MASON TROY STANFORD !?
'branded like an animal, i can still feel the burn in my mind'
'branded like an animal, i can still feel the burn in my mind'
hey there! so, tell us all about you... let's start off with the basics. what do we need to know?
"You want my name? Why? Isn't it on your paper? Fine, it's Mason Troy Stanford, and yes Stanford as in the son to the man who owns tons of factories in the UK and Canada. Yeah, him, his my father. I'm 23, such an original age, right? I am. -grins- My birthday's October 13th, which I believe a year ago or so it actually landed on a Friday. -laughs- You what to know what I am? I'm a guy, and I love my women, not that I sleep around...-sigh- I'm a warlock, if that's what you're asking. I've been one my whole life and I love it, my parents groomed me to be the best warlock out of our family, as to carry on the family name and all that jazz. You can label me all you want, I'm all with the Dark Side you could say, only because my family is, though I'm really more for neutral, as long as I get to get through this war, I could care less.
-falls silent and shivers-
Mongrel. I personally think that the humans deserve to be our slaves. I like to be in control, you know..have a bit of fun, I mean...why not? They're so easy to manipulate, such simple minds. I mean, sure, I'll chat with them, but I do think I'm better than them. C'mon, I can do whatever I damn well please and can get away with it! Who wouldn't want that? Oh, and did you notice? I got split personalities, I really don't care or remember who was technically here first, but I'm here, and so is he, and that's all that matters, doesn't it?"
so, a little birdy told me that you're pretty gorgeous... describe yourself.
"I don't see anything special - I'm so humble I've been told, at least I am, not sure about Troy. I mean, I'm 6'2" and I'm....actually I have no idea how much I weigh. -chuckles- Something..yeah, no idea, but I do have those "lean muscles" as my younger brother calls them, since I do work out, but I'm obviously not a body-builder or anything. The worst and best part about me, I'm like all....pale. I have bright blonde hair which I've been messing with - literally. It goes now from bright blonde to a darker blonde once in awhile, depending on how I feel in the morning. With my eyes, just a plain light blue, nothing fun I don't think, besides being....blue. As for a tan. What tan? I'll tan once in awhile, but most of the time I'm on the pale side, which I don't mind, that just means I'll age better - it's been proven. Ugh, I don't want to talk about my hair, it's been all over the place in like the last...three years. I've had it super short and then long and weird, so now I like to say I have it to a happy medium where I'm pretty damn happy with it, don't you say so?
On the streets, you'll see me in jeans and a shirt a lot. Sometimes either Troy or I will dress up, as when I go to work as a DJ, oh yes, I'm on the morning show, recognize this lovely voice? -smiles sheepishly- I'm Mason on the Morning Show with my co-host Angela who's pretty cool, who actually just got married. Go Angela! Her husband's a supernatural like I am, he's a shifter I believe. Anyway, I'm not one to dress all like my siblings, flashing our money that our family has. I'm more more for the comfortable style, and Troy usually complains, but there are few things in the closet for him to wear when he finally shows his sorry butt up."
i'm sure that your personality is something else completely, tell me all about your self, can't wait to hear it!
"I'm here, so I'll go first, especially since I'm the better of us. First off, I...we were diagnosed with severe Dissociative Identity Disorder or I'll call DID when god, I was like 14. It got really bad then, and that's when we happened. I'm serious, it's pathetic. My other half I call Mason, and I call me Troy, is weak. He's...friendly and warm, and it makes me sick to my stomach to be honest. Nevertheless, this disorder caused us to lose a lot of people, I'm okay with that, as I didn't think they were up to our level of magic first off, plus I mean, our-my dad runs a major industry for both the UK and Canada, and guess who has a bit of a British accent? That's right, both Troy and Mason do. I'll just name things off, ready? Good. I love serenity, fishing - I know, weird, have since I was little, let's see, definitely magic, control, fine cuisine, cars, electronics, parties, booze and I like the ladies. Mason isn't one for them, but I am, so it's always fun to leave Mason a little video message when I feel like he's going to appear. -cackles-
You're quite picky, aren't you, you little interviewer? -laughs- I'm quite blunt, darling, and I do have a secret, it's that I have another personality, and we tend to share memories, to make things less awkward. I'm not a fan of humans all that much, but that doesn't mean that Mason isn't. I lied, oh, and I lie once in awhile, but usually only to get out of situations I'm not comfortable in, you dig? I loathe toads, slime (people who are slime), ignorance and the lack of common sense I've seen in people these days. You'll usually see both of us actually, run a hand through our hair, it's been a habit since it's been longer, and we also tend to drum our fingers a lot too, for whatever reason, both Mason and I share that trait. Unlike him, I'm okay with people, but I'm definitely not a fan of those humans. That's a reason why he's a DJ, and I'm the other personality that just goes off the money my parents give me to spend. I'm quite cunning, you'll see. At least I am, and I'm a bit stand-offish, and tend to judge people quite quickly before getting to know them, but it usually ends up being for the best.
-goes quiet and head sags-
Damn, I'm sorry about that. What's going on?
"We're asking about you, what you like..."
