Heels clicking against the cold floor,Noelle glanced out to the man city below her,it had been a few days since she had met with Ryanna. She had gotten the girls she wanted but still she needed more. Or at least something she felt was missing, yes work was going well. Her girls in Vegas gave her updates, but it still felt like something was missing and feeling unsettled was something Noelle never liked or enjoyed. So in order to fix the problem,Noelle need to go out and do something,or at least find something to entertain her while she was feeling restless. Checking her phone,a soft frown passed her features before fading away,Reminy was busy with work so Noelle knew better then to bother her at this time. Just like she never enjoyed being bothered when she was busy, she would show Reminy the same and honest respect, although in her mind as her sire, she was allowed to bend the rules, but she wasn't a little child with a crush or a teenager, she was a grown woman and knew how to act accordingly. Grabbing her jacket and purse, she slowly slipped from her head and headed to her car. A drive or maybe looking for someone to feed from would help her mind feel more at ease.
Whispering softly as she saw her car,her sleek black corvette was still able to draw heads her way,Something that always made Noelle smile, she knew she was sexy and she enjoyed people knowing that as well. She had a power and was not afraid to show it and let it out when it called for it. Normally it happened around men who thought that just because she was a woman, she would allow them to try and win her with cheap lines and horrible taste in alcohol and personal space. Noelle had no problem turning them down,or putting them in their place in most cases. Eyes flicking around as she drove down the streets, scoffing at woman wearing tasteless clothes, and men flocking to them like flies. Where did the class of the world go,why did humans think it was okay to make themselves unworthy of society. Did they not care how they were perceived by others. Apparently not was what ran though Noelle's mind as she kept on driving. Which is another reason why she fed from a human, she did not shed any tears for the blood or sometimes person lost. It wasn't like they were a great part of them human race,in most cases they were trying to make themselves stand out and only to make them out like a fool. Something Noelle find amusing and annoying all in one.
Sighing softly as she saw no one screaming out for her to take them,or any joy in pulling one into the shadows, she slowly pulled her car over to a side street and parked it. Slipping out making sure it was locked, her eyes flicked around it seemed like she made it to a more nature filled part of the city, not a place she would normally find herself, but it wasn't bad either. Humming softly she continued to walk, glances at the trees and softly flowers she saw slowly trying to bloom. Then a scent caught her nose and a sigh escaped and a small sensual smile graced her features,it seemed liked her luck for the day was slowly changing. Making her way to the cause of the scent she moved quickly along the shadows until she made it too her destination and the sight in front of her was very appeasing. It was a young woman and she was very pretty, the perfect type for her brothel but Noelle knew she would need to work slow and not spoke the poor girl. Licking her lips she slowly made her way towards her,her voice soft and assuring her french accent soft as well. " It is such a beautiful out today isn't it. I am surprised one as pretty as yourself is out here alone."

[style=background-image:url(http://i46.tinypic.com/hvnltd.jpg); background-repeat:no-repeat; width:400px; height: 250px;] want to get out alive No time for goodbye he said as he faded away. Don't put your life in someone's hands they're bound to steal it away. Don't hide your mistakes cause they'll find you burn you then he said if you want to get out alive hold out for your life. If you want to get out alive hold on for you life. This is my last time she said as she faded away its hard to imagine but one day you'll end up like me then she said if you want to get alive hold out for your life. If you want to get out alive hold out for your life. [style=height:215px; padding-right:8px; overflow:auto;] To anyone who knew Cierra, it wouldn’t have been a shock someone would find her here. Even those that didn’t know that she was a shapeshifter knew how much the girl loved nature. The simple things in nature. She was sure that it had to do something with her husky form. Still, whatever it was, she liked to surround herself with it. The tall buildings of the city didn’t do very much for her. As much as she disliked visiting her uncle and aunt’s place, she did have to admit the location was breath taking. Trees practically hiding the house from the rest of the world up in the mountains. So up in the mountains that no one questioned her when she said she didn’t have cell phone service visiting the place. Excuses. All of it. Which was interesting enough considering the girl’s lying skills were horrible. So horrible that complete strangers could tell that the young woman was lying. It was just something written all over her face. Her body became nervous and her face always got hot. Her voice shook. Someone deaf and blind would probably still be able to sense the atmosphere around them. So she learned how to talk without having to lie. It was so challenging sometimes.
