Nick had pretty much been all around the world at this point- spending human lifetimes at each places looking after his charged. Not one of those times had he been in Manuka, which was interesting because apparently this was the ‘supernatural haven’. Supernatural in his opinion didn’t really need a haven, but the thought was nice. He also knew that he didn’t have much room to judge because this was only his full seventh month as a fallen angel. How was he supposed to know what danger the rest of the world was in? All he had to focus on was his stupid human walking around and living a life that Nick could never hope to have. Heaven had wondered what made Nick turn to the ‘dark side’. Despite being on that side, the man had never felt better. Must have suited him quite well. Looking in the mirror of his new apartment, he would have to say that being a handsome devil came with the territory.
Time to get to know the town. Nick wasn’t sure how long he was going to stay here. He guessed there was no reason to leave as there had been for New York. New York was a little too central for him. If Nick was going to settle in a place, it was going to be one that reminded him of how things used to be. The smaller towns and the streets more classy in brick. Though the old town didn’t have all of those attributes, it wasn’t very far from. Honestly, he had looked over at houses in the upper state, but they were much too modern for him. Felt like he was in heaven all over again. It wasn’t that heaven hadn’t been a good place. It had been wonderful, but man, for paradise, it had been rather constricting. Maybe if he just stayed up in heaven as a dead soul instead of gaining wings, he would still be enjoying the luxury of floating among the clouds.
No matter. The last thing that Nick would ever have is regrets. Besides landing hard butt ass nude in the middle of central park, life had been smiling upon him. Now he only had eternity to make the most of it. He smiled. Eternity of freedom. Plain freedom to do what he wished. That was all he had ever asked for in his afterlife. To be as free as he had been when he was alive. When he was alive, he explored the seas at his command. Did everything at his word. Somehow Nick was determined to crawl to the top of this just as he had before. Though this may have taken a little more time, but that was fine with him. Time was something he actually did have. In fact, he was going to use his new time to explore this bar he had passed on the way here. It was called Captain Morgan’s Liquor or something rather. Being an ex-navy officer and well… English- he figured that would be the perfect place to spend his time. Bring back old memories as he explored what forces he was dealing with here.
Though Nick was much more laid back than he used to be. Now it didn’t really bother him what happened around him. It was easier to relax when the only thing that could kill him were angels. There were some rumors about hunters being able to with the right kind of knife, but Nick was just going to laugh at any attempts made similar to that. The man wasn’t stupid. In fact, it was his smart tactics and persuasive tongue that tended to annoy the best of people. It always amused him. Like a child on Christmas. Shaking his head, he figured that if he was going to leave, he ought to do it while the night was still young. It was always good to arrive early so that the best people weren’t already taken. No- not in a hookup way. Just by amusement and seeing what he would come up with. Not to say that if the opportunity struck him, he would deny it. A small laugh escaped his lips as he put on his coat and started to head down there.
Eventually, he was going to have to go to the local car dealership and buy a car. It was going to be a little harder because the guy didn’t exactly have records or an ID, but it wouldn’t be hard. Just more out of his way type of thing. For now, he was going to have to leave it to walking. His long coat hung on him, almost touching the ground as he swayed. Very carefully, his blue eyes scanned the areas around him. The residents who knew most that crossed this way were eyeing his skeptically. They’d just have to get use to him. Nick didn’t even give them a smile. He just smirked at himself and stood tall and proud. It took him a long walk. All the way from old town to the upper state. Lucky for him- the place was right on the edge. He walked in, seeing at once this was the traditional older ‘English’ bar that he had hoped it would be. Whoever owned this joint had done a decent job of capturing that effect. He was rather impressed. Nick took a seat, ordering a hard liquor before he turned and looked on the other side.
