This was Emily's idea, and basically, these are copy and pasted want ads for large families all in one, so if you want a person from one of these families, just post below, and it will mention in each post who posted the want ad, so you can PM that person for more information if you so need it. KEL'S WANT AD FOR THE ELLIS FAMILY.

So I want to make an Ellis clan. Yes, it sounds weird, but hear me out. The Ellis Clan is a group of very powerful firetamer families. Originating in Ireland, there is a head family that the others tend to listen to and they are the ones responsible for the clan's happening. After the head family, there are other Ellis families. They are typically the siblings of the head Ellis. Then come the long distant relatives (cousins, aunts, uncles, etc) to the head family and then below that are the families who are not necessarily Ellis, but follow the same ideals. If married into the family, the Ellis name sticks, no matter if it's not the groom's name. As a group, these firetamers are aligned with the dark side and have been blamed by some as the instigators of the oncoming war. They hate humans absolutely, viewing them as scum that are only meant to be servants. They are not very fond of the other supernatural, believing that firetamers are the best around, but they tolerate them.

So here's how things are set up as of now. I only have the first few families thought out, so feel free to be creative. I'd love to see this happen. Names, personalities, ages, play bys, and yada yada yada are up to you. Below, all I have are suggestions. If you want more info, look in the bios of already made characters (links provided to bio by the name). If you want to hear any of my suggestions (though you surely don't have to), then just ask. CJ'S WANT AD FOR THE ASTOR FAMILY:

The Astor family is one of Manuka's oldest, largest, and most powerful supernatural families. Along with the other clans, they have been in Manuka since its early days of settlement, and are well-known (but not necessarily well-liked) by Manuka's supernatural residents. While not all of the family are aligned with the dark side, the majority of them are, and believe supernaturals to be superior to humans, and faeries to be superior to the other supernaturals. Because their family has a very old, very rich history, they are generally well-educated, and have lots of connections and resources within the city. They are all faeries, so while the families are close-knit, they do not all have to look alike, or even similar because faeries can choose their "glamour," or humanoid appearance outside of their natural, fae form.

The Astors are also very wealthy, and don't lack for money or the finest things that their money can buy. Their links run deep, and many of them aspire to be part of the larger faerie Court, or the elder family members are already involved with the higher-up rulers of faeries world-wide. There is, of course, a hierarchy of the family (listed below), but the current leader of the family is Jayne Lancel Astor. Due to his father's (Malcolm Astor) sudden, tragic death (which may or may not have been accidental), he has ascended to hold full leadership of the family until the day when his child will take his place, he resigns, or he becomes deceased. Lust, greed, power, strength: these are all an integral part of being an Astor. But, there will, of course be those who aren't like their family members... and by being such, should learn to play their part well, or face exile in the future.

SPECIAL NOTE: The character of Malcolm Astor is still up for grabs; if you're interested, please PM me personally, and I will let you know the plot I had in store for him, since he can only be played as a ghost.

EMILY'S WANT AD FOR THE WAY FAMILY.

Pack of the werewolves. It’s growing quite large since they all grow up around the city of Manuka. What makes them stick out the most is the large amount of money the family has in their investment. Marriage traditions of last names are relatively normal, but there seems to be a strange amount of males within in the family, the second generation being the only generation with girls in it. The generation before that had been a family of five brothers, now having five families. The line comes from a long line of werewolves, so are very powerful in most senses. Overall, they are on a neutral scale, but they are quite strict on marrying other werewolves and keeping them low key to the human population. They feel as if they don’t want to draw media attention to themselves. Any human knowing is dangerous. They have been through too much to think otherwise and have been through quite a bit.

Small history of the family so far- All descendant came from Germany and other small parts of Europe. During World War II, the dark haired family was targeted, so they fled to the US hoping for some form of acceptance. When the US got into the war, they stayed put in one small area (current day Manuka) and watched as more supernaturals moved into their area. After years, they started to diverse and spread out of the small area they were in until one family remained. Later, contact was lost and the last family discovers the rest of the generations were killed or married to another name, as if fate wanted to kill the rest of the family. In this current generation- The oldest is usually the first line in command, but the past generation was lowered for the disgrace of Jared Way marrying a human moved him to the second line in command. << Important

DINO'S WANT AD FOR THE ADRASTOS FAMILY.

Sooo, following the example of the others, I felt like we should have a canon mermaid family xd

The Adrastos family are the direct descandants from King Triton’s empire in Atlantica. Father Triton used to be neutral, hating humans but doing nothing with it, however the Adrastos are known to be on the dark-side, after Head of the family Attina got fucked over by a warlock and did not trust humans afterwards ever again. They are known to lure humans on the beach with their singing (they’re all sirens) and drown them once they got them in the water. Not that pretty, no. So basically the Adrastos hate humans with their entire hearts and want nothing but their deaths, leaded by Attina. Ofcourse not every family member is as hardcore as Attina is, and rebels are to be found everywhere. They moved to Manuka after Atlantica got destroyed by evil enemies, and the family fled leaving their inhabitants that stayed behind to die. Most children of the Adrastos’ are being raised under a strict regime, being forced to excel and to have talents and be better than other mermaids. This because they want them to feel superior, to be superior and with that create a new Atlantica in Manuka in which they are the aristocracy once again like they were in Atlantica. The Adrastos name sticks, since all Triton’s children were daughters and they wanted their name and the name of their father to be the name of the throne.

The youngest sister Ariel got disowned for marrying a human and having a hybrid kid, but this was mainly because Attina was so jealous that thinks did work out for Ariel and that everyone still loved her despite her going against all the rules and marrying a human and that the human loved her back like it did not happen for Attina. Attina is one hell of a vicious woman and she is the core of the Adrastos family. She decides on everything, with the occasional assistance and guidance from her sisters, but the men have nothing to say in this family. Also the heritage goes to the oldest girl not the oldest boy, because for the Adrastos men are overrated and only useful for reproduction and serve no further purpose.

For all of this, be creative! Not all the Adrastos are incredibly dark-sided or hate humans as much as the others. Especially in the younger generations they can see the things far less black and white than their parents do, or maybe just because their parents do. Have fun with it, playby’s, personalities, it’s all up to you. A name change is also possible if you just discuss it with me. If there’s anything, feel free to PM me.

This is the Devlin family, they are a very large and successful family of hunters that began hunting in the 1500’s. They go by “family comes first” and do not accept any type of relationships with supernatural. Their family origins come from France and Ireland. The leader of the family is normally the eldest, but it’s not uncommon for someone else to become leader if they have the juice to back it up.
