WINTER WONDERLAND

so you heard the rumours? the ones of promised snow, and gowns and a night to remember? well, they weren't rumours at all and now it's finally here. a winter wonderland that is held at the onyx studded castle, hosted by the faeries of Manuka who were generous enough to invite the entire population to this epic night of things you could only dream of. those faeries know how to throw one hell of a party! so, as you enter the grounds, you'll see a wide range of shimmering decorations that looks amazing in contrast to the snow laden grounds, bright lights lighting your way in doors of the castle and into a stunning white foyer. it's everything that your heart can dream of. you may come alone, you may bring a date, but make sure to save the last dance for someone special.

there will be no mutiny during this event, as all species must unite in this wondrous night of fun and celebration. we wouldn't want to ruin it now would we?

there is no dress code, you don't have to be dressed in all white if you don't want to, but make sure you choose your gorgeous ball gowns and enjoy every moment.

Lily gracefully walked into the ancient castle. her blue eyes scanned over the elegant decorations and designs. the foyer was pure white and Lily was almost afraid that her black heels would leave a flaw in the white foyer. the light shone brightly and bounced off the white walls making it almost blinding to look around. Lily felt a little strange being in a black dress in a white dressed occasion. but the invite had said there was no dress code. she wore a long lavishing black dress and made almost to the floor, but she wore two inch heels so it barely glided across the floor as she walked. the dress was strapless and fit snugly around her with no threat of falling off. the dress hugged her curves perfectly. she wore her usual key-in-bottle necklace around her neck. but she'd extended her jewelry to having a simple little bracelet and earrings. her hair was in a confusing half up. that had flowers set into her hair letting her match the theme a bit. she wore light make up, heavier than usual but still light, that brought out her gorgeous blue eyes and made her lips look soft. she usually wasnt one to go all out and come to events such as this, but she felt that this was something to give a shot. it was the one time of peace and she was curious how it would turn out. sometimes people dont exactly like to obey rules.

It occurred to Lily she'd fit the theme more in her arctic fox form. but she decided that if she changed that would be inappropriate and she'd probably get kicked out or a good step on by a girl in heels. her blue eyes grazed across the room as she listened to light music fill her ears. she smiled closing her eyes to enjoy it a moment before walking to find a place to observe and pick out who she wanted to meet. for being such a social girl she hadnt really gotten to know many people and this would be her perfect chance to do so. she was excited, she had seen a few people around that she had her eyes on and who knew what would happen.

Lily had flown solo to this dance party. maybe the next time she could have someone next to her. but it was nice to have the freedom for a bit. but she was ready to see who was out there.