Suddenly, the knife he had in his coat pocket felt heavy. No. Nick must have been imaging things. This was too much of a weird funny trick life was playing to be able to be him. Nick kept staring, having remembered every single detail of that damned pirate. The one who got away. The one who forced him to go into that hurricane and die. Fate was just fucking with his mind now. Yet, now, he realized there was no way that couldn’t be him. Manuka out of all the places to be? Stupid scoundrel. A new smile came on his lips that time. The type of smile that should have been followed by dripping blood. The knife was taken out of his hand, not aware of the consequences in this particular bar. There was no way he could sneak up on the man. If the pirate was in front of him as Nick saw him, he wasn’t mortal. Instead of just stabbing him in the back like he wanted, he came from the front. Wanting to see the surprise in his eyes. ”Well, well, well, what do we have here? Been a long time pirate.” His growl was very threatening and caused a few heads to turn, but currently- there was only one head turn that Nick actually cared to see. Come on, give him a challenge. All these years and nothing? Not acceptable. All Nick knew was that this time, he was going to land on top.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,0,true][atrb=style, width: 500px]I REMEMBER WHEN WE WERE DRIVING we gotta make a decision: leave tonight or live and die this way? [/style][style=background-color: 1b1b1b; width: 200px; height: 300px; float: right; border: 0px solid #0e0e0e; padding: 8px; color: 454545; overflow: auto; text-align: justify; font-family: arial] vlad had recently started thinking about his pirate days again. it had been so long since those days that he was surprised he could even still remember it. those had been the days of his life, though . . . the life worth living for him had taken place back then. vladimir remembered it fondly. he had captained his first ship for sixty years before they switched. the crew always stayed with him, too; all of them being vampires, none of them died of old age or sickness, and it was almost impossible for them to die in the field. that had been the most amazing part of the experience - no one died! they had remained a mystery to most of the world for ages. some of the few people that heard of what they'd done still didn't understand how it was that the crew of a ship would last so long.
that hadn't even really been the vampire's favorite aspect of his life as a pirate. no, his favorite part had been the women . . . and men, occasionally. in every port he docked in that was pirate - friendly, there were always a plentiful amount of women that were more than happy to accommodate to his needs. whether it was sex or blood or the lot, he could always get what he wanted from them. on top of that, no one dared to belittle him if he slept with a few men. they knew he would basically have sex with anything and anyone - he'd even found a rare gem that had both parts, one that he truly had fun with - so it didn't matter. he did wonder sometimes, though, if some of his crew secretly didn't like what he was doing. whenever he thought that, the thought that immediately followed: who the fuck cares? he certainly didn't.
a tap on his shoulder dragged him out of memory lane. looking up, a very angry looking woman was glaring at him. it wasn't until he noticed that he had stopped walking in front of this woman's car that he realized why she was so angry at him. shrugging, vlad winked at the woman; she looked like she was about to pop a vein. he imagined that pulsating vein in her forehead exploding, the blood covering everywhere. the smirk that followed these images was accompanied by his fangs. thinking about all this blood was making him thirsty. he licked his lips, willing his fangs to retract, as he looked around. where was a good place to try and get a drink? he wasn't in the place of town that he usually went to get his food, so he headed down towards the more familiar part of town. as much as the slums of the city would do for finding a quick meal, it wasn't a very good place for him to get some entertainment at the same time.
unfortunately, vladimir was extremely lazy. he didn't want to walk all the way across town for a meal. he called for a quick taxi, getting it to drive him to his mansion. from there, he took his time getting his car. sure, he could have asked the butler - well, he was more of a slave than a butler, really - to drive him to his meal, but that would make the man a third wheel. an ugly third wheel, he might add. if he had at least been younger and more attractive, vlad would have no problem letting the man tag along. unfortunately, that face would be a complete boner killer for anything vlad decided to do. he'd actually tried letting the butler drive him around once . . . it didn't end up so well. he had gotten the girl in his car, and when she saw the older man's face, wanted to get out. he just had that odd, creepy feel to him that wasn't comforting to, well, anyone.
vladimir walked through the emptiness of his house - even though it was a mansion, the only people that lived there were vlad and his servants - and let out a sigh. why couldn't these be like the olden days? he missed the breeze of the ocean on his face when he walked out of his quarters, the rush of battle, the pleasure after raiding a town, killing the men and abusing the women. he missed the rock of his ship as he slept and watching as any new recruits got their sea legs. he had been tempted, a few times in his long life, to return to his old methods of piracy. the only problem was that pirates were all but extinct, the only " pirates " remaining being those amateurs in africa. that was where they were, wasn't it? he honestly couldn't care less, really, so he pretended like he was right and moved along.
he decided he would take the corvette. it was one of the many cars he owned, which usually lead him to believe that he had a sort of problem. well, a few problems, actually. he was almost one thousand years old and still was crying over a stupid kid. his kid, though only by adoption. to top it off, that kid was in a relationship! vlad's problem was not only his need to spend a ton of his money on sports cars he really doesn't need, but that he also needed to move on. he needed to find someone that he could actually care about and that would care about him in return. what were his chances with that, though? again, he was almost one thousand years old! his chance probably came and went at this point, and he didn't even notice it. well, that was just the way the cookie crumbled sometimes.
