Bio:
Initially, the cause of Dawnette's death was supposedly that she "fell awkwardly" down the stairs. It was later revealed that she had been blocking out her memories of the fact that her own family had been abusive towards her, and that her mother had killed her after her father spoke up for her once. Confronting her and accusing her of seducing her own father(by means of having longer hair...?),As she had no clue as to what the hell was wrong with her mother, she had pushed her down the stairs to her death after cutting off her long ponytail(it had been grabbed and forcefully cut off) and had also murdered her father.Her mother flushed the ponytail,clips and hairties and all (It would stick in the plumbing, her's regaining of her memories). When she discovers her cause of death, she becomes a poltergeist, which allows her to move objects without touching them and turn machines on. At first, it seems that she can't control these newly found abilities, which only activate in times of extreme emotional distress (along with her teleportation).But as the years past she is able to get used to it having 'trained' her powers upon her mother who hadnt been caught .(mother dearest blamed teh father for Dawns death and said he killed himself.)
Althought not long after her mothers death she is confronted with the Door to Death. This time it is accompanied by voices which communicate from inside the Door and through radio and TV sets, who tell her they need her there. These turn out to be the Gatekeepers, light entities from the world of the dead who set a trap to force her to cross over.to give her soul 'peace in heaven' Although she escapes (aided by her fathers spirit), she pays the price of losing the presence she has won, and can no longer be seen or heard by anybody but vampires, werewolves, ghosts or other supernatural beings.
Now she remains to help the dark side.MWAHAHAHAAHA.
