FINNIGAN ANDREW HARPER !?
'i don't...get why i need to tell you that'
'i don't...get why i need to tell you that'
hey there! so, tell us all about you... let's start off with the basics. what do we need to know?
"Now excuse me, but why the hell would I tell you all that? Here, tell me what you think, jack-off. I do tend to cuss, I apologize, I have four older brothers, ya know? Well yeah, it's Finnigan Andrew Harper want to think I got my ass kicked when I was younger? I did for a few years, till I started going by Finn or Andrew. Only those special enough, like my brothers are allowed to call me Finny. Truth be told, I'm actually only 19 but for some reason I keep getting offered a drink as if I'm older, or I'm younger and people ask me if I'm excited as shit or something to get my license. What the hell? Either way, umm...I'm a Taurus if that means anything to you, I was born April 25th, so right in the middle of spring I s'pose. Obviously, I'm a guy and no way in hell will I prove it to you. For my alliance, I don't really have one, but my family's dark, so I align with them, though I don't really agree, so I'm dark. As for what I am, I'm a shifter not the most powerful species around, so to speak, but I shift into an African Crowned Eagle which is basically the biggest and baddest-ass bird in the world, with a 6.5-foot wingspan and therefore with this, I get some awesome side powers too - including flight. Since you asked - pervert - I'm so straight it isn't even funny."
so, a little birdy told me that you're pretty gorgeous... describe yourself.
"Can't you just telling with your own damn eyes? Sorry, I'll try and work on that throughout this. I'll start off easy, I apparently look like this Logan Lerman dude, and I have no idea who the hell he is, so I figure that I look better. I lied, I do look better than he does. Ha. I'm technically 6-foot, but sometimes I swear I'm beginning to border 6'1" though it doesn't matter to me all that much since I have more important things to worry about. I have this jet black hair much like my siblings, we all have darker hair. I'm one of the two out of the five children in my family who have blue eyes so that's always interesting to notice when you see me with my brothers. I do like my hair, it's thicker than most, and I tend to style it close to the same thing. I may not look like much, but I'm quite muscular I just have the lean muscles I call them, since I was a swimmer for quite awhile.
I'll move onto my clothes, though I'm definitely no fashionista, but I do figure I can dress myself up when I feel like it. Jeans and a shirt are just fine with me, a sweater too, though most of the time it's what-ever's clean and whatever I have in store for the day. You know?"
i'm sure that your personality is something else completely, tell me all about your self, can't wait to hear it!
"Oh Lord, you want me to attempt to put my personality down? For one, I'm sarcastic but not to the point like one of my brothers where I attempt t make people crythough sometimes I do. I'm quite friendly and I don't mind chatting up people in the most random of places like in an elevator or when I'm standing in line. I figure we're all going to the same destination ultimatelydeathwell, except those immortals, but you get what I'm trying to say, yeah? I also have a habit of attempting to express things using my hand movements to do so, so I do talk with my hands quite a bit. I do really like pranks though, and I know one way to easily gain my respect is to pull a prank on me, as long as it doesn't include me getting in trouble with the law, it's all good.
Oh, as for dislikes, I really don't like skateboarding, as I'm an eagle and I have moderately okay balance, otherwise, nothing like a cat shifter. Also, here's a quick list, ignorance, stupid pranks, idiots, lack of common sense and a main one is just plain annoying people which basically means someone who talks a ton. Sure, I'll tolerate them - especially because I'm one of them. -grins innocently- But really, mainly it's people who think that they're all that when they really aren't. Isn't that technically with the ego thing? Either way, that. I also don't really like seafood all that much, mainly because I once ate raw fish and got sick for about two weeks after that happened. So I tend to stray from seafood if I can avoid it.
One thing I'm passionate about, well, I call myself an artist. I don't only love people but I also love acting as well as photography. Those are my main things, as well as other things, designing. Creative? Sure if you want to call me that, I'm good with whatever I suppose. Haha. One thing I'm good with is that I tolerate everyone for our differences, I know there are people out there who may not see eye to eye with me, but that's what makes the world go round, yes? My main dream is to be an actor and I'm already in some indie films here as well as commercials, which is fine with me, since my major is Communication Studies, probably because I love speech and even ranked at the National Level. Boom.
Oh, my bad. -chuckles- I really want to graduate with my major as soon as possible, and I'm a hopeless romantic though I'll never admit it. So yeah, that and if you want a secret, you already have one. I'm a shifter. There. Otherwise, I don't really have secrets though I think my definition and yours are different. -winks- Flirty? Sure, I flirt, but only once in awhile, otherwise not that much as I have plenty of more important things to do. I do aim on having a family by the time I'm 32ish if I can, so I definitely have plenty of years. -grins sheepishly- I'm not very good at staying quiet, especially when I get nervous. I talk a lot, but not in every situation, only some. Then it comes to my nerves which I like to think I've learned how to get rid of with a few exercises. I'm not very good at sports except for hiking, running and biking, otherwise...no, not really. I might lie once in awhile, like about secrets. -laughs- Though I usually only do it to avoid conflict if I need to."
i would love to hear about your past, i'm sure it's oh so interesting...