Like to her new boyfriend- Cason the hunter. Keeping her abilities away from him was probably among the hardest thing she had ever done. A mix between the fact she had to play dumb human to a hunter and because he was the love of her life. Keeping something from someone like that was hard on her. Keeping anything was hard on her. When Cierra had something on her mind, she felt like she wanted to share it with someone. She tried to keep her mouth shut about most things because she knew very well that no one actually cared. However, when someone appeared that they cared, the biggest thing was getting her to stop telling them everything. Cierra actually spend much time by herself. It always seemed that something happened or she just got too terribly lonely. The woman got lonely rather easily, actually. Since she was pretty emotional in general, she tried to have better control of the thoughts and feelings when it came to that sort of thing. Sometimes she just couldn’t help it.
Winter wasn’t quite over just yet, but it was nearing the end of the snowing and the bitter cold all the time. There were still windy days were it might as well been winter, but at least the sun was shinning more often than it used to. They had some pretty intense winters in Maine. Cierra was going to take a chance to feel the sun on her face. She clung to the small windbreaker she had on though, realizing this wasn’t quite enough to keep her warm. If she were a husky, this would all be nothing, but alas this was something. This meant she wasn’t going to be wandering around in the meadows for very much longer. Which was a shame. She loved this place. Even with the cool crisp air, she saw the entire field move like an ocean whenever the wind hit it a certain way. One of the best things about being a shapeshifter was the sense of smell. The smell carried from place to place and the current one she was smelling was soothing. Natural. It cooled everything that her mind had been racing about earlier. Not that Cierra really needed a type of escape. She considered her life very fortunate at that moment.
Cierra wasn’t expecting a second party to be there. Most of the time, the meadow was deserted. Not a lot of people were going to travel all the way out here when they could have very easily gone to the park instead. Something that was probably cleaner and more taken care of. Not only that, but the stranger had moved so quietly. The scent was downwind, so Cierra hadn’t been able to detect anything around her. So it spooked her a little bit, but hopefully not to the point where it appeared rude. She turned around, her hair floating with the random gust of wind but settled back down to a small wisp. The woman in front of her was indeed absolutely beautiful. A French accent covering her words. Cierra actually felt insecure just standing in front of her. Not that Cierra thought highly of herself in the first place, but all the same. ”Oh uh- yeah, I was starting to miss the sun.” Cierra laughed with a bit of nervous in her voice. The compliment she got surprised her and made her flush a small rosey color in her cheeks. How could someone like that even call someone else pretty? It was amazing. Generous even. Cierra had the tendency to trust a little too easily and it was comments like this that threw her off the cautious side. ”Oh why thank you. I was just… getting some solitude time.” As good as she was going to get. Trying to compliment back as she felt obligated, ”And you’re out here by yourself too and you’re quite beautiful.” Smooth? No, probably not, but Cierra tried.

Noelle glanced at the young woman in front of her and smiled , she was so innocent pure at least in her eyes that was what she saw. The scent of something more also came form her as well but Noelle didn't know what exactly. That did not matter though , all she cared about was the beauty in front of her. Who seemed to get fairly flustered when paid a compliment which in a way pleased Noelle. If she was able to get flustered from this how much more could she take before Noelle had her eating from the palm of her hand in a sense. " You are very cute when you blush as well , But I am sure you have been told that quite often , and if not then that is a true shame and I am glad I can be one of the few who do. " Yes the game had started what Noelle was going to do at the end of the game was yet to be determined but right now she was just enjoying this conversation with her. Smiling at that she nodded her head and glanced around them , it was nice to know that even though she was a creature of the night , that she still could enjoy the sun even though sometimes it was a pain. Noelle could still find the beauty in it at some points like she .
" Yes it is nice to have the sun again I was starting to think that it would be a long while till it shined again. It also has a way of bringing out the most beautiful things don't you think. " Gently running her fingers across the flowers that were by them , this was a beautiful place. Her thoughts started to wonder if Reminy would like to go here with her. Maybe as a date or just a night out , being back with her child again it brought back emotions she though were long forgotten. Smiling softly at the compliment she gave her a small wink. " You are very sweet , I am here just to relax I have been cooped up in my office so long that I felt like a little fresh air might do me some good. " Now while her office work might not have been the most clean or her reasoning for coming outside the most respectable. She was on the prowl again but that could be put on hold to at least flirt with a beautiful woman beside her in the park. Thoughts of how easy it would be too take her pushing though her mind , maybe it was bad form to always think this way when it such company but she certain tastes and goals and this was one of them. Katherine needed to be kept at as well as not allowing her to know anything about Reminy. So she would need to make sure woman were around to keep her happy. Katherine had a certain taste and so did Noelle. While Ryanna was providing her with awesome girls , that she was able to break and then make whole again. She wanted innocent and fresh and this young woman was screaming it. That temptation to take and destroy and then corrupt was all but purring in her mind.
