MAMA, WE'RE ALL FULL OF LIES.

The Winterses were never exactly a "big happy family," but for quite a while, they got on quite well. Nathaniel and got married out of practicality, rather than love, but their relationship wasn't a bad one. Evan was the first child, and the shoe-in for alpha of one of the biggest packs in the country, and even after Naiomee was born, it was quite clear that Evan was the favorite, in his father's eyes. Naiomee was always 's favorite, which caused quite the dilemma whenever the kids got in a fight. At any rate, both Winters children grew up being quite spoiled. In early 2007, Naiomee ended up killing an entire village whilst in her wolf form. Though their pack tried their best to cover it up, hunters eventually found out and hunted the Winters family down. Nathaniel was killed, but the rest of his family escaped, though any sense of "family" Evan felt for his mother and sister had entirely vanished. They fled to Manuka, and after a bit more traveling, the entire Winters family has settled here, though they all live separately.

Celia was an only child of the alpha of a rather prominent werewolf pack. She grew up in money and is quite accustomed to her pretty things. Her husband's death has made her a bit crazy, and she resents her son for inheriting nearly all of his father's money and belongings. She loves her daughter immensely, and is incredibly defensive of her. In her eyes, Naiomee can do no wrong. This has led her to be on the dark side, because those are the views her daughter has. Cold and calculating, the only person Celia listens to when she's in one of her moods is Naiomee. She has tried to throw her daughter at every wealthy or high ranking werewolf she can find, in hopes of returning her family to their accustomed state of living.

Even before her mass-murder incident, Naiomee was selfish and hardly cared about anything but herself. Now, something in her has changed, and has made her malicious to all humans. She feels, being the superior race, she was entitled to killing those humans. She believes that humans exist merely for the amusement of the mythical species. She likes to party, and be around people with high social standing. She loves her brother deep down, and misses when they were friends, but wishes that he would share her beliefs, and is unwilling to change her own. She is disgusted by "cross-breeding" and while she would fool around with a faerie, vampire, etc., she would never marry/bear the children of anything other than a werewolf or perhaps a canine shifter. She is very stubborn, and has a short temper, which often leads her to fight with her mother, who she feels fawns over her too much.