the male drove his car into the upper state, parallel parking it in the first place he saw around his destination. what was his destination, exactly? none other than captain morgan's liquor. he didn't really know why he was drawn to the place - maybe he just really wanted the booze to feel like his old self again - but nonetheless, he was there. he walked in with his typical swagger, sitting down at the bar and ordering a shot of vodka. oh, how he missed when he could just hold the bottle of vodka and tag swigs out of it whenever he felt like it. shots were stupid, in his opinion; he would much rather drink straight from the bottle and feel the alcohol sting his throat. in any case, vlad took the shot glass when it was given to him, downing it in one satisfied gulp.
now, to look for someone . . . entertaining. he spun in the chair and scanned the bar. it only took a few seconds for him to realize there was a person coming towards him. a very familiar person who was supposed to have died long, long ago. his jaw clenched as he tried to not let the surprise show on his face. it's him. he should have died in that storm. they said his ship was wrecked and didn't survive. there were only a few reasons as to why the male was standing in front of him again today, but vlad didn't care to run through every one in his head. that was just too time consuming, and he honestly didn't care at the moment. " well, hello there, old friend. how's life been treating you? i heard you'd died in that storm, love. trust me, i mourned for weeks . . . it was such a tragic story, you know? then again, it must not be so tragic since you're still standing here, " he shrugged.
" so, destin, what brings you here to manuka all these years after your demise? " [style=letter-spacing: 2px; border-bottom: 2px solid; padding: 2px] yup love them already. because they'll butt heads so much. <33 [/style] |

It would imply that he cared too much to be enemies with someone. There were a couple special people who made that little list, however. Mostly people from his past that pissed him off more than once. Quite the accomplish coming from a man that wasn’t bothered by much anymore. It went farther and beyond something like a bad first impression. The man in front of him had to hit every single bad thing on his list. He remembered hearing some of the horror stories of what this man did to people. Nick could honestly say he wasn’t much better now, but at least he had reason. The only thing that Nicolas saw that Vladimir wanted was something to do. Just being with him again was enough to make the fallen angel want to shoot every light out of this room. Although he supposed that power was now gone along with his wings. The consequences of freedom. A small price to pay, but it would have been damn handy at this point.
Heads turned, but Nick wasn’t even paying attention. By the end of this, he was sure that the two powerful whatever they were, were going to be escorted out by the end of the night. That was just fine with him. Perhaps it would only be one escorted out, and the other laying on the floor covered in blood. A devilish smirk appeared on his face as his mind crossed that. Oh yes. All this time, he had been waiting for this. Yes, he pictured him in his navy uniform along with his men storming the ship and beating his entire crew along with it, but he would settle for this moment. After all this time, it wasn’t going to be done in a quick swipe either. No. Nick was going to see how long he could bleed the bloody sucker out. This was all in his head- not even realizing he had no idea how to kill him yet. Nick was going to try to cut his head off and see if that worked. It was the general rule of thumb for any supernatural. The head kind of needed to be attached to the body in order to function correctly. He wasn’t even going to try to imagine what would happen to an angel. Probably do something weird like grow it back.
Well one thing was certain- Vladimir wasn’t going to figure that little secret out. The fucking pirate. He didn’t even seem surprised to see him which was very irritating. Nick narrowed his eyes, keeping his voice deep and staring him down with little mercy on his face. Vladimir spoke as if they were old friends, taunting him much like Nick might have taunted someone else. His old name filled the place and Nick groaned. Destin was his old name. His angel name none the less. It was a new life and a new day- which was why a new name was required. If anything, the man should have respected him enough to call him Vitale. ”My life has been treating me nicely. Unlike yours, which is about to end, I assure you.” He said pleasantly, even if his message was anything but pleasant. ”Don’t be stupid. Even if I survived that ghastly storm, I wouldn’t be here. How did you get out of there? A man with nothing but a life of pillage and plunder.” There was a bit of taunting in his voice, wanting to give back a little bit of what Vlad was giving to him. Society today liked pirates and had special movies and shows for them. Didn’t people understand how horrible pirates were? That they went off and killed any man for fun? They played every modern crime, and they were worshiped. It sickened him. More of the few things he didn’t tolerate.
