Ring! Ring! Ring! The cell phone's generic sound interrupted the dreaming process, causing the young woman to groan before a hand jerked up from beneath the blanket and slam onto the alarm, silencing it. Excellent. She hadn't slept too long. Eying the time, it was a little past dinner-time, maybe she could grab something small to eat. Rubbing her eyes slightly, as to not smear her make-up too much, the jumped slightly when a sudden nudge startled her. Jumping, she gasped and sighed when she noticed her wolfdog, though only a quarter wolf, Luna nudging her, hungry most likely. Giving the pure white dog a look, she mused, "Fine, I'll feed you you mutt."
Luna didn't seem to care about the weak insult, or what-ever it could be labeled as, as her owner then headed out to the kitchen in the loft, and fed the dog two cups of dog food for the moderately sized dog. Returning back to her room, her hands traced along a new necklace she'd bought. God she loved jewels. Her whole family did. Probably came along with the territory of being a witch. Feeling giddy just by touching the sparkling items, she sighed heavily, before grabbing her pink scarf which she had set aside earlier so she could sleep. Her eyes hazed over for a moment, as a quick vision appeared. They were like dreams, it may feel like hours to her, but in reality, it took only seconds. This vision though, showed her meeting up with this person, who-ever they were, she was too busy trying to figure out where this place was, hardly listening to what was going on. Doubling over, she whimpered, "Please....stop." She hated these new powers when it came to being what she was. What-ever they were, she just wanted to be able to control them. Gathering herself up, she patted Luna on the head, saying she'd be back later. Maybe grab something on the way to the gardens. Yeah, that sounded all right in her head. As she exited her loft, smiling softly in greeting to her neighbor, she left the building and entered the street. This war between the supernaturals, was brewing. Beings were taking sides, and she was still refusing to do it. She wouldn't join. She absolutely refused to. Her lips pressed together as she felt her stubborn streak widen before anything else, and she then arched an eyebrow, blue eyes landing on her destination after some time. She checked her watch as she drew close to the little café and grabbed an oat bar and then a bottle of water. Pop was all right, but sometimes it made her too jittery, and she ended up coming up with weird potions and spells for the rest of the night. Plus she had weird dreams on it too if she drank some of it too close before she went to bed. Sighing softly, she then ran a hand through her tousled wavy hair, eyes scanning her surroundings silently. It was nice in this city, if one didn't think about all the pain that others could be living - dealing with. Were people being tortured as she quickly finished off the bar? What a depressing thought, though unfortunately it was probably true. People suffering because of what they were, what their parents had decided to do and in turn, their offspring had to suffer for it. Personally she knew, if anyone ever tried to get her, she'd kill them. Or at least put a nasty spell on them. Smirking softly at this thought, eyes shifted from right in front of her to her side when she heard a bang, or something dropping maybe. Jerking her attention there, upon just seeing some movers having dropped a couch, she flinched slightly for them. Hopefully that person they were moving was understandable. Continuing on her way, she reached up and toyed with her bracelet. It was a nice bracelet, with jewels wrapped along it. They helped - focus her power, she had a necklace like this, which was on, though she had tucked down beneath her jacket as to not appear too weirdly dressed. She just arrived to the gardens, where she knew the waterfall lay about a witch princess, who had been exiled or something, because she had seen the truth, the future. Much like she herself could do. Shaking that off, she sat down on a bench in the large gardens. At least it seemed to be warming up, and with the gardens starting to come back to life, she knew she could do some work here. Glancing around swiftly, she approached a bush, and curled her fingers gently around the stem of a flower, smelling its coiled form. Grinning softly, she then exhaled onto it, and when she did that, color immediately flooded into the bush, and the flowers turned into buds. She didn't have them fully bloom, that would be just too obvious, this was much more subtle. Allowing a smile to form along her lips, she quickly turned on her heel down the path once more, heading deeper into them, towards the waterfall. Boots were quiet on the ground as the blonde approached it, and paused, before muttering something, an incantation it sounded like, though she was just "speaking" to the ancestor witch. Straightening her body, she heard someone approach, and turned to see who it was, wondering if it would be the person she'd seen in her vision. i believe i told some lies / raths!. im holding onto all i had / idk the words. i believe in butterflies / done. go to hell some other day / click!. saying sorry for when i was bad / ugh, intro posts. -.-. trust me itll be ok REAL SLIM SHADY !? All of our open smiles just sit and wait to sing a brutal song. Staying back for the meeting was not doing him good at all.
