It wasn't often that she stayed here, seeing how she had her own house as well. But they recently had practice so she decided to crash there for a few days. Plus, she wanted to rant about the Ellis siblings to Becca. Which reminded her, where the hell was that girl? Faylinn scoffed aloud. She was rarely alone when she was here. If she wanted to be alone and bored, she would've stayed in her own home. Sitting up right, Faylinn searched for her shoes. Spotting them on the other side of the room, she slipped them on. Faylinn loved heels because they made her taller. She was fairly short without them. Faylinn didn't normally mind being short, except when the other person was noticeably taller. Faylinn hated tall people. Shoving open the door and locking it behind her, Faylinn decided to wander about. She wasn't in the mood for something average, or something that has been done before. Faylinn needed something to interest her. Faylinn walked down the long streets, thinking of something she could do. Her hot pink heels clicked loudly against the deep black pavement. As Faylinn watched the light gray sky, darker gray clouds rolled into her line of vision. A raindrop hit her face. Wiping it away, Faylinn continued walking. A little rain wouldn't bother her. Unless of course she happened upon a store that sold umbrellas. She wouldn't oppose to one, she just wasn't going to go out of her way to find one. At the end of the street, this little town ended. Beyond this town, lay the forest of moonlight. Faylinn, personally, rarely visited this place, finding no real need. But today, Faylinn was desperately bored, and the forest of moonlight was a place that Faylinn had barely knew. She might even get lost, but that would entertain her for the rest of the day. Faylinn was simply hoping to not happen upon a vampire or something. The only reason Faylinn would want to mingle with another person would be if it was getting dark and she still couldn't find her way out. But Faylinn doubted she would be that desperate. If necessary, Faylinn could always fly. Though they were hidden, Faylinn did have wings as a faerie, folded gently underneath her clothes. Slipping off her heels, Faylinn walked cautiously into the vast forest. By this point, Faylinn was soaking wet. But under the canopy, much less rain got through. It was like a natural umbrella. The dense trees made it somewhat hard to maneuver. A few times Faylinn stumbled and cut herself slightly on a branch or something of the sort. This was probably why Faylinn never came into the forest. She was getting horrible scratched up with no way to heal the wounds quickly. Faylinn preferred her skin to look flawless, but the currently was not an option. Faylinn's tiny feet were beginning to feel rough and and cut up. Faylinn un-zippered the back of her dress just enough to let her wings out, re-zippered it. She beat her wings just enough so she'd hover a few centimeter above the ground. As Faylinn traveled further, she came across a clearing with a large stump in the middle. The trees' leaves didn't cover the sky here, yet it was sunny. When she entered the clearing, she felt oddly warm. Looking around the clearing, she assumed that it had to be magical of some sort. Like and endlessly warm spot in the forest. Feeling comforted by the sunshine on her skin, she sat down delicately on the large stump. Faylinn even forgot to hide her wings again. | [atrb=width,140] words ,

For all he cared, boredom could go die in a hole. He had been sitting outside, wishing his brother wasn’t busy so he could at least have someone to talk to for the moment. Wait…Dan was a popular guy. All he had to do was walk into a place and all eyes would be on him and people would just start talking to him. He smirked at the thought and decided he would go somewhere. He didn’t know where, but as long as he could get rid of being bored, he didn’t care where he went. He pulled himself up from the ground…yes he was laying on the ground which he usually didn’t do because the ground tended to be dirty…and he hated getting his outfits ruined. He knew that sounded girly, but his style was one of the reasons why he looked so good all of the time. He glanced down at his jeans to see that they looked fine. Of course they were great looking jeans. As for his shirt. His shirt was a bit casual mixed with a scarf. No, not a girly scarf. A scarf that happened to be for men and it made him warm. Which for some reason he was cold for today.
Dan ran his hand through his hair, and then made his way down the street. He let his feet lead him to wherever he was going. He took in a deep breath. Nature wasn’t too bad… Dan wasn’t a big fan of nature and animals…and all of that fun stuff. But being outside wasn’t as horrid as he usually thought it was. The fresh air felt good to breathe in and the breeze felt nice against his face. Though he was cold, the air still felt great.