One last thing before he went and started to fight with this man. A fight that he wanted to last, but for the sake of the time he had, wasn’t sure how long it really was going to last. Also, if Vladimir was as smart as Nick remembered, he knew that he wouldn’t be sitting on his ass since he had been playing angel. He had been fighting as well. ”It’s Nick now. That name belonged to a much weaker version of myself.” Nick wasn’t really afraid to admit it. Being a human, he had been weaker, though he had been strong among human standards. Being an angel had more strength on his side, sure, but what he was tied down to made him weaker. Any man that wasn’t at the top of his own game was automatically not strong enough. Nick understood the importance of climbing up the social ladder to a place where he was his own commander. If this was ever going to satisfy him properly, he had to have the satisfaction that no one could escape him. Which meant Vladimir needed to be dead under his own knife.
Despite all of this, Nick wasn’t attacking just yet. It sounded odd, as he saw that some people were taking his words very seriously. However, he knew that sometimes the most dangerous man was an angry one, as long as they didn’t let that overcome everything else. He let these thoughts fill his head and make him even angrier. There was nothing left to lose at this point, and if he could just work himself up a little more, he would have him. Vlad would stand no chance. What was he? There was no possible way he was here unless there was some sort of species he was. If he was a ghost, Nick was going to flip tables before he left. Or people, depending whatever was closer. At least that was going to be a little easier to kill. It would take very long to locate any bones. Then again, he could be a fallen just as Nick was. He laughed to himself. No, the pirate would become a demon. Little harder, but not impossible. Immortals? He had dealt with those plenty of times. Vampire didn’t even cross his mind for a moment. Just didn’t seem to see logical. A vampire pirate? Please, don’t make him laugh.

[atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellpadding,0,true][atrb=style, width: 500px]I REMEMBER WHEN WE WERE DRIVING we gotta make a decision: leave tonight or live and die this way? [/style][style=background-color: 1b1b1b; width: 200px; height: 300px; float: right; border: 0px solid #0e0e0e; padding: 8px; color: 454545; overflow: auto; text-align: justify; font-family: arial] vladimir knew he'd made a lot of enemies over his lifetime. hell, he was almost one thousand years old, it'd be weird if he never made a single enemy. then again, he never really found someone to stick around with him for the entirety of his life - or for more than a couple years without forcing them to stay with him - so maybe it wouldn't have been odd to have no enemies. after all, he thought he'd gone through and gotten rid of anyone that posed a real threat to him. that had taken forever, too; most of the people he'd pissed off tended to be about as rich and powerful as he was.
that being said, destin had been one of those people that vladimir had enjoyed pissing off. it was fun letting the other think he had the upper hand, only to show that he was three steps behind vladimir the entire time. he'd even planted a spy into destin's crew, using him to give false leads or spread what he'd done. oh, yes, vlad loved to spread the tales of what he'd done to this man. some things were false, just to hear his spy tell him destin's reaction. though there were some false tales, most of them were true; all the stories that spread at the time about how he would burn entire villages and take both men and women as sex slaves? those were all, for the most part, true.
vladimir saw destin's smirk and wondered what was going on in that head of his. he had an idea of what the man was thinking - how to kill him. there were only a select few ways that vladimir could die, and he wasn't about to let any of those situations happen. after all, he couldn't see anything sharp and wooden around, though he didn't put it passed destin to try stabbing him with a flat chair leg. the vampire tried not to laugh at the thought of that happening. oh, god, if that happened, vladimir was pretty sure he'd be laughing so hard on the floor that destin would be able to actually find a way to kill him. he stuck his left hand in his jacket pocket and let a playful smile dance along his lips; everything he could think of to make destin think he was off his guard, he was planning on doing.
vladimir did a very bad fake insulted - gasp at destin's words. " about to end? why is that? can you see the future? " he mocked before chuckling. the vampire shrugged, not letting what the other man said affect him. no, he was way too used to alec and their bickering to let whatever destin said put him off guard. " even if you had survived? so you didn't survive? interesting, " vladimir smirked at this information, looking destin up and down. he was solid, not at all like a ghost. " you don't look like a ghost. that very limits what you could possibly be. on the other hand, there are still countless things that i could be, to you. but as to how i got out of that storm, i'll leave that up to your imagination. "
the vampire would never really forget the night of that storm. it had been a much heavier storm than he'd anticipated, but the prospect of getting destin off his tail was worth the risk. after all this time, there was a bit of a blurry spot in the middle of all this, but he could clearly remember coming out of the end of the storm and looking back to see that destin's ship was nowhere in sight. they were almost positive that he'd gone down, but they'd waited to celebrate until word came in that he was, in fact, dead and gone. oh, that night had been one to remember; the entire crew drank and whored as much as they possibly could, enjoying the fact that the man was dead. if only my crew were around to see him still standing here. but his crew was dead.
