Magnus walked along a cobblestone path in the park, eyes focusing on the steps he had ahead of him, of course rather distant. His mind had always been rather in a different place than in his head. He had lost Kat and found another girl he was just starting to date, but she was completely different from Kat which he found interesting. She was quiet and subtle rather than Kat who was blunt and sassy. Still yet, they had a way of capturing his attention, both of them rather beautiful, at least in his perspective. He hadn’t really spoken to any of his friends which was sort of something that even surprised himself because he had always been the type to become popular, but after Kat’s death he sort of just hid himself from everyone else. Most of his friends had been women anyways, so of course he went distant with a few of them prior to that.
He was a little nervous about dating Rashel because there was so much he did not know about her because they hadn’t been dating so long and he could tell she was nervous as well, again because she was probably rather shy when it came to meeting new people. He understood that somewhat as he thought about her. He wasn’t paying attention, just to mention that again as he managed to accidently bump into someone, jumping slightly. “Oh my god…sor-“ The words came out in a shocked tone as he then realized who it was, “Becca…it’s been a while.” He smiled softly as he looked at her, remembering the first day they met which was also the first time they were intimate, of course just as friends, but it was a memorable moment and he had no bad feelings towards her at all.