Sebastian could feel himself nodding idly at the head of the science club's words, and his blue eyes were drooping. It was clear to see that the cheetah was nodding off, only jerking awake when the president's voice rose and in five seconds, his eyes would close and his would nod off again. He was already regretting joining the club in the first place; it wasn't as though he adored science to the max but he needed something new. All these idiots did all day were to mix some magnesium crap and sulfur shit with each other or something like that. Come on, where's the fun in that? The leader's voice droned on and on until as though his mind couldn't take it anymore, his head fell forward and landed with a soft thump on the table in front of him. And as though to prove that he was tired, he even allowed himself a soft snore. Hey, he should be praised, he had the guts to fall asleep during a meeting.
"Hart!" an annoying voice snapped. "Are you sleeping?"
"Nope." Sebastian replied, his eyes still closed and his head still on the table. "In fact," He moved his head up with a grin. "I'm awake." Sebastian watched, amused as the head's sharp face took on an expression of rage. Of all the nerve to cheek him- he was the leader! And on impulse, he opened his mouth to give the lad a huge lecture and it snapped shut when Sebastian's voice cut in first. "The meeting's adjourned for me, folks." he chirped, grinning and tearing out the paper from his notebook which he had been doodling on before sleep decided to come onto him. He folded the paper into a plane, making sure that the stick figure he had drew was on the wing before tossing it towards the head. "Here ya go Randall. Something to make your day. Hope you like it." He got up, grabbed his things, pushed his chair back, gave a cheery wave to everyone before leaving the room, whistling. He then made up his mind to switch clubs soon; the president was driving him up the wall. The boy glanced at his watch, it was almost dinner and he wouldn't mind munching on a piece of raw meat now. Now that wouldn't do because what would the others think of him? The last thing he wanted everyone to know that he wasn't entirely human because only crazy people ate raw meat and he was no crazy, he wanted to be human in every way possible. Maybe sashimi would do for now. He wandered out of the institute and went into the first cafe he saw, and soon came out with a sandwich. Really, it wasn't that bad, he noted as he polished it in a few bites. But that didn't change the fact that he still had an odd craving for raw meat and wouldn't mind sinking his teeth into cattle or deer now. He grinned impishly; imagine the authorities reaction when they saw a perfectly ordinary looking human being eating some bloody carcass. Hah. Sebastian proceeded to then yawn very loudly, much to the annoyance of others as he waited for the bus that would take him to the upper state. Of course he could simply just run there, but how was he supposed to shift into a cat in front of everybody? The shifter had no idea how long it took to get to the upper state, as when idle, it was the time that he would allow his thoughts to drift away, to think random things and finally stop on one, his beloved late fiancee, Marie. A year had past and she was still on his mind. Sebastian allowed himself a quiet sigh, and was only pulled out of his reverie by the yelling bus conductor. It appeared that he didn't have a ticket. Hopping out of the automobile, he waited until the vehicle had driven off and glancing around to see that nobody was in sight, he shifted, his clothes tearing immediately as his body morphed into a jungle cat. He needed a run all of a sudden and the pretty gardens nearby would do. Sebastian glanced around, picked up his satchel before racing off and ignoring the surprised cries of the humans that he passed by. He barged into the gate, threw his satchel down and raced into the green, with quick paws, heading towards the waterfall and failing to notice the blonde that was lurking around the area. Sebastian breezed past the girl, and launched himself into the pond, laughing inwardly. [/blockquote]

She could honestly say she hadn't been expecting what had happened within those few moments. The witch "vision" she had had vanished, and now she was back in reality - unfortunately. She hadn't been entirely sure what she was going to do, but she did know that she wanted to mess around here a bit more, seeing as there didn't seem to be too many people in these parts. She knew she would need to visit Europe soon, as her aunt, Antonia lived there. That woman was technically a great-aunt or something, but either way, Alex was proud to say she was related to that powerful witch. Maybe she could be like her someday. Grinning deviously to herself, the purple-eyed girl then toyed with the bracelet around her wrist given to her, before she then yelped when something darted past her. What-ever it had been, she knew it wasn't natural. At least to these parts. Falling back and landing on her butt, she yelped and groaned. That hurt. Grimacing, the blonde then lifted her eyes as she then checked herself over. Well, just minor scrapes on her palms from hitting the ground. Nothing a little bit of a cream couldn't handle. Muttering a spell, she then managed to heal off her tiny scrapes in her palms, before rubbing her tail bone, soothing the pain, making sure it wasn't broken with magic before she then stood up fully, scowling. Who the hell would do that and not even bother saying sorry? Anger ignited, though she stopped when she suddenly saw something - a feline splashing carefree in the water. A brow raised silently as if to say, are you serious? What kind of cat would first, play in water, and secondly, show itself here? Granted humans only came here once in awhile, but who didn't say she didn't look exactly like a human till she used magic to kick someone's butt?