His mind began to wander to random thoughts as he continued to walk. He thought about his brother…he thought about his life as of right now. But mainly he thought about what he was. Immortal….Usually the sound of ‘immortal’ sounded wonderful. The fact that he would live forever and stay handsome forever was a great feeling. And he wanted to be immortal…but he had some regrets to how he became immortal. Sometimes he wished he never sold his soul. Sometimes he wished he never even made the wish to be immortal at all. Simply because his brother could have given him a spell which would have made him immortal and he wouldn’t have had to sell his soul at all. That night that it all happened was still so vivid and still so real to him. He had never been in as much pain as he was that night, in his whole entire life. And he had never felt regret for something before. As much as he wanted it he still wished it could have ended differently. He shook the thoughts away, not wanting to think about it anymore.
Dan glanced up and paused in his steps. He stood in front of the forest….how the hell did he end up here? He didn’t walk that far did he? Apparently he had walked a lot farther than he had wanted. He gazed at the deep forest for a second before shrugging and decided to keep going. The forest wasn’t exactly the safest place to be considering the vampires and werewolves loved to run free in it. Dan was a strong guy, but he wasn’t exactly sure he could fight off a vampire or werewolf. His power’s only allowed him to read other’s minds and to know their deepest secrets and desires. He didn’t have any power like fire or super strength that would help him in a bad situation. He could only hope for the best. He moved forward, feeling branches scrape against his clothes. Lucky he hadn’t gotten any scratches on his body just yet.
Dan had walked so much, he figured he was pretty deep into the forest by now. He didn’t care much and wasn’t really worried about getting lost. He knew he could always find a way out. He stopped for a minute and glanced around…It was pretty nice and quiet here…he would be able to escape to this place if he ever needed privacy or silence. He looked to his left and noticed a clearing. It was different in that one part of the forest…almost weird. He moved toward it then stopped yet again to see that there was a girl…well maybe not so much a girl since she had wings, sitting on a stump In the middle of the clearing. The sun was shining down in this odd part of the forest. He stepped forward and felt the warmth of the sun cover his body. It felt nice, he had to admit. Getting a little closer and trying not to make a lot of noise so he wouldn’t freak the girl or creature…out, he noticed she was all scratched up. Probably from the woods….she didn’t exactly look like the type of girl to be running about in the woods and getting scratched up all over. He raised an eyebrow then spoke, “I’m sorry if this may offend, but you don’t strike me as the type of girl to be into nature and out here in the forest.” Honestly he wasn’t sorry if it offended her…he was just merely saying it just to say it. Dan said a lot of things he didn’t mean, most of the time. That was just a part of him being an asshole. He crossed his arms and studied the clearing a bit more.

She was almost dry, but stilled scratched up badly. Faylinn hated nature, and she suddenly questioned why she was here. She hated nature with a passion, so she was unsure as to why she ventured here. Sighing, Faylinn knew that it would be awhile till she could get home. Becca would be worried and would probably yell at her when she finally came back, but Faylinn knew she'd get over it. Becca never stayed mad at Faylinn long. It was impossible, seeing how close they were. Becca and Faylinn trust each other with their lives. This was why Faylinn was involved in so many of her hair-brained plans. Becca planned for the most outrageous things Faylinn had ever heard of.
A voice suddenly appeared out of the woods. I man accompanied the voice. Faylinn scoffed the moment he finished what he had to say. She didn't believe a word he said, Faylinn never believed any guy. She was under the assumption that they all lied. That they all wanted to used her then toss her to the side. Faylinn hated bull shit like that. She was tough and refused to ever be manipulated like that. She hated the whoreish girls who were only interested in one night stands. She hated guys with the same goals. She hated them with a passion. And when Faylinn hated something, it was near impossible to change her opinion. Only something, or someone, truly special could pull it off.
”Well you shouldn't judge based on what you see.” Faylinn snapped at him coldly, rolling her eyes. She was uninterested in having him hit on her. Actually she wasn't interested in talking to him at all. She would rather him turn around and walk away now. And she was pretty sure he would. Few people stood up to her. Damon was the only exception so far. But this guy was a pretty boy who was probably hoping to get in her pants the moment he saw her. Faylinn was definitely going to make sure he left her alone.