" Now that we have complimented each other on beauty I would love a name too go with that pretty face. My name is Noelle it is a pleasure too meet you. " Her accent soft as she glanced back to the young woman. Her eyes taking everything in about her , the urge to collect her , sink her fangs into her neck and taste that warm blood. Yes that was something Noelle truly wanted too do. But taking it slow had it's perks too and it seemed like this would be one of those times to do it. " So my dear what were your plans for the rest of the day , if your not too busy I would rather enjoy spending time with someone else who enjoys the sun and such lovely company . " Taking off her jacket it setting it too the side the wind gently picked up and ran though her hair. The soft rays of the sun touching her skin , yes this day was getting better as the night would slowly set upon them. Soon this young woman would know what creatures truly did lurk at night and under your bed when you are sleeping.

If you want to get out alive hold out for your life. [style=height:215px; padding-right:8px; overflow:auto;] It wasn’t like Cierra hadn’t been attacked before in the past. She had. In fact, a couple of times. She wasn’t sure what it was about her that seemed to draw danger in. There was that night of the riot that broke out in the bar. The radical attacks (though she supposed that wasn’t a specific target to her as it had been all across Manuka). The man that grabbed her outside of the old pub. Cierra wasn’t really hitting a great average with all of these. Yet, she continued to do the same mistakes over and over. She certainly wasn’t walking out at night by herself anymore. It wasn’t as if she did it often before anyway since her bedtime was super early. Just sometimes she had things to do. Sometimes she tried to do something different to relieve whatever stress was in her head. For being a girl that was incredibly book smart, Cierra felt like she didn’t even have a sense of common sense. One would think that her dog instincts would help, but if anything, all the dog instincts did was make her wag her pretty little self over to someone with a smile.
Plus, it was hard to say that she wasn’t expecting someone like this here. It was the middle of the day at a very sacred open spot. It was also a female. Cierra didn’t like to stereotype, but she knew what she had experienced in the past. In the past, they had been big guys. Really big dudes. The shapeshifter was extremely naïve to most of the world. She wanted to believe the best in people no matter how deep she was able to look. Got her in more trouble than not. Honestly, though she felt a little awkward with this stranger, she also felt safe. Well- safer. It was hard to always feel safe when the first thing you wanted to do when someone attacked was just stand there frozen solid. Trust her- it frustrated her as well. If she was able to change it, she would have changed it years ago when her family was breathing down her neck about becoming a stronger woman. Now it was coming to the point they were giving up and dealing the situation themselves.
Was it really cute when she blushed? That made her go an even deeper color as Cierra bit her bottom lip, ”T-thank you.” She didn’t know what else to say. This woman wasn’t the only person to make her blush. Cierra thought herself as the average Jane. When attention was towards her, she didn’t know what to do with it except to fluster and mutter a bunch of thank you’s. She could never be a performer. Look what this was getting her to. The stranger just kept smiling and looking almost amused at all of this. Her eyes were staring at Cierra as Cierra just looked back, blinking and seeing nothing but an individual who liked to be nice and social. That was the first impressions she was getting. Friendly and smiling. Cierra wanted to sit down. She bent down, but didn’t sit all the way. She listened politely to the stranger making conversation. ”That’s very understandable. I don’t think I could be cooped up for that long.” Cierra was hoping this conversation just continued to go. She was smiling a small grin, still remaining just as oblivious as ever. Though there was something nagging at her to go away. But she ignored it. What bad could there possibly be?
She made a small nervous giggle again. Cierra stood so that she was face-to-face as introductions were made. She stuck her hand out, giving that same grin, ”I’m Cierra. It’s n-nice to meet you too.” Most of the time, she was pretty cool and collected when it came to her stuttering. She only really stuttered when her mind was thinking faster than she was able to speak. Her mind was racing. This place had supposed to been a walk to cool everything down, but all it did was let her mind go off and everywhere it possibly could in every direction it could take. Cierra had the mind of a teenage girl sometimes. Especially when it came to her emotions. As she was being asked to hang out later, that part of her that just automatically trusted Noelle in front of her. She thought for a couple of moments to see if there was anything else to do. She supposed not. After her best friend had been so distant with her… Cierra put that out of her mind. It had broken her heart. ”That actually sounds great! I don’t have anything else to do for the day. Always good to meet someone new.” Her eyes glittering in the sun, still clenching to her jacket from the small winter cold that was still lurking in the air, not aware of the trouble she was getting herself into.