he arched an eyebrow at destin's words. " nick? really, now? " he smirked at the admission to being weaker in the past. " are you really worthy of a 'stronger' name? you don't exactly look any different from the weaker version of yourself. what is it, exactly, that makes you stronger now than you were before, hm? did death change you? " vladimir was planning to rub in the fact that he was closer to finding out what destin was than destin was to finding out what he was. and, no, he wasn't planning on ever calling the man ' nick, ' especially if the name pissed him off now. vladimir took his hand out of his pocket and stood up straight, looking at destin, getting ready for a possible attack. " so, destin. what was that about my life being about to end? " he was looking forward to this.

Chopping off his head would have been a nice start. That was a way to kill just about anything. Although there was nothing official of fallens and demons, he was pretty sure that would do him some scarring. He couldn’t imagine it. Nick touched his neck thinking about it. Headless Nick wouldn’t be very appealing, now would it? Headless Vladimir was slightly more appealing, although he preferred that to be one of his last moves on him. Unfortunately for Vladimir, Nick hadn’t just been thinking about this at that moment. Looking at him and coming with all of this in his head? No. Sure, he didn’t think that bloody pirate would be walking around, but he had thought of many ‘what ifs’. After a couple of hundred years, it was pretty easy to think about things. Of all scenarios. When Heaven wasn’t trying to shove the guardian thing down his throat, stuff like this happened.
The fact he was standing in front of him. Mocking him to say the least. It made Nick angry. An emotion that usually was very controlled. There was also the fact that Vladimir was probably having a kick out of all of this. Little did he know that every smiling hint of mocking he was giving him was just another moment he was going to spend cutting him up in small little pieces. Over and over. As he healed the wounds he could and the wounds he couldn’t. If he could even do so. Ghost would be tricky, but entirely doable. This wasn’t a new thing for him. It had been a while since he was down on Earth, but as far as all the other stuff? Oh no. This was all just coming back to him. He was an officer for many years, and he was extremely stubborn. Hence why he went into the storm without a second sense of turning back. It cost his life, but it made him stronger. The rest of his crew he didn’t care about.
With a hard look, he answered him darkly, ”No. But I’ve seen enough to know how your fate will end. Plus, with nothing to stop me now.” No storms. No easily killed life of Nick’s. There was only one way known to kill him, and he seriously doubted the man was hiding some type of guardian’s sword in his bloody coat. Highly doubtful. Nick was sure that eventually he was going to have his own small pile of them over at his place, but it wasn’t now. Nor would he ever tell anyone that, even his closest friend. There were no such things as close friends like that. At any time, they would be able to use those weapons against him. It was the only weakness Nick was convinced he had. There was nothing to stop him to take his vengeance. Again, it wouldn’t happen tonight. Not now. As much as he wanted to. Perhaps he would just take him today. He wanted his death to draw out.
Oh, how that irked him. Knowing that he hadn’t survived the storm, and Vladimir was pinning it against him. He hadn’t considered that storm in so long. Honestly not until he was face-to-face with his old foe again. Knowing the one thing that put him between victory and defeat was that damn storm. Nick was an older man in that time period. Most people died in their late twenties, and he was in his late thirties when he passed away. Not many thought so, but he was indeed that old. ”You didn’t think I was here because I was originally different, did you?” He asked with bitterness as he might have with an annoying small child, treating him as if it were obvious and he was stupid for saying something like that. As Vladimir went on, it occurred to him. The man didn’t know of his species either. While he did want to spit at him how exactly powerful he was, he didn’t want the satisfaction of him knowing and Nick not. ”At one point, my men called you a demon. But that’s not true, is it Vladimir? That I never believed. Still don’t.” Nick thought highly of demons. Not higher than himself, of course, for he was technically more powerful, but the dark powers were always much more interesting of a fate.
What a stupid question. Nick sighed heavily, as if he were exhausted having to explain this to him all at once. He titled his head back, lowering it and shaking his head. ”I was human before. Does that not say enough? Think about it Vladimir, I’m sure you’ll think of something.” He growled, not sure how much longer he was able to keep up just this banter back and forth without something to follow. Just if he could hit him. Just hit him, oh, that’d be enough. As well as break several bones in his body.
