EDISTH RYAN MCNABB
shapeshifter, light side, nineteen, dreamer, hopeful, scarred, single.

Edisth has had a rough life, but she doesn't want to give up. She's been abused and tortured, but she's constantly trying to be optimistic. She's a very trusting person once she gets to know someone, and is fully honest about everything except for her emotions. She wants never to be a burden on anyone, so she tends to bottle up her true feelings of anxiety and depression much of the time. She loves to make friends, but doesn't take friendship lightly. She will die for her friends, and can be counted on in a fight. She has been foolish in choosing friends in the past, and has nearly been killed by hunters on a few occasions because of this. She doesn't often make enemies, but once she does, she is fierce in her resolve to ice them out, sometimes blinded to the fact that they're actually trying to help her. The only enemies she's ever had have been killed. This girl doesn't have a lover, and is fairly shy with romance as a general rule. She isn't very experienced, but she crushes easily and it can get distracting.

RYDEN & EDISTH
This is one of my Fallen Angels and he's a good hearted one and would therefore befriend Edisth if they were to ever cross paths. I'm not sure if or where that would happen but if it did I can see a friendly acquaintance be started.

CASON & EDISTH
Seeing as hunters = big time no for poor Edisth I'm going go with plain old avoidance here on her part though he wouldn't go after her without a legit reason.

JESSE & EDISTH
This is my absolute sweetheart of a werewolf and I could see him and Edisth getting along quite well. He makes friends easily and would like her positive outlook on life. Plus they're around the same age too so I can see them having a good bit to talk about and what not.

TRENT & EDISTH
Well he's a good bit older than her and also a werewolf but not quite as sweet as Jesse hehe. He tends to be a bit of a daredevil and is normally looking for a good time. If she started flirting he'd drink it right up and probably flirt right back although he likely wouldn't go any further with it unless he was trying to make a certain ghost (Delaney Tate) jealous and try to prove to himself he isn't falling in love with said ghost. Oops.

DECKLYN & EDISTH
Not sure how these two would meet but seeing as he's a paramedic and is constantly around blood and death and what not I can see him being sympathetic to Edisth fear of it if they were to ever meet.

MARCUS & EDISTH
Honestly can't think of anything for these two. He's an almost two-thousand year old vampire who also happens to be what you'd call a veggie vamp seeing as he drinks animal blood instead of human. Seeing as she isn't a threat he probably wouldn't pay her much mind.

SAWYER & EDISTH
Sawyer here is my only shifter though right at the moment he doesn't remember who or what he is. That's all explained in his bio if you want to know more but once he does remember I can see these two getting along just swell. He turns into a grizzly bear when he shifts though he comes across as more of a real life teddy bear than anything cause he's a big sweetheart. He'll go into angry papa bear mode though if you threaten his family or people he cares about though.

DARIEN & EDISTH
Can't really think of anything for them either. Darien is a Guardian Angel and unless Edisth were to threaten his charge he wouldn't really pay her much mind.

HOLDEN & EDISTH
My other hunter. He doesn't kill just any supernatural though and would need a really really good reason to go after Edisth. He tends to be more on the merciful side and only does it to keep his mother and brother safe since they have no idea what's out there. Or at least he thinks so. His brother, Huxley is a shifter actually but Holden has no idea of that just yet.

EASTON & EDISTH
She wouldn't really be someone he'd pay much notice too likely unless she came off as a threat which isn't likely or was hardcore flirting with him. In the past he would have flirted right back but his heart is pretty much wrapped up with Grace McNeely so he'd just move on most likely.

LUKA & EDISTH
Yeah he'd probably flirt up a storm with her especially if she started it and might or might not sleep with her depending on the situation. Basically he is a big flirt and charmer and enjoys having a good time even if the flirting goes nowhere and it turns into a friendship sort of deal. He can be a bit blunt and sarcastic though which some people don't handle well.

MAKENZIE & EDISTH
I think these two could have a fairly solid friendship based on the fact that Kenzie was emotionally and physically abused by both her father and ex-fiance and would therefore understand exactly where Edisth was coming from where that was concerned. She's a good bit older than Edisth but maybe have a sort of older sister/younger sister sort of deal going on?

