Meet Damon, Mr. awkward himself! I'm just gonna keep things short and sweet, and hope I get some replies :'D. Alright, so. As mentioned previously, the guy really has no social skills whatsoever. Friends aren't in very plentiful supply for him, but he just can't help it. Someone to encourage him out of his shell would be lovely, if they're up to the task. The kid's got a huge heart. He's just afraid he'll freak someone out.
Meeting another merperson would also be great for his self confidence. Everyone needs someone they can relate to, and his mom just isn't cutting it anymore. He's terrified of his secret, for obvious reasons. The poor guy can't take it anymore. Which isn't healthy.
As for love, Damon has never had a girl friend. More importantly.. he still kinda has his shiny little V-card. That's right, a 19 year old virgin. In this society, he is the rarest of unicorns. Jokes aside, Damon does have alot to give though. I would imagine he'd never cheat, and he happens to have a secret obsession with romantic movies, soap operas, etc. So that's that.
Enemies? Rare, but I suppose possible. Come to think of it, Bullies are encouraged! Obviously he won't like someone who picks on him, and maybe for a plot, one day he gets fed up, and busts their lip! Aha, gold..

this girl is super nice after you get to know her, but she's got a temper that could really scare you. but, kent has a best friend who is a merman as well, and she loooooves his tail. so if kent were to accidentally see his tail one day, she would be all giddy and would want to be his friend. and she would tell him how beautiful he and his tail was
also, MIND FUCK. trace and kent are super close, and about to date, soooooo they could be like the three muskateers sorta kinda if that makes sense at all

Damon&Damon - Bam. Damon and Damon. They could not be more opposite, like holy jeez. Fire and water just for species. My Damon is a twenty-one year old druggie partier who has CONSTANT one nighters, hits on everything that walks. He's also extremely blunt, judgemental, and pretty much the biggest bully you could meet. So yeah, take your Damon, put EVERYTHING opposite, and you have my Damon. Like seriously making me giggle more and moer I find out about your Damon haha But yeah, as for relations, I think my Damon would constantly bully your Damon and be like 'oh shit, you should NOT have the same name as me you stupid little weasel'
Cierra&Damon - This is weird putting my charries name cause My Damon and Cierra do NOT have a good relation. Anyways, Cierra is very much like your Damon minus the social awkwardness. But she's a huge sweetheart and tends to want to push people away because she's paranoid about getting hurt. Shes a twenty-five year old virgin and basically just all around loves fluff haha I'm not sure what these two would be but they are both adorable kiddies
Becca&Damon - So basically Becca in a bunch: she's a ball of nothing but fjioepajfioea spazzing. Serious problems XD She doesn't really understand the words 'personal space' and will probably want to tackle this overly adorable kid <3333 Someone to take him out of his shell might be her because she'll ask a million questions. Especially if she finds out hes a mermaid. She hasn't met one of those before!
Chandler&Damon - Okay, Chandler is the nice guy in my bunch. He's huge but hes a big cuddly teddy bear- as said by his fanclub o.o He hasn't had a girlfriend either haha. One nighters but only like... two. Chandler is very social and would probably want to go up and talk to Damon but not sure how far that would seem to go O.o
Iain&Damon - Nothing here. Iain is MY social awkward man but hes not very... happy. Two socially awkard people I feel wouldn't make very much progress XD
Remy&Damon - O.O Remy is my hunter and he's going to want to kill Damon because he's a mermaid. If he didn't know, I don't know how much relation they would have. Remy is very closed in, quiet, and overal not the kind of friendly guy unless he's hunting and pretending to be one.
Elijah&Damon - Friends. Just above aquiatances. Elijah is the disappointment in his family, which has made him an alcoholic and sarcastic as nothing else, like holy boo. Everything that comes out of his mouth is all smart ass and such. Big problems with this guy.
Kimmi&Damon - These two are the same age. Kimmi is a model and that's pretty much her entire life. She goes out to party to keep up her repuation with the press. Her 'friends' are because it would look good for her, stuff like that. I can see her struggling horribly with this in the beginning of high school and thought perhaps these two could have been friends in the past but then she just changed so much and didn't see the guy for a long time. Then bam, together again. Not sure if they would be friends now with her personality but she'd probably be mroe tolerate of him.
Eleyna&Damon - She's my 2000 year old vampire. Not sure if anything for these two. She's very strong, yet gentle. It's very hard to try to describe Eleyna. Her personality is pretty complex and no one can seem to figure her out (but she does it on purpose XD)
Jane&Damon - She'd think he was the sweetest thang! Jane is my guardian angel who died during child birth and charge is her current daughter. Her heart is still in the middle of no where Nebraska winning Rodeo Queen... but she'd think he was absolutely super duper cuuuutteee <33333 |