The innocence of this woman was far to tempting for Noelle to just push away , it was far to easy but sometimes that was what Noelle enjoyed. It was tiring sometimes to always have to work for your meal or a new girl. So to have one fall so easily into your lap was something that she truly wanted to enjoyed and it seemed like this was one of those times. Her eyes took in the appearance of the woman and she couldn't help but just smile , this one was a treasure. Just her stuttering and blushing from her compliment, you couldn't find innocence like that anymore even if you tired. This one girl though seemed to have it. Dark thoughts entered her mind as the continued to sit together , could she lure this woman with her and try to convince her to come out for a drink. Possibly but it was still to early to tell. It did seem promising though with what she had done so far. Pushing her own hair behind her ears she could hear the woman heart race slightly and from the blush that would form on her cheeks. " Oh don't be embarrassed my dear you are quite beautiful that blush becomes you, I am rather fond of that color myself and it looks very nice on you."
Well if she enjoyed the blush she might as well make her blush more, while she could be power hungry and rather mean. Noelle did know how to be charming and rather sensual and seductive. Her trade trained her to be as such so when she found times to use it she would often try to. With this woman it seemed like being sensual charming and seductive would be the way to go. " Yes sometimes it can be to much just staying indoors all day. The outside if to beautiful to not want to enjoy it, what with summer coming and bring with all the flowers blooming it would be a shame to stay indoors all day and not able to enjoy it."
Moving her legs slightly she continued to watch the woman with her, taking in her movements and mannerism ,trying to figure out more ways to possibly make her more comfortable. " Cierra, now that is a very pretty name , it fits you rather nicely. " She was a rather shy one as well, maybe she didn't get out as much as Noelle thought . Or she just was a quite type, both could fit this woman but Noelle knew better then to assume at the moment though she was just enjoying her company and a fresh breathe of innocence she had yet to see in quite awhile. The sun was setting more and twilight was starting to come. Oh it would be time to hunt soon and she had the perfect meal right beside her. Now she wouldn't be harsh or rough this her, no she wasn't barbaric if woman. She was gentle and mostly controlling when she was feeding. Sometimes though she couldn't have a care but she did care this time so she would be gentle.
Watching Cierra hold her jacket closer to her own form Noelle took a slightly daring move and moved her body closer to Cierra to help fight off the cold chill that she was feeling. " Wonderful I always do enjoy company I am happy that you can join me this night." Her nose caught the scent of Cierra and Noelle just closed her eyes for the moment, yes she would have a taste of this woman if all went well tonight. She knew her hunger would come soon but for now she would just sit and talk. " How long have you been in the city ?" It would be good to know if she had many friends or if she was alone in this town when she made her move.

If you want to get out alive hold out for your life. [style=height:215px; padding-right:8px; overflow:auto;]This woman did seem nice. There was just something about her that made Cierra really nervous. Cierra was generally a nervous and paranoid person, but she usually wasn’t that way with people. In fact, she probably should have been, but she wasn’t. Too much of her wanted the person in front of her to be a good one. Everyone deserved some type of chance anyway. No one should have been cast off at first glance just because they appeared to be a certain way. It was all about first impressions it seemed. Cierra knew from anyone else that first impressions weren’t accurate. Unless you were an open book like Cierra. In which case, you were exactly how you presented yourself. Naïve and feeling like nothing bad could possibly happen. Even though she should have learned by now. Something could always happen. For the amount of times things didn’t happen though, she figured it would be worth another friend. Friends were her life. Kept her going. Of course, Cas was on that list despite him being more than that.
Red looked good on her? She had heard that before, but she could never wear red. There was some type of passion connected to it. Made people look at her in ways that made her feel extremely uncomfortable. So she usually avoided that color. The color in her cheeks didn’t change, but at least they didn’t deepen. She couldn’t imagine what color they would make if they just became richer to a point where it didn’t look better on her, ”Thank you… you’re far too kind.” Another smile brought on her face, one that was a little more relaxed considering the pair were talking. Why did she have a feeling about her? Cierra ignored it, pushed it away. Maybe this was just the way she talked to other people. Who was she to say it was strange? Cierra felt like smacking herself, trying to calm herself down. Don’t be judgmental. You wouldn’t like it if she was doing the same thing to you.