GOOSE & RASHEL
Basically his goal in life is to make people smile. And seeing as he acts like a giant five year old a lot of the time their age difference really wouldn't matter me thinks. He'd still want to be friends and do his best to make her laugh and their both very optimistic people so I can see them getting along wonderfully.

unlike faded i only have one character. xD he's prettier than hers anyways so bleh. kidding, kidding.. i'd die to fuck one of her characters in all honesty.

the ideas that i have, the plots that i am scheming.. there are just too many for edisth that it hurts. xD i'll be kind and throw a few at you, get into details and uber complicated drama later. first of all, i must say that they shall, at least, be on alright terms because she is not human even though she basically is kinda one that can change her form but rayne is fucking stupid, though he wouldn't quite agree with her choice of trying to protect the humans, but she shouldn't expect too many comments about that since he couldn't care much about the war. now, edisth shall be a very confusing individual for rayne, especially because of her optimistic personality considering her past. rayne is technically suicidal though he kind of can't kill himself since he don't have no special blade. there are so many paths they can take.. ugh my brain. xD

okay, friends with benefits. the one i will probably talk about the most because edisth is pretty thirsty apparently flirtatious, like rayne the manwhore. he's already got a friend with benefits but he's definitely going to have more which can possibly create some really good drama later on if any of his others don't like to share (plus i'm planning on him having a girlfriend for a little while though that girl will probably not be his final 'cause i'm planning on it being temporary only and it'd be pretty dramatic/interesting if he still was fwb's with edisth during that). he's more into one night stands, but edisth is unlike anyone he's ever met before, and, for once, rayne might want to figure her out no one should be that happy after going through all that. plus, he'd be more than happy to quench her thirst fulfill her dirtiest kinks help her relieve stress i love how this sentence turned out.

regular friends. rayne, oddly, gets along better with girls 'cuse guys are assholes including him. though her optimistic personality would get on his nerves, her kindness would make up for that, and perhaps she could even help lift his spirits a bit (especially when he's openly depressed around her). i can really see them having a real close friendship because he doesn't like to break the trust of others intentionally (he is a cheater, but purely out of habit from sleeping around) and edisth doesn't seem to be someone who would stack him in the back. plus, they both can get depressed at times, and i think this friendship would be that type where they can just cuddle and shit without it getting awkward. this can also tie into the friends with benefits idea fuck her one moment, wipe her tears away the next, that sort of shit. i can just see them being there for each other, having the other's backs all the time. of course they'll have their fights time to time, but they could just work it out eventually or have rough angry sex either one is fine.

ROMANCE. i'm trying to get more of this for rayne, and, to tie in with the friends bit, i think edisth would be perfect for his love life. whether or not they could be finals would probably be decided later if we even do any emotional romance with them 'cause i'd prefer they date first and observe how compatible they would be. if you would like to do some romance, my idea for this is that it would grow from them being friends with benefits or after becoming closer. like, rayne would find edisth necessary for his day. whether it be calling her up, fucking her, hanging out.. he'd probably become accustomed to having her around and hearing her voice. they both seem to be timid about romance, which is perfect. they could just ease into it, or face their fears together and dive right in. it'd be cute if they dated for a while (if they do, expect plenty of drama because rayne is known to be a cheat, even if it is unintentional). although i have no clue how'd this come about, like if if all felt different one day or whatever. i'd love a little help with this one.

also, i'm craving that in whatever relationship they have that edisth ends up touching his scars (accidental or on purpose). this most likely wouldn't happen during intercourse in the bed because i don't think i've mentioned this rayne does keep the scars bandaged since he's fearful of anyone seeing his memories due to his belief that no one can understand him or help him. it'd probably happen when they warm up to each other, become close friends or when/if they do end up dating because the bandages only come off when he feels comfortable and he enjoys walking around shirtless in private.

please please PLEASE feel free to add a shitload of ideas to any of mine. i'd love to hear what you think, would like to change, etc.

The ones I'm interested in-

Jesse and Edisth:
They would likely get along well, and it's always good to make friends in a new city.

Sawyer and Edisth:
Sawyer sounds like an interesting character, and Edisth would want to help him try to remember things about himself and his past life. I could see them getting along well.

