The sun was just starting to sink in the sky night was slowly approaching which Savannah didn't mind. She rather enjoyed dusk it was slightly cooler and made it much more enjoyable to lounge outside. Although her dear friend would disagree but that was one thing she loved about her. They were able to go back and forth and have nothing bother them because of it. Speaking of she would check the time and have a smile grace her face. Her friend was due here soon so that meant martini's and poolside enjoyment. While Savannah didn't really like diving into her salt water she hoped that her best friend would. Having recently just acquired this type of pool. It would hopefully be a good surprise for her friend, she knew about her other form as well. So anyway she could make her friend comfortable she would try and do so. Going to her cupboard she hummed while pulling out her gin and shaker making sure she had olives as well. Maybe they could have some fired chicken tonight it had been awhile since they both had gotten to enjoy that. Both being so busy with work lately it would be nice to finally catch up again and just enjoy the company of one another.
Grabbing a tray and such, she headed out though her back door to her patio where her pool was. Hearing the water her eyes took in the appearance of the pool. It was beautiful luxurious even, Everything she wanted , while she wasn't made of money the money she had was enough to get her this nice house as well as pool. As well as keeping her shelter running and making sure she was able to enjoy this new life. So everything did have a silver lining that was at least one way too look at it. Smirking she put on the outside slightly and water lighter underneath the pool. They changed color so it added a nice effect at least that is what Savannah thought. You could decided if you wanted them to flicker colors or not. Moving to a chair she would lounge against it the ingredients needed for the drinks set to the left of her.
Just taking in the scents and the sounds of the outside her hands would run across the fabric of her chair. Being around for so long it was so odd seeing how the world changed at yet also stayed the same. While she loved that she was helping people who needed it, she also hated that so many people had the same pain she went though all of those years ago. At least here she could make a difference have people know that they weren't allowing. That even though it feels dark now that it truly will get better that people can help. Help that she was never able to get herself. No she would try and help everyone she could so that they didn't need to feel the fear or anger she felt. With a sigh she would push those thoughts aside. This was going to be a fun night with her friend , full of drinks and enjoyment as possible pool lounging if Adriana felt up too that. Savvy always thought her friend was badass for shifting into a crocodile, no one would ever fuck with her. Or if they ever tired they would be in for a very , very rude awakening. Humming she started to her the gate open to come into the back of her house. " About time your here Scales, I almost started drinking without you. " Her tone would be teasing of course. She knew the first thing her friend would see was the pool, and be able to tell from the scent exactly what it was. So Sav would rise from her chair and leaning against the table with the drinks waiting to see her friends expression.
