So yeah pretty much the thing above describes it. I don't know, I kinda see a train yard to be the kind of place Hunters would meet, somewhere alone, or where high schoolers would go to skip school.
Train Yards where I live are also said to be haunting spots for ghosts, so a lot of kids sneak out at night and go to one that was near me. We all used to get so creeped out in the old train tunnel, you'd literally hear rocks falling. And no one would be there, soooooo. Just a suggestion.
It's kind of one of those necessities in a old town. Along with old warehouses or old quarries/mines. Or even that 'cursed' location for a franchise, that no matter what it is, never does well. -shrug-
