Cornelius is the guy who thinks logically about every situation, despite his partying and sex crazed nights, he's always for the right thing. He's a musical guy who happens to play the guitar, piano, and keyboard. Cornelius also likes to read, which probably makes it look like he has two personalities. With him partying at night, sex on his mind, and then reading on a compfy sofa, or composing a piece of music during the day. No, that's just how he is. He's also a clean freak. Everything has to be clean and orderly for him. He also has disinfectant wipes in a pocket. However, he isn't the type of guy to care if the girl he's momentarily skrewing has aids or not.
Yeah, he's totally into dying, and he's tried, but the humanity in him just can't kill himself. Suicide has been out of the question for fifty years. He doesn't like to get close to people, because then he'd just lose them in another 5 or 10 years when they start to grow gray hair and he doesn't. A fear of his is to live forever. Although Cornelius is a party-sex-type, he is also smart and has collected a lot of knowledge over the years. He enjoys a good stimulating smart conversation every now and then.

Cornelius Jay Liddenburg was born in the early 18th century to a weathly family in England. For the first 18 years of his life he was a normal guy, perfectly fine. The revolution in France had just begun and Cornelius went off to fight for the british. When the revolution was over, Cornelius moved to the Americas. Settling in Missouri, where he met a woman. Lisa Anne Marie Marshit was her name. Boy, she was mighty beautiful. Soon, the two wed, and settled down in a nice house. They had three kids; Edward Robert, Fergus Cornelius, and Anne Marie Liddenburg. Cornelius was now about 20 or so.
He was pretty content with life; happy. This all changed on Cornelius' way to work one afternoon. He was shot by an unknown man or woman. It was actually suspected that he was shot by his wife so she could inherit all his money. The two had a fight the previous night because Cornelius wanted to change his will to where all his money and funds went to his kids instead of his wife. Cornelius didn't die instantly, instead he went unconscious was visited by a dark spirit. This spirit bargianed for Cornelius' soul. Now that Cornelius thinks about it, he probably should have just died there. Why did he want to live so badly then?
Now, the immortal Cornelius stunned the doctors of his time, by getting up and walking away. He left town, heck, he even left the state and went into hiding. Every once and a while he'd come out and pose as someone else to check on his kids. When Edward, the oldest, was twenty died in a horrible house fire. Fergus and Anne Marie lived to an old age, with a good stable family each. Anne Maries daughter had children, and those children in turn had them when they were old enough; the last decending relative of Cornelius is Darcy Lee Smith, an elderly woman who lives not far from Cornelius in a nursing home where he visits often. Darcy doesn't know who Cornelius is, she just thinkgs he is some man who likes to help her.