Oh, she loved the outdoors. It was the husky part of her that just wanted to run and never get tired. Feeling her heart race and her face light up in a smile. She remembered the feelings she thought only moments ago. Where the smells and the feel of nature swarmed around her, making her feel at peace. Now it was a little less, but she still could look around and see the beautiful meadow. It was a shame it was so cold, or she could just stay out there all day and take a long nap. ”Oh, I love the spring for that reason.” Summer was a little too hot and Cierra’s husky warm fur had a hard time dealing with it. Summer was pretty hot here in Maine. Surprisingly being so far north. It made for one long hell of a cold winter though. ”I’m so glad it’s almost here.” Yes, just talk about things that she enjoyed. Things she liked. Make herself less guarded. Cierra had little guard, but when it came up, it was hard for someone else to break down. She had to break it herself, which was what she was doing. Her face showed every emotion either way.
This woman sure put Cierra on a high side. She knew she was pretty, but she was acting as if this was the most gorgeous person she had ever come across. It made her feel good, but unsure at the same time. Her heart thumping in her chest a little faster when she mentioned it. Cierra had to force herself to breath a little better. Whenever Cason called her beautiful or something, she had an even more intense reaction, but since this was a stranger, it was just… particular. Cierra didn’t really think much about it, however. ”I always hoped it fit me.” She smiled, half laughing when she said it, though there was nothing funny. As Noelle continued, Cierra blinked at her. Did she just agree to having a night out with her? Why yes, yes she did. What harm could it do to her though? She didn’t look like any thug. Anyone that could cause her harm. No. It was just a pleasant woman who was extremely social and self aware of herself. At her question, Cierra half smiled. She had that question more times than she could count, and the answer always surprised others, ”This is my sixth year. What about you?” People always seemed to be here just as long, so they were always puzzled why they hadn’t seen Cierra before. She liked to blend with the background. Not draw attention to herself. It was just better that way.

Kindness was such a funny thing to Noelle , it allow people to actually believe they were safe if someone just showed them a hint of kindness. Like the young woman she was with right now if she only knew what actually lurked beneath the false smile sweet words. God no one truly knew what she did behind the smile. Well expect for Katherine then again she was the one who helped place it there. Everyone always felt safer when greeted with a smile , which got them trouble in the end but as long as it got Noelle her end result she wouldn't care. So with Cierra she would show her the warm smile the sweet flirting words. Watching her blush from her words showed her all the more how innocent she truly was. She could sense her nerves so made she would need to back of slightly , but this woman was so cute she just wanted to eat her up. A grin crossing for a moment with those thoughts before forming back into the warm smile for the woman before her.
“ Well I think we all could do more with kindness in our life , the world as of late has seemed to forget what kindness is and tosses it aside.” Those words felt like acid in her mouth , she never cared how kind people were. Hell she got her way in her life without being kind , instead she took what she wanted and didn't allow anyone to stop her. But , that didn't mean she couldn't lull people in a fake sense of security to think they were safe with her. If she wanted to be honest with herself , Reminy was her kindness she showed her for a time when they were together that you could be kind and things could happen for you. That didn't mesh well with Noelle though , she was darkness and instead of embracing the light she allowed herself to pull Reminy into the dark and show her that world. So when Reminy left Noelle's side. She pressed herself into the darkness and allowed it grow and consume her so now she was buying and selling girls. Making sure they went to Las Vegas without a hitch and started to work to get them profits. Thoughts of what Cierra would be good for pressed into the forefront of her mind. She would make a pretty penny , but her innocence that reminded her of Reminy so long ago. So maybe she would just take her for her own , it had been awhile since she had such a good feeding.
“ Yes Spring is beautiful I think fall is my favorite season though , it brings in a time of change for things to start anew.” It would be interesting to see summer here , she would probably find a lot more girls. Cause who truly liked enjoying the outdoors when it was cold and deary , no the summer would be perfect so she could expand her work. Yes this would be the perfect place , although thoughts of what Lillith said crossed her mind , she really would need to work on what she wanted to get her girls. Not want to cause any suspicion onto herself she would need to quicker and quietly. Eyes would glance around , it seemed like people were slowly starting to mill about. This park seemed to be a popular place which Noelle didn't mind it would just mean they would need to take their conversation else were.