ASHER&DAMON Bratty little firetamer. He's kind of an ass to anyone that isn't his girlfriend and the family that he likes. So yeah, there'd really be nothing with these guys unless Asher bullied him.
ELLIE&DAMON Ellie probably wouldn't pay too much mind to Damon. She doesn't really notice the shy people, but she'd be friendly if they talked.
DARBY&DAMON BEST FRIENDS. NOW. IT IS DECIDED. Ahem. Sorry for that bit. Anyways, Darby is my extremely shy and socially awkward firetamer. While I think it'd take awhile for them to actually start talking to each other, I could see them becoming great friends fast. I think it'd be comforting to Darby to find someone who was just as shy and socially awkward as she is because she'd know she's not quite an oddity.
SAM&DAMON Sam would try to kill him. End of story.
JUDE&DAMON Jude's going to think he's the most adorable thing on the face of the earth after Chandler of course because he's kind of going to remind her of her soulmate. She's honestly just going to want to put Damon in her pocket and keep him. Don't be surprised if she goes all spastic and gushing on him. She does that to people she likes. Can't really say if Damon will like her or not.
NOAH&DAMON Wouldn't give a single fuck. He's just a pissy demon.
LEILA&DAMON Leila would think he's the cutest thing. Even though Damon is only a year younger than her, Leila would feel the need to mother Damon just because that's how she is. I could see her yelling at Damon bullies and trying to get Damon to be a little bit more confident.
ISAAC&DAMON Probably wouldn't know each other. They don't really run in the same circles. Isaac is kind of a reformed party boy.
DELANEY&DAMON Disinterested ghost, basically.

(your pb, you know the movie Juno? I named my puppy after her haha) Alright, so, c: looked over her bio, and I think they'd be cute little friends. From her liking of sleeping in trees, I gathered that she likes the outdoors? Damon would love to share that interest with her, as well as loudly singing when no one is looking. Food? psh, that's the only way to a man's heart! Haha, so anyway. For some reason I see these guys as room mates who are constantly pranking eachother, like brothers *shrug*. I loove Trace, a quirky fella indeed (not to mention he's really attractive. ahem. ) However, Damon would be a little intimidated by him at first. A cool guy with a cig in his mouth, he's usually more relaxed with other dudes, but he'll probably be pretty reserved with him for a bit. Anyway, I see them getting thoroughly close once Damon opens up. He'll look up to Trace a whole lot, and go to him for advice. Though his shower fetish (for lack of a better word, forgive me) Will freak Damon out a bit. Since he's pretty much a hydrophobic. So perhaps we could have some conflict where Trace gets onto him for never wanting to go swimming.. etc etc.

Muahaha, I was looking for one of these types! Since he hasn't got a mean bone in his body, and has no romantic experience at all, he'd be beyond terrified. Maybe Lucas staggers up to Damon in a drunken state, and is like " hayy good lookin *hiccup* whatcha got cookin? " . That's how I see them meeting lmao.

I think Damon would be thoroughly interested in her. I pretty much imagined him with a hyper crazy gal' dragging him around town, window shopping and the like while he just sits there awkwardly- as far as relationships go. He'd try to act not as shy with her, just so he could keep up. But once and if he found out about her hunter side, he'd shit his pants. So that makes for a good plot. They become good friends and then secrets get out. Luff eet.

Ooo, alot of ideas for these two then! For starters, Damon and Damon are gonna be in horrible terms. He'll probably be my Damon's biggest bully. So once he finds out about their relationship, he'll be like, scared. Introduction wise, let's have her somehow see his tail, thus forcing a conversation! He'll be super embarrassed, but if she tells him how much she likes it, and that her guy-bud is a mermaid too, he'll be instantly comfortable with her. He needs someone that he won't have to hide from. However, when she starts dating Trace (and I'm hoping we're talking about the same Trace Lewis) He's going to feel a little hurt. Since she'll be the second girl to ever see his tail, and the first to not run away. I can imagine he'd form a little crushy-poo! Trace is fixing to be his close guy friend, and this all could be a jealously mix up of feelings and crap. - oh forgot- And thennnnnnnnnn, maybe one day, since Trace loves spiders so much, Damon tries to prank Kent with a little spider trick. He'd think she likes spiders a whole lot if she's dating Trace! Then she blows up on im', and he crawls into the corner, gets into the fetal position, and just has a bad day!

