This fire is outta control, we're gonna burn this city, burn this city.
. Demon . An original Rebel alongside Lucifer. Known as 'The Torturer'. Walks the Earth hoping to start Armageddon. Undying loyalty to Lucy. Prefers Hell to Earth. Prefers to corrupt and twist Humans over killing.
Okay, so in all honesty I'm good with just about any plot people want to try and throw forward. Hunters can Hunt him. Witches and Warlocks can try to summon him or banish him. Angels can come after him. If you play a Demon who doesn't want Lucifer back throw them up against him. And on the flip side, any and all dark characters are pretty open to plotting things out. Razier is always looking for new pieces of the board, and the more he can lure to his side the better. Just know true friendships and true emotion are out the window. He is a Demon thousands of years old and was created an Angel, he's long since forgot emotions outside of hate and anger, and even those he keeps pushed down and inside.

. Demon . An original Rebel alongside Lucifer. Known as 'The Torturer'. Walks the Earth hoping to start Armageddon. Undying loyalty to Lucy. Prefers Hell to Earth. Prefers to corrupt and twist Humans over killing.
Razier as he is known to Angels, the Fallen and other Demons, is a man not to take lightly. Violence comes naturally to him, his past servitude as a Warrior of the Host afforded him unquestioning training in combat and warfare. After all, Angels existed to make war whether it was upon one another or Demons below. Razier existed in a time before Demons, back when they had all been Angels and the news of the Humans and their Dominion of the Earth had shaken the Host. Razier had stood beside Lucifer as they rebelled against their Father. He had fought and killed his Brothers and Sisters with unshakable faith, faith placed purely in Lucifer.
Upon their defeat, as Michael and the Holy Host rounded up those that dared turn upon their father and cast them, Razier had been one of the first to awaken within the Pit with Lucifer. As one of the original Demons of Hell Razier had a certain love for the New Kingdom as he came to call it. When he looked upon Earth he felt nothing but hatred and jealousy, memories of their Father handing it over to the Mortals instead of his first-born Angels still filled him with rage. No, Razier was far more content within the deepest reaches of The Pit, spending his centuries torturing the souls of those foolish Mortals, making them feel his hatred and wrath for all eternity.
However, as of lately Razier has taken a new suit, a man by the name of Victor Vaughn. A moderately successful investment banker from London, the man had in interested in the occult and satanic worship. Thirteen years ago he'd performed a summoning and wished for wealth and for woman. A demon by the name of Deborah had taken his wish and brought him his darkest desires, and thirteen years later to the day Razier had come knocking. Victor had expected Deborah, but instead Razier had torn the man's soul from his body and now wears it, his finest suit for the looming Apocalypse.
Oh ya, I forgot to mention, Razier finally left the Pit to bring about the End of Days. He's a Demon a power, the kind of power that comes with age, the kind of power held by a being that has walked Heaven as a Warrior and Hell as a Prince. However, in his power he has also learned a sense of worth, of order. Just because he can doesn't mean he does. Razier doesn't kill Hunters if he doesn't have to nor does he pick fights. After all, biblical prophecies are so picky he can't be sure who's roll is to fill what and who he will need making every Hunter valuable. Instead he prefers to surround himself with sin. Attracting the darkest of creatures to his power, to his will to bring about total darkness.
His dream is to bring his brother Lucifer out of his cage, to unlock him and unleash him. Perhaps one day to again march upon the Gates of Heaven, though for now he'll settle for the complete destruction of Earth and every Mortal upon it. He's a sleeping nuke, simply waiting to play his role in everything.

So that's Victor in a nutshell. If your character plays a Demon, Angel or perhaps even a well-versed Hunter they can know his as Razier and address him as such. However, to all others he will appear and come off as Victor Vaughn.
Victor is menacing, plotting and always thinking down the road. He's been alive longer than the Earth has existed, and in that time he's learned a patience that can't even be fathomed. After this long, long wait it's starting to look like the pieces of the jigsaw are falling into place, and for that reason he's come to Earth to play Ringmaster to the whole affair. Which means he has a lot at stake, namely seeing his brother again and walking the Earth alongside him as they destroy it.
Victor enjoys sin, seeing every act of it as a direct defiance to his Father and his will. Corrupting Humans is something he finds to be limitlessly more tasteful than merely killing them. After all, Demons for the most part possess and kill good Humans. That's what makes it fun. Turning the good into evil machines. However, when these good die, no matter what horrors they commit their souls still travel upwards. Now, Razier sees a problem with that logic. Souls should be the prize, not the flesh. Which is a reason he tends to avoid the company of younger Demons who cannot make the distinction. Razier prefers to get Humans to commit sin upon their own accord, to push them to darkness and to have them bring about their own end, thus dragging their soul down to the depths of Hell below. Taking their life and their soul, the model of an effective system.