“ Oh I have only been here a few months actually , I find that the city it growing on me it is a very nice quaint town.” So Cierra took the bait they were going to have a night out , maybe she could use her move strong enough to bring her to her condo and have a glass of wine. Noelle wouldn't move to quickly though it would do no good spooking the poor woman. Who seemed like a bundle of nerves already but that was what made her endearing and very sweet. “ Well shall we go then I know of a nice little cafe that serves good cocktails and rather good food.” Well it would be now time to see how trusting this woman really was with the creatures of the dark.

If you want to get out alive hold out for your life. [style=height:215px; padding-right:8px; overflow:auto;]Though this woman had a frightening feeling about her (which Cierra was convinced was just ridiculous on her part, as clearly the woman was kind enough to offer to take her somewhere after all of this), this was the first time she heard more of a negative tone. Everything else had been full of smiles and kind words. Now when she mentioned that kindness was tossed aside, she said it in such a bitter way. It almost made Cierra’s heart break. Seeing as it was implying something made her think that way about the world. She knew probably better than anyone how easily kindness was tossed aside. The shapeshifter wouldn’t argue that in a million years. She also knew that eventually did pay off in it’s own ways. Her life turned out fine. So far. She hadn’t exactly been in this position very long, but she had never been happier. Just generally happy.
Even if she was uneasy right now. With an easy smile, she crossed her arms as not to appear nervous, ”Sometimes. I think kindness can pay off at the end.” The woman having no idea how true and false she was with that sentence. Noelle’s kindness would pay off for herself in ways Cierra did not yet realize. She didn’t even come to think of it. Though her animal instincts were on the high rise, running around and barking at her to run away, go with her gut, call Cas, do something besides what she was doing right now, her mind was different. Her mind could find no logical explanation to excuse herself. Not to mention she didn’t want to upset the stranger. She hated upsetting people in general. Even those that scared her. What was worse about this was she was falling right into the trap that she was afraid of always falling into. It was so incredibly easy to take advantage of her.
She started walking forward, seeing that there were more people starting to gather as they walked. Wanting to explore the meadows while the night was young. Oh, long night picnics. Under the stars with romantic talk. The hopeless romantic inside of her melted by the thought of that. She didn’t know if Cason would be up for that thought. The dark and the night had never been good memories for him, and she was not about to bring any of it up. Jumping up at every noise. She adored how protective he was. She just worried about him. Probably in a way she should have worried about herself, especially right at that moment talking to Noelle. She didn’t even know where they were going for the night. Cierra took the view at simply, following Noelle’s lead considering she was the one who asked. It would be rude of her to agree then insist on places. Although that happened all the time.
A few months? Cierra seemed like she was always meeting newbies running around Manuka. She liked newbies. She actually had made a couple friends with them in the past, including Lelia who she helped get a job at the coffeeshop. She was rather proud of that. It wasn’t everyday she could help someone as something as large as getting a job when they needed some extra help paying rent. The closest thing she could do was lend money herself, which she completely would, expect she was barely getting by as it was. What probably wasn’t surprising was the coffeeshop didn’t exactly pay very much for Cierra to run around and mix certain drinks with teas and coffee a certain way. Her rent wasn’t too bad for the little place, but that was only because it was a little… sketchy to live around there. Never walk alone at night. Or alone if you could really help it. The door to the building used to have a security system, but it was broken now. Her door was locked of course, but anyone could come in and try to break down her door. Not that she had very much to steal. Couldn’t even fit the mattress in the door. It came with the place because the previous renter couldn’t get it out. How it even got in, she had no idea.
Finding a place to live wasn’t easy, and she was sure that Noelle knew exactly how that was. Coming in like that. ”Oh Manuka is wonderful.” Though she did have problems, this was the greatest city. She moved here with Derek all those many years ago, and now she was here still. Both not wanting to leave the place and both thinking the best place to be at that moment was Manuka. She certainly didn’t want to back to where she grew up. ”I guess I’ve only lived in two cities, but this one was my favorite by far.” The LaBeaus weren’t a large supernatural Manuka family. They were a large family filled all across the map and came from many places. She had a hybrid cousin who grew up in Argentina. That should have said enough.