"Oh, really? Do I have to? -whining- All righty, you ask for it. I'm the youngest out of four older brothers. Damn. Now that I said it again, it kind of like...sunk in. Anyway, my parents were pretty good, y'know, workers and all that. My mom's name was June Frink and she married my dad and took his last name, as per the custom, Tyler Harper. They met - I think in college sometime, I don't know, all I know is that my mom wanted all girls, but look what she got instead, hm? I like it though, especially due to the fact that my brothers and I are pretty close in age. Here's the list, there's the eldest named Benjamin, he's 25 now, and he actually just got married recently, so congrats, bro. The second oldest is Derek, who is 24 and in grad school to be a doctor. Fancy that. Then there's the other two, the middle is my mentor and the guy who separated fights and all that, Lukas, who is 23, a good guy if you ask me, though he's horrible with picking who to date. He's fortunate to have us around. Then there's my closest brother in age, Michael, who is 21, and he's in college, in Boston, actually, so we see each other in breaks and such. That's my immediate family, and my mom's mom, my grandma stayed with us boys a lot while we were younger, since both my parents worked. I call her Grandma, but her name's actually Meredith. Yeah, I know.
Anyway! So I was born in New York City, New York. I know, the Big Apple, isn't it? Of course it is! Either way, I personally don't know how I feel about it, but nevertheless, yes, I was born there, along with my brothers. The moment my mom fell pregnant with Ben, the eldest, she and Tyler moved to New York City where her mom lived in a large townhouse downtown. Yeah, think it's all glamorous? It wasn't. My mom, like me, wanted to be an actress, but never got her big shot, so while she had been doing that, she fell pregnant and soon had Ben, then Derek. She gave up her acting dream to stay home with her boys, till her mom retired and therefore said she could take care of the two boys. Needless to say, she didn't know Tyler and June were planning on having three more boys. June wanted a girl, so she fell pregnant once more, only to get Lukas after Derek and Ben. Lukas was loved, as were my older brothers, and my mom became a stay-at-home mom on the weekdays, working the weekends at the local, downtown NYC, since my dad had the weekends off but not the weekdays. So they split that up, and my grandma just helped out.
She wasn't too happy, both her and June weren't when June gave birth to Michael. Course when I came along, my grandma was pissed, and she was wanting to name this baby, or else she'd kick them out. Might as well, since June already had four boys, and she promised that she'd have no more children, as Lukas, Michael and I would be all sharing a room as the infants and toddlers, while Ben and Derek got their own rooms, being older. Either way, I got slapped with the name, Finnigan. I have no idea the hell why, but I did, and I got the name my mom wanted to name me as my middle name, Andrew. It sucks horribly. So my childhood was full of football, sports and messing around with my older brothers, who all took care of me like I took care of them. They shortened my name from Finnigan to Finn or Finny, though only my family is allowed to call me that. By the time I was in elementary school, I developed a bit of a knack for acting, and my mom after school would play with me with my acting, along with Lukas, who also had a thing for acting when he was younger. I went to public school, and when I was in fifth grade, things started to change - besides puberty, that just plain sucked.
Basically, Ben and Derek freaked out one day and my parents ushered them into another room while. Turns out, they had shifted into their chosen animal. Ben was a wolf - I thought it seemed pretty typical, but that was what he had chosen. Derek was a tiger, which I still think is pretty damn cool. Then it came for when Lukas and Michael hit puberty and they had to shift for the first time, Lukas went for a python and then Michael for a lion. Sure, all pretty neat animals, my mom was a dolphin and my dad was half-shifter, but he was definitely a shifter, and he shifted into an owl. Interesting, yes? Needless to say, when it came my turn, I was more into photography than anything, but let's see, I had done some research on kick-ass animals, and ended up with the African Crowned Eagle, which is pretty much the biggest and most badass bird that I could find. Plus, I just imagined what I would inherit upon selecting this animal. Eyesight and hearing. Flight. Strength and agility, much like my other brothers, as Lukas, having been a snake and still is, he's a good speaker (took a law course and aced it), as well as being extremely flexible to the point it's eerie. Anyway, I shifted, and it wasn't that bad, especially since it's a big bird, so my bones didn't shift all that much.
I shifted for the first time in NYC in our townhouse we all grew up in, and I was about 16 at the time. It sucked. I didn't know what to expect, all I knew was I had to envision my bird, the animal I wanted to be, and viola! I managed to turn my sorry ass into the desired bird that I wanted. Since then, I'm kind of like that one guy...what was his name, Max..no, that was a girl...Fang or something like that, the kids with the bird wings attached to their backs? That's me. Well, if I choose to fly that is. That's quite painful, and my muscles are still adapting to that, so therefore I can only carry myself when I do that. Don't try and hide stuff from me, my eyesight's off the charts and I love that - makes cheating on stuff easier. -teasing- Um, so I entered high school not only as puberty was wrapping up, but I had reached this height of 6-feet by then, like my wingspan. I dated and stuff, but I really got into acting then as well as the artist side of acting. I did over 12 plays in my high school career, and now as a sophomore in college at the university here, I've been in four already. I'm also on speech and debate and have participated nationally, pretty neat huh? Um, otherwise, nothing horrible about my past, besides my parents splitting when I was 17, but I'm over that now."