Oh, sooner than you thought pirate. ”I’m surprised you want to rush me so quickly. When I told you, you were going to die, I didn’t mean it quick and pleasantly. In fact, how about I take you now. Since you appear so eager.” He asked, lifting his eyebrow and feeling his weapon heavy in his pocket. It wouldn’t kill Vladimir at the least, but he knew any immortal creature could still feel pain. Just get him cocky enough to let his guard off. Just a little more…

[/style][style=background-color: 1b1b1b; width: 200px; height: 300px; float: right; border: 0px solid #0e0e0e; padding: 8px; color: 454545; overflow: auto; text-align: justify; font-family: arial] vladimir was regretting having left his house without any weapons this morning. usually he grabbed something, even if it was just a knife, just in the off chance that he has to fight without revealing what he was. recently, though, he'd stopped caring about revealing vampires to people. with destin, though? shit, he wasn't about to let the guy know what he was! it was obvious that he was an immortal species, yes, but there were quite a few out there with a variety of ways that they could be killed. for all destin knew, vlad could be unkillable - he could be a fallen or a demon, something that could only be killed by their own kind, really. then again, those weren't crossed off of vlad's list of what the other male might be. he sincerely hoped he wasn't a fallen or demon. that meant extra work to kill him.
the vampire arched an eyebrow in a very mocking way at what destin said. " how will my fate end, then, destin? by your hand? oh, please. you haven't a clue what i am, or even how old i am. i've lasted this long, what makes you think that you can succeed where others have failed? " he questioned, smirk playing at his lips. he wanted to get destin worked up, wanted him to think irrationally and make that fatal move. hell, he wanted the other to attack him right here, in front of witnesses, so that when he drives the nearest object into destin's chest there will be people there to say that it was self defense. oh, yes, vladimir would love that - to kill destin in public. what would actually be nice would be to kill him over and over again, but he wasn't picky.
vladimir shook his head. " i have always known you were human before you died. your entire record started clearly from when you were born to when you died, and i had people out looking for you to make sure you didn't make another appearance. plus, there was no way a man like you could be anything but human. if you weren't human, you would have known you couldn't kill me. " he replied, nonchalantly. without taking his eyes off of destin, vladimir waved down the bartender and ordered himself some rum. " why would you not think i was a demon? they called me that, and they exist. don't check anything off of your list until you have the proof, love, " he mocked. vladimir wanted to make destin's list as long as possible, wanted to mess with him . . . he thought maybe he should get someone to paint wing scars on his back for the next time he met destin, just to throw him off the trail.
oh, the anger in destin's voice . . . it fueled vladimir. he wanted to drive the man up the wall, make him angry at how the vampire was just trying to manipulate his emotions. vlad partly wished he was a faerie - or part faerie - so he could actually mess with destin's emotions . . . but being able to mess with his mind was going to be much more satisfying. he wasn't willing to try it on destin yet, but vlad was definitely planning on attempting it . . . especially if things got out of hand. it would obviously out him as a vampire, so he knew he had to be patient. he had to. " i'm guessing that anger means that you're not a demon. they can control their emotions. stop giving yourself away, destin, it's really not the smartest idea. "
destin made big talk - he said something about taking vladimir now, which was kind of funny because it seemed oddly sexual and vlad would be the one taking destin, in that case - but vladimir couldn't see him making any type of obvious move right here. the vampire reached to his side and downed the shot of rum that was waiting for him before standing up. " 'm always eager to be . . . taken? no, i'll be doing the taking, i believe. " he stepped closer to the younger male, not caring if the other had a weapon or not, making the gap between them only a little more than an inch. he didn't care if destin would back up, he'd keep going until that small gap existed. vladimir tilted his head to the side and looked at destin's lips quickly, hoping the other caught his gaze shift - he wanted this to make destin nervous.
vladimir lowered his head a little, smirking, bringing his mouth that much closer to destin's. it was no secret that vladimir had sex with both men and women - willing and unwilling - so he hoped this unnerved destin, at the very least. he didn't really know about destin's attraction to males . . . if he did, he would make this much more awkward to get a better reaction. " would you at least be willing to give me a sweet death, destin? " he said softly, hoping the meaning of 'sweet death' wasn't lost on destin. vladimir just smiled and didn't move back, wanting to see how the other would react to him being so close and asking for something so intimate.
