Lilia is a kind-hearted woman who has always put others before herself, even before she died and became a guardian angel. Her friends often referred to her as a mother hen since she tried to take care of other people and it just kind of stuck, not that she minded of course. Lilia was and still is a very good listener and came across to other people as someone they could talk to about their problems, someone that they could trust and she was indeed. She is a shoulder to cry on and someone who can be trusted to keep a secret no matter what it is. Lilia is known for being blunt when she needs to be, not to the point of being cruel of course.

Warm and bubbly, Lilia is the sort that likes to have fun and enjoy life though now that she has died she encourages others to enjoy life while they can because she knows how easily life can end. While Lilia is a sweet young woman, she does have a stubborn streak in her and if she digs her feet in about something it's hard as hell to get her to budge. She's a lover not a fighter and will often try to find a path that doesn't involve violence. She dislikes conflict immensely but she knows that there are times when there is no other options. It takes a lot for her to get angry and even then she'd rather run from the situation rather than stay and fight.

Love isn't easy for Lilia to think about considering how abruptly it had been taken from her. She knows that angels aren't allowed to be in love but she can't help but still harbor feelings for her first and last love, Roman Ellis, the man who had killed her. The fact that she loves him even now scares her though she won't admit it.

Lilia was born to Janet and David Pierce on a cool fall evening in September. Her birth was hard on Janet and because of some complications, Janet was unable to conceive after Lilia was born. It wasn't easy since they had dreamt of having a large family but the couple made due with the beautiful little baby they had been given. Lilia was doted on by her parents and given all she could want and more but she didn't grow up spoiled. She was raised to be a generous and sweet girl who had absolutely no idea about anything supernatural. She was an innocent, the only things she knew about werewolves and vampires was that they didn't exist or at least she didn't think they did. Myths and legends, nothing more.

Lilia's childhood was pretty normal, she did well in school and had a few lasting friends. She was shy and socially awkward, not really being the party girl type like some of her friends were. She graduated High School and was given a scholarship for academics which she took quite happily, going to college to be a psychologist since she seemed to have a knack with helping people with their problems. She took a minor in photography as well, something she loved almost as much as psychology.

Lilia spent a lot of time studying or taking pictures, not having much time for anything else. She was used to being on her own, having been an only child so she wasn't exactly lonely but there was times she got jealous of her friends who had doting boyfriends. There had been some guys that showed interest but they hadn't been her type.

Then Roman Ellis came into her life and changed things for her. He was everything she had been looking for and so sure she wouldn't find. She had been twenty-two at the time and had figured she'd spend her life alone when she met him. She felt an attraction to him unlike anything she had felt with any other guy. Roman had been different and she knew it. She fell hard for him and spent as much time with him as she could. He seemed to feel the same about her and after almost two years with Roman she was convinced he was the one, the one she would marry. She had no idea that Roman wasn't human, she still knew nothing about the supernatural, she was blissfully unaware.

The old saying goes 'what you don't know can't hurt you' but that hadn't been true in Lilia's case. It had been an accident, Roman lost control of his power and Lilia paid the ultimate price. She could remember the flames burning her, killing her and then nothing.

She had died.

Death hadn't been the end for Lilia though. It seemed that a higher power had bigger plans for the young woman. Her plans to be a psychologist and Roman's wife had been stolen from her but she had a new purpose in this strange afterlife. She was given wings and made into an angel, a high honor but one that was deserved given how she had been in life. Eventually Lilia became a guardian angel which excited her until she came to realize just who she was to guard. Roman's new love, Callisto.

The assignment was a double-edged sword, she would get to see Roman again but she would have to see him with another woman. Not the easiest thing...