ASHER&DAMON Bahahah, bully it is then <3 So his girl is Izzy's Maddie. Asher is more of a verbal bully than a physical one, but he can definitely bully. If it's okay with Izzy, this is how I'm thinking things go down. Asher happens to see Maddie and Damon talking and while he probably had never met Damon before this point, I think he probably would've heard about him from Emily's Damon (they're cousins but should basically be brothers). So right off the bat, he wouldn't have that good of an impression of him. But then Asher would probably think Damon was trying to flirt because he easily jumps to conclusions and then the bullying begins.
DARBY&DAMON Bahaha, so I just realized. Two of her cousins are not fans of Damon, which kind of makes me giggle. Anyways, poor little Darbs. I've thrown her into so much awkward, but more can't hurt <333 They're making me squee a bit already. And she adores sappy and romantic. LEILA&DAMON Dawww <3 Leila's definitely the better one to come to if Damon needs a shoulder to cry on. Jude doesn't know how to deal with sad people. Leila would try to cheer him up and help him out. Wouldn't say she's the most amazing chef ever, but Leila can certainly hold her own in the kitchen, so Damon is in good hands.

CALAN&DAMON his cousin is totally named damon too! thankfully they're nothing alike or Calan might have a fit. Ahem, anyway I can see them being friends. Calan is a little shy with new people but once he's over that shy phase dear lord hold onto your heads! I think they can both break the barries of awkwardness and become friends yay! OCTOBER&DAMONSurprisingly I don't see much with them o.o it might be because she's so wrapped up in other things xDD VLAD&DAMONVlad is horrible with people. He basically has no friends and is scared to have them since so far they haven't been good to him. He has only two friends so far, maybe Damon can be his best friend? They're both really awkward but people always make the best and closest friends out of people they can relate too. I think they both can back each other up and push themselves out of their little shells. JUDAS AND DAMON
Judas is my own merman who is well... ashamed of his tail really... disgusted... any words like that would be used to describe his tail by him. But I think that Judas and Damon would actually make awesome friends, cause my baby is just a sweet, caring guy who would be willing to help him out. He is also gay, so I'm not sure if that would bother Damon or not, but Judas would love to interact with more merpeople too!
TESSA AND DAMON
She is a fallen angel with a sweet nature really, she is a good friend to many and is not judgemental at all. However, she does have a darker, bitchier side if she has the feel to be guarded, but I see that Tessa and Damon could be friends for sure, as her caring nature would surely show if she ever meets Damon, and she would want to help him out as much as she can because she would think he deserves it.

Another friend for him except in human form... xD Liam is a quirky guy who is... wary of most supernaturals but he would no see any harm in Damon and he would actually be very interested in his hippie lifestyle, and want to learn about it because he finds uncommon things very interesting, so he'd probably get Liam hanging about a lot asking him a million and one questions and then blushing for making himself look like a twat haha.
KELLIN AND DAMON
I feel that Kellin would be a guy that Damon would dislike. He is very carefree, does and sells drugs and just doesn't care about anyone or anything. He is a selfish little prick and he doesn't care. However, he loves a good party, and loves leading people out of their way, so if you even wanted your little Damon corrupted, then really Kellin is your man. ;D
HELENA AND DAMON
She would probably pick Damon up to bite him cause he is kinda cute, and then either drain him dry, or have a one night stand with him before throwing him away and forgetting about his existence in half a second. She would find his awkwardness stupid and something to roll her eyes at, but she wouldn't deny herself a lovely little bit of his merman blood...
WES AND DAMON
He would not care too much that he is a nice guy, or a shy guy. All Wes see's is something that should not exist and want to hill him. So yeah. Hahaha...
JENNA AND DAMON
Jenna is an oblivious woman to the supernatural world and basically thinks that all guys are douches. She is quite a bit older than Damon, but I think that as people they could get on quite well because she would ultimately hide her past and just be the person that he can vent to and then leave satisfied kinda thing. I feel like she would like him so idk
SHAY AND WILL AND TOBY AND DAMON
For these guys there is nothing I can think of cause they wouldn't really interact in normal circumstances, but if you have any ideas, go ahead and shoot them at me.
So yeah, just comment/add/delete anything <3 cause this is kinda shit. hahaha