Holden and Edisth:
It might be interesting to see these two interact. Perhaps she meets Huxley first, and then him later?

Luka and Edisth:
He sounds like a cool person, very similar to Edisth since he flirts so much. Maybe they'd meet around town and turn up the flirtation, but later become friends? Or just see where things go, anyway.

Mackenzie and Edisth:
Edisth can definitely use a sister figure in her life. She likes making friends, but much of the time she needs someone to give her advice or help cheer her up after a bad day.

Goose and Edisth:
Goose sounds great! Edisth can always use someone to cheer her up, of course, and I can see them meeting in a coffee shop or something and becoming fast friends.

Edisth and Rayne:

Edisth would definitely be interested in him, friendship-wise, and then later on fwb-wise. Eventually, she could even become romantically interested in him, which could definitely be interesting. So, for a possible timeline for their relationship: friends-good friends-fwbs-romance.

I can see her relying on him on her dark days, as well as helping him through his own. She might mother him a little on occasion, but in general they would be equals, and she'd end up caring for him deeply.

I can see them meeting in a coffee shop, or she randomly ends up in his backyard or something after a long run in her shifted form.(If he lives in the woods, that is.)

She is shy with romance, however, so when she realises she has feelings for him, she won't be sure what to do. She'd probably blurt it out awkwardly and then get really embarrassed and try to run away. But then cuddles, because he likes her too? Just a thought.

She might try to change his style a little, by buying him more generic clothes as gifts or suggesting a more mellow outfit on a night out. She likes goth style, but not constantly. I can see them going out to a club together decked out in fun, sexy black clothes...

All in all, they seem like they could be good for each other. I look forward to plotting them!

Damon&Edisth - Ah, she should not let know of her secret o.O Cause Damon is a complete little manslut. He is the badboy of the Ellis family and with that, likes getting with women of all types and sorts. He can deal with shy very well too. It makes it a fun little challenge for him.

Cierra&Edisth - Ah, fellow shapeshifter. I think Cierra might cry if she ever found out all the stuff she had been through, but other than that- friends. Cierra is twenty-seven so she might take a motherly perspective on her. Especially since these two are very much alike in their optimism. Differences are Cierra does not hide her emotions. At all. She's a mess- and she can not lie. Literally its just impossible. And Cierra trusts way too easily too so having a friendship as clear as Edisth will help c:

Becca&Edisth - Well Becca is a ball of spazz and energy, so if Edisth can handle someone like her, Becca will be all over that in excitement.

Chandler&Edisth - More friends because Chandler is an extremely social butterfly giant and everyone seems to be somewhat friends with him since he's extremely laid back and stuff. He likes talking to people c:

Iain&Edisth - Generally Iain doesn't like anyone and is extremely socially awkward in the sense he doesn't know any better. He too went through a rough time through childhood, but she turned extremely happy about it and stuff<333 So if she were nice to him on a constant basis and didn't mind his beginning rudeness, perhaps Iain could relax and become friends. Iain is very clingy to his friends because he has so few of them.

Elijah&Edisth - Here is the human who was supposed to be a firetamer after being in a giant firetaming family. Oops. I think her happy joyous way of life would make him stare at her, blinking and unsure of what to say type of thing xD He's basically a grumpy old drunk man, so. When he drinks, he's a lot happier, but I don't know if I see her in those types of environments XD

Remy&Edisth - Bad plan here. Remy is a hunter who seduces before he kills. Very smooth Cajun that acts like nothings wrong and yeah. Bad plan.

Kimberly&Edisth - Kimmi's a bitch to everyone. Especially someone who appears to be super pretty and nice. Those bug her the most.

Eleyna&Edisth - Eleyna doesn't really get close to anyone because its just safer and easier for everyone, but she does like having small conversations with others as long as they don't cut in too deep, you know what I mean? I think her happy personality will make Eleyna drawn talking to her and thinking she was simply adorable

Weston&Edisth - Weston will try to flirt with the girl cause she's gorgeous, but he's absolutely harmless. Don't mind him. He's just trying to be the big guy.

