She never leaves the house without makeup on and her favorite asset is her newly enhanced boobs. Some of Tali's fears include allowing herself to love someone, and then losing them. Tali Rasmi Jayadevi was born on July ninth to Somally and Vereak. They lived in a small village in Cambodia. Both of her parents were involved in the supernatural war, her mom was a witch while her father was a warlock. The village only consisted of about one hundred people, and was created specifically for super naturals so they could be with their own people. But soon the village erupted into it's own war. Vampires against werewolves, and the darks against the lights. Tali's parents were both darkly aligned, and fought to keep their family out of the madness of the internal war. Fights and disputes were frequent in the village for years, but when Tali was about eight years old it finally started to subside. Over the years, the supernaturals had learned tactics on how to avoid each other, and to ultimately live in peace. Until hunters invaded the village one night, and killed a bunch of fire tamers. There was almost a mob like effect; all the supernaturals ganging up on the group of about fifteen hunters. Vereak, Tali's father, was one of them. He was also one of the unlucky twenty men who were killed in the brawl. When Somally got the news that her husband was dead, she took her daughter and fled the village just as the hunters were ready to call reinforcements to take the rest of the supernaturals.

They moved to the island of Manuka, where Somally had a brother. He assured her that here wasn't any fighting going on- at least, not as much as in the old village. Tali was raised, the rest of her childhood, in Manuka. She never really showed her emotions about her father being killed to her mom. She kept everything to herself, bottling everything up inside. She had a normal childhood from there on. She was one of the popular girls in middle school, always having friends around her and everyone knowing her name. When she was thirteen, Somally told her that she was pregnant, and that Tali was going to have a little sister. The only problem was that her mom never revealed who the father was. She never had a boyfriend, remarried, and was never even seen with other men. After a few months of her mom not telling her who the father was, Tali forgot about it. And a few months later had a baby sister named Lai. It wasn't until Lai was born that Somally started to teach Tali the ways of being a witch. She knew she was one, but only then did she start engaging in it. There were several mishaps, like almost catching her uncle's house on fire, but eventually Tali became good at her calling.

As Tali grew in age, so did Somally. She was already in her forties when she had Tali. It was a miracle that she was even still physically able to conceive another child. But slowly, the responsibility of raising Lai was put on Tali's shoulders. When she was eight teen, she moved out of her uncle's house and into her own one bedroom flat. And it was barely a month after that that she took in Lai and started to raise her as if she was her own daughter. She knew it was a burden to have a child with her, but she couldn't just leave it to her mother who could barely take care of herself anymore. Somally was only in her sixties, but the way she was acting made it seem like she was in her eighties. It just felt right for Tali to have her little sister live with her.