Oh, easy enough. Um, I like lollipops. -grins- I'm so kidding! Personally, I like it when I have control over myself, you know? Well, you wouldn't without having this disorder, but I like to be able to call the shots. I have a knack for games, I love games, and any kind, chess, board games, computer games, video games, arcades, you name it. They're fun. Plus games you know like, me winning over a staring contest or something. -laughs- I'll admit it, I'm a complete romantic too, I do love the ladies, but God knows I would never sleep with one, sure I may seem like a manwhore, but I'm really just a damn good tease, Troy is too. -grins impishly- I know Troy explained stuff, so I won't talk much, but yeah...basically with this war too, I don't care. I'm keeping my nose out of it and I'm making sure Troy does too, though it's getting easier now than it was before. Thank God - maybe it's therapy, maybe it's the medicine, maybe it's Maybelleine. Yeah, I couldn't resist that. My jokes aren't funny? Sure they aren't, but I love fun, fun is good, and so is laughter, and manners are good too, as a side note...well, in daytime anyway -winks- my mom branded that into me while I was growing up with my four other siblings.."
i would love to hear about your past, i'm sure it's oh so interesting...
"Just to clarify, it's still me, Mason. -grins- Nah, Troy's still in here. -taps his head- I'll give you a quick list of my immediate family, sound good? My mom's name is Sandra Maria Stanford and she's...well I'm not technically supposed to say her real age she jokes, but she's in her late fifies, anyway, then there's my dad, Howard Randy Stanford sounds fancy doesn't it? He groomed me and then my younger brother, Lance Gregory Stanford to be the next CEOs of his company between Canada and the UK. Oh, and I was born in Montreal, if you wanted to know. I also have two other siblings, the other is another brother - yay right? His name is Kyle Embry Stanford and right now he's currently 17, oh, and Lance is 21, while the youngest, our sister named Penelope Amanda Stanford is 15, needless to say, I still even keep in contact with her from the UK with Skype, I love my baby sister, even if Troy says I don't, I do and I've told her I'll kick someone's ass from Manuka if I have to.
So yeah, as I mentioned I was born in Montreal to my parents, Howard and Sandra. They were college sweethearts, Sandra from the UK and Howard from Canada. Needless to say they frequented back and forth as Howard's dad had him doing, before when they got married and soon had me and my siblings, they moved back and forth a lot with the company. Now, it's whatever we want to do. I was born at about 2:00 am on October 13th, and my mom was wary about that, but nonetheless stuck to it. Soon after having me we moved to London for about three years before my mom fell pregnant again with Lance and we moved back to Montreal. Here we stayed, and I was doted on and spoiled. Though my dad, Howard began grooming me at a young age to be coy, smug, smart, wary and sly with the company, much like his father had done with him. Personally, I didn't want it. Therefore, I usually left the visits with dad to Lance, since he was the one who wanted all of it. Not me. I preferred the quieter life in a sense. I was in fourth grade when they fully introduced me and Lance as well that we were warlocks, and harnessed powerful magic due to being full-blooded warlocks, unlike those hybrids between humans and a warlock. So instead of being taught manners - well, I did, but on top of manners, I got to learn spells, and ways to persuade people to get things I may need, or get out of things, such as parking tickets or speeding tickets (which has only happened once, mind you darlings, I was a new driver in the States), and I got out of that ticket. -grins innocently-
My brother Lance and I were close, even closer with our mutual younger brother, Kyle. It was when Penelope came along, all of us boys started to chip in to take care of her. Granted Montreal is a nice place, but when we moved to London when I was 10, things changed, and with Penny only being 4, I wasn't too worried. Though as I got older in London, I had an...accident. A car accident to be exact, and I suffered a concussion, fun right? So however that happened, soon afterwards they started to notice signs of DID. So that happened and soon I started to have little black outs, and only little memories of me doing stuff I couldn't remember. Turns out later on, Troy, as he likes to call himself to keep our personalities even more separated, is pretty twisted in his own little way. He thinks he'd better than everyone, granted he isn't a complete ass, but he's a lot bolder too, than I would ever be. He of course, did keep an eye out on my family as well, as with my phone, we would communicate to each other while our memories caught back out when we swapped back and forth. Getting meds for the DID when I turned 15, started to help for awhile.
That's when Penny began to get involved with magic, and I took it upon myself to help out my younger siblings. Surprisingly, Troy did too. Thank god. I rarely took my medicine since I didn't see much of a problem with Troy. Course as we grew up, getting money thrown at us any time we asked for something, granted, we became pretty spoiled. I mean, I own a Mercedes that's probably worth over 100 grand, get it? Anyway, we remained in London, practicing our magic and getting strong till I was 17. My DID was still pretty bad, but my family kept an eye on me while I went through therapy there. I came to Manuka for college, and soon got my degree in Communications, and therefore I'm a DJ, and I love my job. I also work with DZX Records Company, I help work with their business relationships and keep things moving smoothly with record breakers and all that. So I like my job. Otherwise now, my DID is...improving. I go to therapy once a week and take a pill once a day. Now Troy and I are able to see each other's memories easier now, and can "keep in contact" so to speak.
So yeah, I'd like to think I'm in the upper middle class, don't ask Troy, he'd say Upper, I know Troy. -grins sheepishly- I right now have my own apartment, sweet! -wiggles happily- I do have...like...four fish, and I'm thinking about getting a dog soon, who knows, since I'm allowed one anyway. -shrugs- I keep in contact with my siblings, and yes if you are curious, I do have a bit of my British accent still lingering around. I don't mind it, I personally enjoy it, and Troy does enjoy using it on the ladies. -sighs- Either way, I'm quite proud of myself, Troy and I are getting better with the DID. -smiles-"
who is the amazing mastermind behind the likes of you?
"psh, like you don't know who this is. <3 i'm the one who puts hearts a lot of the time. o.o and calls a lot of you my loves, because you are <33"ha! I get it, it's a joke, right?