Jackson&Edisth - This is my ruthless hunter who would kill her without a second thought. He's in his forties and so he's got quite the experience on his hands.

Harper&Edisth - Harper's a pretty shy individual. She's a bit of a geek/boomwork/studious woman so I don't know if these two would ever chat. Harper would just smile politely at her slightly wondering what she was doing type of thing haha Though Harper has been tortured very recently, which will just make her more distant.

Arthur&Edisth - Annoyance. Arthur can't stand those that are all happy and peppy and tries to make everything sugar and spice and everything nice. He's very realistic and doesn't really enjoy those that don't know the reality of life. Even though she does- but she doesn't appear to be that way

Nick&Edisth - Nick likes to amuse himself with messing with others. Or just chatting, but I imagine when he first saw her, he'd see her as someone that could easily be tossed around and played with. So I suggest these two not meet for the sake of Edisth's sanity.

Loren&Edisth - Huh. Well Loren is a lot like her. When I mean a lot like her, I mean, Loren is almost like the male version of her. He too struggles with depression. At one very low point in his life, he actually tried to jump, but he was stopped. Now, he is doing much better and he keeps himself upbeat and happy in order not to think about it. I mean, he's not as low as he used to be, but it will always be a little there for him, you know? Especially since he's a faerie and emotions are kind of his whole life center. I imagine these two having epic adventures cause Loren is the adventurous one of the big Astor family. Keep themselves upbeat and happy c:

Emily's Potentials-

Chandler and Edisth:
He sounds like a cool guy, since so many people hang out with him casually. She'd probably talk to him every now and then, and they could become acquaintances and eventually good friends.

Iain and Edisth:
I can see her constantly being nice to him, determined to become friends with the broody, grumpy guy. When she meets someone who has a troubled past/is unhappy or gumpy much of the time, she immediately wants to make them feel better. I can see them becoming close.

Eleyna and Edisth:
I'm thinking friendly acquaintances for these two.

Loren and Edisth:
These two should definitely meet. Since they're so similar, they can lean on each other for support, and help each other through bad days. I can see them in a brother-sister type relationship, becoming fast friends.

So Ara is my adorable little guardian angel. She's the oldest of my bunch, but she looks the youngest at roughly 16. She's really nice and sweet and caring, she is treally friendly and makes friends really easily and shes loyal to the core. So I see them being friends.

Alice & Edisth:
Alicia is 18 and also a shifter ^.^ She's also really nice and loyal, but shes a daydreamer. She often has her head in the coulds, but still. Alice is my little actress, she aspires to becoming a professional actress. Alice has a way of constantly getting lost though and its pretty amusing, but she doesnt think so. Even so i think the two of them have a lot in common and could make totally epic amazing buddies ^.^

Allie & Edisth:
Uhm... idk.. she's my 22 year old fire tamer and she's pretty nice, she has a temper, but she wont go out looking for fights or anything... Not sure where they might meet but they could prolly be friends maybe if they did

So... these aren't ALL of my babies, but it should give you someplace to start. I think. I hope.

THEON: This baby used to be a guardian angel that was born into the heavens. Like, with two parents and everything. Right now, he's getting used to adjusting to life on earth away from everything he ever knew (he fell because he was betrayed by his best friend and blamed for something he didn't do), and he's trying to pick up a lot of friends and the like – integrate himself successfully. He's going to go through some tough times, so he could certainly show Edisth some compassion and be a good, loyal friend if they hit it off. Maybe she could help him through some of his future problems, too.

CLAUDE: Okay, so I'm just going to say that Claude is really, really difficult to get along with. She's like a Vulcan, because years of traumatic abuse have stripped away her ability to emote or feel emotions, which hinders her forming a bond with others. HOWEVER, she does have a bit of a weakness (and it's small) for women who are in trouble or have some darknesses in their past, because she can relate. It's part of the reason why one of the only people she actually trusts is Chloe, her boss – (Smash's character, owns the plant shop in Old Town – Edisth and her have similar histories, you might check her out for plots) so if she was wandering through Heliconia, the two might meet and see a common thread there.

JAYNE: If you want her to get into some trouble, Jayne (or any typical Astor) would happily eat some of those unwanted emotions for breakfast, but he wouldn't be nice about it, so.

