Vi let her feet carry her as she roamed the streets looking for something to do. She was bored out of her mind and just thought that she might as well take a walk through the streets. As she walked her eyes wandered to the store windows with their displays and the pedestrians that roamed the street. Most of them were probably just regular people, but Vi bet that a few of them were super naturals. You would never be able to tell though. All super naturals just looked like regular humans. The one thing that could make anyone think differently was Vi’s vivid violet eyes that now were a rich chocolate brown. She had used a spell to change her eye color so there would be no suspicions. This made Vi somewhat sad for she adored her eyes and their color. It reminded her of her mother and father. They both sported violet eyes as all witches and warlocks do. They were such talented and kind people. All their goodness was wasted on Gwen, but Vi would like to say that it wasn’t the same with her. She hoped that all their good traits had been passed on to her. Sadly, Gwen had gotten none of their kindness. She was only anger and destruction. She loved no one, but herself. She killed because she could and didn’t care who it affected. That was why Vi hated her sister. That was why Vi was called White Swan. That was why the twins never spoke to one another. They didn’t mix one bit. They might look exactly alike, but they were nothing alike on the inside. Vi hated it if anyone mentioned Gwen they would be subject to Vi’s monster temper, which wasn’t the prettiest thing in the world. Vi hated her temper with all her heart, but it made her tough. It made her force worth reckoning with. It made sure that she was never used because once the temper comes out you realize that Vi isn’t a helpless, innocent girl.
Once she realized she was drowning in endless thoughts she blinked a few times and shook her head slightly. With a gentle sighs he ran a hand through her messy curls. With her pointer finger she twirled her jewel pendent around and looked down at it with a smile. It had been given to her by her mother on her seventeenth birthday. Witches and warlocks used their powers through gems. Vi appreciated having it as a necklace rather than just a gem in her pocket because that would have risen so questioning looks and questions that Vi wouldn’t know how to answer. Again, Vi found herself losing herself to her thoughts and shook her head again. Then, she started walking again after she realized she was just standing in the middle of the side walk. Her now chocolate brown eyes wandered from store to store seeing which one had something in it that she would want. Then, something amazing caught her eye and she wandered towards it. It was one of the most beautiful bracelets she had ever seen. It was made of pure silver with little sapphires encrusted into it. It shined like the stars and Vi wanted it badly. She was about to go into the store and get it when she bumped into someone. Shocked covered her face and she quickly said, Oh my God, I’m so sorry.
