. Wrapping an arm around his waist she gave him a squeeze to thank him. Smiling up at them she bit her lip and nuzzled the bend in his neck happily. “Thank you, love, but that’s not necessary. I’m not really into chick flicks.” She told him smiling happily at him. Chick flicks weren’t really her thing. She liked action movies. They were fun to watch. Comedies were good too, but sometimes comedies were anything, but funny. It was quite disappointing. Luckily she was pretty good when it came to picking movies like Harry Potter which were always good movies to watch. She was also glad that Owen liked that so they were able to watch them together. She loved watching the movies with him. He tolerated her freaking in the movie theater. Seriously, this girl would flip out and talk and what not. He’d only laugh and shake his head at her. It was fun. She was glad they could do that.
As Delilah toyed with his shirt he caught her hand and said, “No…not right now. Just later, whnever you’re good to let me have it again” She smiled and felt like hugging him again. He was so sweet to her! It drove her crazy, but in the good way of course. He was such a gentleman. Nothing like some of the other guys she had dated. The other guys probably would have just ripped the shirt off her without even asking. To them that was all she was. A body to screw. That was why she was happy that she had Owen instead of them. Having him now made her realize how terrible they were to her and how great he was to her. That’s why he was her soul mate. He kissed the side of her head and she smiled. Then all of the sudden he locked lips with her lips passion flowing through their lips. Then they pulled away from each other and twirled a loch of her hair joyfully. Then the two went to go change. Delilah brushed her hair then pulled it up into ponytail. Then she changed her clothes to black jean shorts and a blue tank top. Slipping on her black converse she skipped over back to Owen. He stood up and said, “Sorry Mohawk thing didn’t stay.” He gave her a quick kiss. She smiled and said, “It’s cool. I understand. I like it better the way it is.” “Want to walk or drive? Want to maybe go get your fish today?” He asked and she shrugged. “Whatever you want is fine.”

Delilah skipped into the pet store with Owen on her hand. The movie was great even though she had missed some of it because she was too interested in Owen which was something that NEVER happened around Harry Potter. He really was quite different. She never got distracted when it came to Harry Potter than today she got distracted with Owen. Special boy. Smiling at him she twirled once happily. “I’m so excited!” Delilah said her brown eyes sparkling. Rushing over to the goldfish she smiled more and asked, “Which one do you like?” TAGS- Owen<3, OUTFIT- clikah!, WORD COUNT- 1290+, NOTES-oh deli :3

Tuning in on her words at what she said, Owen frowned slightly and tilted his head curiously. The perfect child? Was anyone? He knew his parents had desperately wanted him and Aidan to be wonderful children, but perfect? He wasn't sure if that was even possible. Certainly didn't mean when someone got older they couldn't be perfect, after all, Delilah was a perfectly fine example of being perfect once someone had gotten old. In all matters of the word. The wolf mused, "I think you're perfect." he commented gently, urging his words once more, to encourage her to just take them and not attempt to fight him with them. The moment that she of course asked about getting apples later, then her paying, the wolf could barely contain his eagerness. Getting apples? God he loved those, they were probably second on his list of favorite foods behind meat of course, he was a werewolf after all. The male grinned most likely ear to ear and he nodded, blue eyes gleaming, "I would love some of those apples, I haven't had any in awhile." She was going to spoil him if she wasn't careful. At least though on the topic of movies, they were pretty much on the same page. Sweet baby Jesus, thank you, he thought quietly to himself.
He honestly wanted to know how lucky he had to have been to be able to have gotten Deli to be with him. To actually like...no, love him. She was the type of girl Owen scolded other guys about when they broke up with a girl like this. She wasn't into chick flicks, she was perfectly fine with playing video games all day, she actually paid half her rent and she could sing. And damn, she could sing too. He wasn't the slightest bit jealous, he was quite proud of the beautiful brunette and her upcoming stardom. Getting that deal, he could only imagine, and he wondered about that contract too, probably wouldn't hurt to have his mom, a lawyer read over it and make sure it was all right. He figured it would be, but just in case they tried to sneak something in on Delilah that neither of them may be able to catch just reading it themselves. "Wonderful, then any movie." he trusted her enough anyway. Having gotten all ready though, he finished checking on his tennis shoes, making sure they were tied before lifting his blue eyes as they landed on Delilah when she exited the hall way, while Apollo too seemed to mimic Owen's movements and look to the brunette too. Patting the dog on his head, Owen approached Deli with a boyish grin.
Eyeing the part of his hair that managed to get low enough and hang by his face, the wolf shrugged and then listened to her words softly. Personally he was good either way, he was with her and didn't care anymore as long as she was right there. Though he would admit during the movie he did get distracted....a few times. One time he'd covered Delilah's eyes, teasing her about there being a scary part before he stole another quick kiss, giving himself another point. Oh, he knew Delilah would find some way to get back to him, he knew she would. Their hands interlocked, the connection snapped when Delilah spun and approached the fish. He laughed lightly, one hand in the back pocket of his pants as his eyes scanned the different tanks. He scowled, and tapped the glass ever so slightly at a tank of goldfish. Owen shrugged slightly, "I'm a goldfish type of person..." he grinned sheepishly, and pointed to one of the goldfish in there, "That one, which ones do you like?" He then narrowed his eyes at her, as if suspicious, "Wait...no...no. They're your fish, you get to pick all of them." he gave her a sheepish grin, shaking his head before giving her fingers a gentle squeeze, "You get to pick Deli, they're...a part of your house-warming gift."