ADAM: If she's going to school at all, Adam is one of the favored professors by students at the University of Manuka – he teaches Ancient History and Mythology, and while he's a bit of a playboy, okay, he's a manwhore he never crosses that line with his students. He's a wealth of knowledge and information, he's newly a werewolf, and he's going to end up falling in love with a shapeshifter, so if she was in his class and needed someone to talk to, I think Adam might just be willing to listen. He's got some hang-ups, but he's not a bad guy.

LEA: This here is my SUPER light side immortal – she's 750 years old. She also runs a bar, which Edisth is too young to be a patron in, but she's kind of like a mama bear in that she's basically devoted her entire life to looking after humans and the occasional light side supernatural (or neutral person) who gets themselves into a pinch. She has spare rooms that she'll rent out for free for a night or two if someone needs sanctuary, and really she's just an all around good person, so if your baby needed another person to help her out, Lea's got some connections.

KENNEDY: You should keep her far, far away from Kennedy. She's a hunter who secretly works for dark siders because she thinks supernaturals are better than humans and wants to become one someday, when the time is right. For now, she's a double agent, and she's kind of a jerk. But she's still got to hunt someone... so she goes after light siders, since they don't help her cause. Unless she could convert Edisth to the dark side, should they cross paths, I'm thinking your baby would be a near-perfect target for her.

VINCENT: Another one you should keep her far, far away from. Unless you'd like to torture her. I mean, REALLY cause her some more agony on top of that terrible history she already has. Vincent is, simply put, a serial killer. People might have heard about Jack the Ripper, Zodiac, the Black Dahlia murderer... well, that was all the same person, and it was him (he's immortal). I've got this spiffy side plot for him, and I could use a shapeshifter, so if you WANTED to have her play with Vincent, you should send me a PM to my Mod account 'Seajay.' Don't worry – for this plot, he's not killing anyone. Small favors.

CARMEN: Carmen is a womanizer. I think she'd probably hit on Edisth, I don't know if it would go anywhere, and I don't know if your baby likes girls, but Carmen always has room to flirt with someone shamelessly or have a one night stand before her final sweeps her up and makes her change her ways.

Ara and Edisth:
Awww, she sounds adorable!! Edisth loooooves, completely and absolutely loves sweetie pies like Ara sounds. I'm sure they'd become fast friends, especially since Ara would be good at brightening her day.

Alicia and Edisth:
I think a good way for these two to meet would be after Edisth has lived in Manuka, so she knows her way around: Alice would be walking around, lost as always, looking for somewhere, and Edisth would give her clearer directions/walk her to the place. Since Alice is a bit younger than Edisth, I can see Edie becoming protective over her.

Theon and Edisth:
Theon sounds like a lovely character, and Edisth definitely has a bit of a mothering/caring streak in her, so I can certainly see her taking to him and helping him through his problems. She'd be really friendly with him and begin to care for him as she does with any one that she has enough positive contact with.

Claude and Edisth:
I can see this happening, though very very slowly. Edisth would, of course, always be polite to Claude unless she gave her reason not to be. Even if Claude didn't end up trusting Edisth per se, Edisth would still be there for her, since she's typically loyal to a fault with people who are good/nice people and aren't on the Dark Side.

Adam and Edisth:
I haven't yet decided if Edisth is going to school, oops. If I decide yes, then I will definitely take up on the idea of Adam and Edisth talking. Edisth would probably be very interested in the subjects he teaches, especially since they could have to do with her shifting abilities, etc etc.

Lea and Edisth:
I don't think Edisth would go to stay in one of the rooms or anything, since she is currently shacking up with Rayne and eventually Teresa, but that thread hasn't happened yet. However, I can see Edisth meeting Lea around town(maybe at the grocery store or something), and them hitting it off, since Edisth always welcomes compassionate types of people.

Vincent and Edisth:
I'm PMing you because drama and angst is good in my book.

Carmen and Edisth:
Edisth is hetero, but she flirts with anyone that's attractive in her opinion, opposite or same sex. She usually doesn't mean anything by it, and never with a girl, so I'm not sure if much could happen with these two since they don't seem like the best matches for friendship either.
