hey there! so, tell us all about you... let's start off with the basics. what do we need to know?

"Mm? You want me to talk about myself? Well that's not too hard, let's just get this over with then. The name's DJ, 'least that's what I go by. Though I guess if you really want me to get specific my parents named me Dayton James Conley. I've been legal to drink in the United States as of October on the first, but that's not how old I am. In reality, I'm somewhere around one hundred and thirty years old, but that's nothing compared to some of the other demons roaming around here, since, y'know, I am one too. They call me 'Baby Face' if not DJ because I tend to hang around the older original baddies. And compared to them, I still have a baby face. 'Course there's still the other twenty something year olds in my age group, but we're all in the same boat as far as I'm concerned. Humans are nothing but fun little chew toys, and rather than argue with the stuck up 'light' sided folk, my allegiance lies with the Elders. It's about damn time these skinnies - my slang for humans, no offense - get put in their place. Hey, someone's gotta keep me happy. And they're just the ones to do so. My.. 'look' has changed more or less over the decades, as far as style goes, but essentially I still have that classic blonde hair, blue eyes complex that seems to be popular on movies nowadays. M'not terribly tall, which sucks big time, but it's whatever. I deal. By the way? I'm rockin' the XY chromosomes for any of those out there who thought Dayton was a chick's name. ..Don't give me that. Seriously. It was old fifty years ago. I'm not one to stick to relationships, as far as sexuality goes so it hardly matters. Though I do enjoy luring people in that way, and rather than limit my 'audience', I keep an eye out for men and women alike. What can I say? I'm greedy! "

"Yeah yeah, I know. I get told all the time how much I look like Dougie Poynter, but honestly I don't see the resemblance. I could never look that much like a fruitcake, pfft. When my eyes aren't clouded in my tell-tale black shade when the fun's about the start, they're blue. Depending on what kind of light I'm in determines whether they're more along the icy-like tone orr.. well. Darker. What's actually really funny? I've been told that my eyes make me look so much more innocent. HA. Funny shit right there. But I play it off anyways. As far as my hair length and color goes, it kind of depends on who you're asking. Sometimes I'll have it totally blonde. Other times I'll look more like a brunette. Playing with color dye isn't a crime, so don't ride my back about it. I try to keep the same medium-ish length, but rarely will it ever touch my shoulders. When it gets that long, I look far too much like Simba and.. that's not okay. As much as I love that movie, it's just not. Uh, I haven't weighed myself lately but I'd say maybe 148lbs-ish. Give or take. My height is around 5'8", and a nice big ol' tattoo on the side of my shoulder that I don't remember getting a few years ago, and a couple of others. For whatever reason. But it's of a chameleon riding through space on my arm that goes onto my chest, stars on my ankles and I'm pretty sure that says 'athlete's' on my foot. ..Hence all the reason I should never be left alone at a bar. Style changes daily, and if I happen to be stalking a rather particularly hard target just for the thrill of it, I'll match my clothes to their tastes based on their aura. If it's on my own accord, however, I'm perfectly comfortable in my favorite pair of jeans, a trusty shirt, and call it a day. Though every now and then I'll kick it up a notch if I'm in the mood."

[li]I've totally got this whole 'Oh yeah, I'll be your best friend. You can trust me' gig down. A smile here, a chuckle there, a one night stand following that? And humans will trust you with anything. Until I throw it back in their face.
[/li][li]Learning new things was never really that much of a challenge for me. I take notes easily mentally, and try not to make the same mistake twice.
[/li][li]Committed, for sure. Whether it's receiving directions and following through with them, starting a puzzle from beginning to end or forcing myself to pretend to care for a few hours in a day around specific humans to get information out of them, I'll get it done. No questions asked, and with quality ensured.[/li][/ul]

[li]I tend to forget minor details from time to time. If they aren't blatantly significant to me at the time, I won't put effort forth to remember it and sometimes that winds up biting me in the ass later on. And that.. sucks.
[/li][li]Sometimes I buy into my own act, and forget for a few seconds in time that I'm not a human, and that I'm really not supposed to be enjoying self at a club or bar or anything like that. No, I haven't and won't fall in love with one, but because all of my emotions aren't completely gone yet I still get that.. giddy feeling that I shouldn't. It causes me to lose focus sometimes, and I hate it.

I may throw a childish temper tantrum here and there when things don't go my way, and I maaay be a bit hardheaded when it comes to doing something I don't necessarily want to. Eventually I'll come to my senses and go with whatever situation is going to have the better outcome but.. all nearby lamps and or humans beware. I'm prone for throwing things.