RYDEN & DAMON [/color] I'm pretty sure these two would get along marvelously, at least once Ry was able to maybe get him out of his shell. Though on the quieter side he isn't really shy like Damon but does tend to stay on the sidelines. Mostly to watch and observe. He tends to be the sort who watches out for others (a la the once guardian angel) especially people who don't tend to stick up for themselves or are taken advantage of by others. CASON & DAMON[/color] So this here is my big, bad hunter. XP Now normally he'd probably kill him if told he was a mermaid, however, my boy here is sort of going through a slight change of heart when it comes to supernaturals thanks Cierra, who he will be already is in love with. Right now he has no idea she is a shapeshifter but once he does find out it's going to sort of make him take a one eighty on his view that all creatures are automatically evil. Once that happens I can see him actually being slightly protective of the kid just because he tends to not stand up for himself. Until then though if he were to meet him, unless he found out Damon was a mermaid he would likely treat him decently, maybe offer the kid help if he ever needed it. JESSE & DAMON[/color] I can totally see these two being good friends! They're around the same age and Jesse was just turned into a werewolf about a year ago and still getting used to the whole change. Right now he still sees himself as something of a freak/monster and would definitely be able to relate to Damon on that point. Plus, he doesn't have that many friends either and tends to stay to himself except for the other werewolves he has grown to be friends with in Manuka. AIDEN & DAMON[/color] Nothing is coming to mind right at the moment for these two but feel free to suggest anything if you ever think of something. <3 TRENT & DAMON[/color] He'd be completely indifferent towards the kid. DECKLYN & DAMON[/color] Can't think of any way these two would end up meeting but Decklyn's an easy guy to get along with and likes helping people (hence his being a paramedic) so if they ever were to cross paths he'd be nice for sure. MARCUS & DAMON[/color] Though I don't see these two crossing paths often Marcus would likely just view him as yet another face in the crowd. He's not really an open book sort of person and doesn't divulge much about his almost 2,000 years on the planet. Earn his trust and he's a good friend to have though. The fact that he was a slave/gladiator before being turned also has given him a specific hatred towards people who are cruel or mistreat others so I do see him feeling empathy towards Damon on that account. Damon&Damon - Bahaha, aren't they amazingly different <333 less people like my Damon need to be in the world so thats good haha And BWAHAHAHA YES! Damon getting a broken lip from Damon XD And Damon pretends he doesn't care what Kently did, but he knows she'd likely kiss his ass soooo he'll be slightly intimidated.
Cierra&Damon - Awww that sounds cute XD And as for meeting each other, I can't say I have any brilliant ideas. Cierra's more bold when it comes to sticking up for other people so perhaps some were bothering him, and she's give a very firm 'leave him alone'. X3
Becca&Damon - Yeah, if anything, she should scare him O.o But it would probably make him more comfortable around others just because he's probably thinking 'well at least they aren't petting my hair' when he's with other people bahaha XD Cause you know, she'll do that too O.o
Remy&Damon - As brilliant as that sounds, Remy hates my Damon too. My Damon is actually Remy's big target right now because he's hunting down the Ellis clan.
Elijah&Damon - Hahahaha, I just pictured Damon lecturing a drunk Elijah who is basically staring like this o.o -.- o.o -.- at him while he's doing so and it made me laugh. No matter if Elijah will admit it or not, he totally needs someone like Damon in his life, like holy boo
Kimmi&Damon - I think Kimmi would secretly love the fact that she has an actual friend who cares about her (most of her friends are... celebrity friends) so with that being said, if her 'friends' dared to try to make fun of him, Kimmi would BITCH them out. Haha, oh I see this working perfectly <33333
Eleyna&Damon - jfioepajf awww Damon's so cute <333 poor boy, Eleynas taken but if ever came to it, Eleyna is very patient and probably try to help with his awkwardness x3
Jane&Damon - THATS SO BEYOND PERFECT <3333333 Cause Jane is a very family type person, obviously with those motherly like nature stuff so this is great. She would defintaly 'adopt' him by all means. I hope he likes food o.o