Shaking her head slightly, eyes landed on the feline, the cheetah to be exact, and she grinned, before glancing back from where it had come from to notice a satchel, a bag of some sorts. It helped confirm her suspicions. It was a shifter. Of course, sometimes they rarely thought about where they shifted, just as long as they got to. Rolling her purple-blue eyes, the witch grabbed the bag and dumped it nearer to the water, and crossed her arms before speaking, sounding like the annoyed or protective sibling, "You know, humans do like to wander around here sometimes? What would you do if they took your bag and then called animal control or the zoo?"
she grinned lightly, before raising her hands, "I'm not gonna tell." she reassured the shifter, boy or girl - she certainly wasn't going to check. She approached the bush she had recently had the flowers turn into buds, before plucking one off, and it sprouted in her hands, grinning back towards the King's cheetah, as she mentally thanked Animal Planet for helping her identify the type of creature it was, the flower burst into full color and she then muttered an apology, before smashing the flower up, and brushing it over the jewels on her bracelet, then looked to the cheetah, "As I hope you don't either, shifter or not." i believe i told some lies / sunny!. im holding onto all i had / idk the words. i believe in butterflies / done. go to hell some other day / click!. saying sorry for when i was bad / OTL sorry it sucks <3. trust me itll be ok REAL SLIM SHADY !? All of our open smiles just sit and wait to sing a brutal song. The feline proceeded to frolic around the water, splashing away, bouncing up and down without a care in the world. Heck, if cheetahs could laugh, he would have happily start doing so. Unfortunately, if he tried to laugh in this state, nothing would come out but weird, awkward growling (yes, he tried) and it to be honest, it was an embarrassment. So Sebastian stayed silent, with only the sounds of water splashing around for company and of course, the loud rushing of the waterfall. when he decided that enough was enough. He stopped frolicking, ankle deep in the pond before he smelt the female. Sebastian blinked before his head slowly turned to her just his time to see his beloved satchel picked up and thrown near his paws. He blinked again, tilted his head to one side in puzzlement and stared at her, looking at the blonde up and down.
"You know, humans do like to wander around here sometimes? What would you do if they took your bag and then called animal control or the zoo?"
Hah. Fat chance that will happen. The only thing he could reply at the moment was a shake of his head and a huge snort. Of course humans liked to wander around here, he couldn't care less if they took his satchel (he would be very disappointed though) and as for animal control, he would simply shift again and hide. All this was written in his eyes though he doubted that the girl could understand. He took a whiff and snorted again. She didn't seem human that's for sure. On closer inspection, her eyes were purple or violet and that was definitely not natural for a human. Sebastian had of course heard of other weird things like him and this female most likely could be one of them because she used the word 'human.' His thoughts were confirmed when the girl made a flower bloom and began destroying it. When she finished saying that she wasn't going to tell (he wouldn't mind daring her to, to be honest), he walked over until he stood directly in front of her, tail swishing mischievously before sneezing at her feet.
He made a big show of turning around snobbishly, and went to where his bag sat, waiting for him. He picked it up and disappeared behind a thick bush, enough to cover him. With an inward groan, he morphed, returning to his original form, the fur disappearing and the amber eyes he had turned blue. Happy that he had thought to bring along extra clothing, he changed and stepped away from the plant, grinning. She didn't look much older than him and for that, he was happy. Another friend to make, most likely now that he had been caught redhanded. He liked making friends- especially females (now that he'll cheerfully admit without hesitation) because he found them funny.
"Now, why would I do that, miss?" he winked, his eyes sparkling with mischief. "I have no reason to tell on a pretty witch like yourself." Hey, of course he knew what she was; no human could brush whatever stuff on their bracelets just like that. "Whoops, I'm almost forgot! I'm Sebastian, nice to meet you blah blah blah; let's just skip that shit and go straight to knowing your name. What's yours, miss?" He felt as though he was screwing up already; he was definitely not in his game today. [/blockquote]
