eunae is known as butterfly to many people. or by parker to others. her parents didn't give her the benefit of an easily pronounced name to non-koreans. she's not nicknamed butterfly because she flutters, actually she's rather lazy when it comes to moving around. ever since she was nine, and met a faerie in the park, she's had a love for wings. since the encounter with the faerie seven years ago, eunae has had a secret obsession with the idea of there being creatures from another type of realm (little does she know that they're all over her town). eunae can be considered a hunter of sorts, she's always searching for traces of the supernatural. she just wants to have her own fairytale adventure, and possibly meet up with the faerie she met in the park so long ago. eunae thirsts for adventure and knowledge. she's a quick learner. she's not that loud, but she does have the amount of sass to rival an elephant's weight. she's fond of the park and the cemetery, and the bookstore. cats, pineapple smoothies, puzzles, and classical music are her favorites! she's a little reckless when it comes to the supernatural, she doesn't care about the dangers. she just has to know. it's kinda become her life's goal. her family is poor, so she's also, recently, been on the lookout for job opportunities. here is her application if you didn't catch it in her name above. <3

Here are my characters. I shall put all of them down, but some might not have plots, just to see if maybe you can think of anything? These will suck but we can come up with something good together!

EUN AE & JENNA: Jenna is human, but I think she's a little old to have any real interaction with Eun Ae, unless she and her friends came to the bowling alley to play or something, but even then really minimal exchange I think.

EUN AE & TESSA: Tessa would pull Eun Ae under her wing. She is very much a mamma bear, and because she is a fallen angel, she would see your girlie as a younger sister or a child, someone she'd want to protect. If Eun Ae ever needed anything, or got into trouble, Tessa would be there to help her out. Maybe even talk about boys and stuff, she wouldn't judge her for being so young.

EUN AE & LANA: Ah, they would know each other from school! They are such a contrast, because even though they're both nice and all, Lana is rich as hell, compared to Eun Ae who's poor, but Lana wouldn't rub that in her face. Money is the last thing she cares about, but I think that they'd know each other by sight or have spoken to one another a couple of times.

EUN AE & SCARLETT: Scarlett and Soo Min are really good friends and will be dating for a while later on, so Eun Ae is bound to know her, and see her hanging around sometimes or maybe just when she's with his sister. Scar would find her adorable as hell and would just like her not just because she's friends with her sister, because Eun Ae has a lovely personality.

EUN AE & VICKY: Vicky is twenty-three, and she likes to play music on the street. She is also schizophrenic, and so sometimes she talks to someone she made up in her mind, which freaks some people out. However, if Eun Ae like asked her about the songs she was playing and stayed for a show, maybe she'd be curious about the invisible person Vic was talking to, haha I don't really know.

EUN AE & SHAY: He's my twenty-seven year old doctor, and unless Eun Ae really got hurt and had to go to the hospital, or knew Calan his teenage lover, there is little chance for them to interact really unless you've got an idea here!

EUN AE & ASHTON: He would seriously love this girl! He is a year older than her, but they both like similar things. Ashton doesn't go to school because he is being trained to be a hunter, but if they ever met at a bookstore I think they could have a regular friendship, meeting up a couple of times a week to talk about books and anything that they can think of, because he needs such an easy going friendship as that.

EUN AE & DORIAN: Welp, he's a vamp who's over 2000 years old, BUT he is the school counsellor. Therefore, if Eun Ae needed to see someone to work out like future education and stuff, she'd come see him. He would do anything he could to help her, and give the best advice he could because he's just a good help.

EUN AE & RUBEN: It's no secret that Rue thinks with his dick rather than his head, and if Eun Ae wasn't so young, he would totally be hitting on her because he literally hits on anything who has boobs and a vagina.

EUN AE & WESTLEY: He's a radical hunter, so he wouldn't touch her because she's human, and would hope that she doesn't find out about supernaturals because they're evil. Even the 'good' ones.

EUN AE & CALLUM: Callum is nineteen and a sweetheart, but he is also deaf. He lives through his photography, and takes pictures of almost anything. He doesn't have many friends, so a lot of the time he is quite lonely, so if they ever got talking on the street and stuff, he'd do his best but end up embarrassing himself like hell.

EUN AE & DEVIN: It says that she's gonna have a future romance with Aron, and Devin is really best friends with Aron, therefore they would certainly meet. Devin would wish happiness for Aron, especially because he is going to move on the moment he falls in love, but he'll be happy that Eun Ae and Aron are happy!

EUN AE & JUDAS: Gay merman who has a child. Maybe he needed someone to babysit his daughter or something, and Eun Ae volunteered, and he would trust her to babysit Sabriel whenever he needed to go for a job interview and things like that?

EUN AE & LUCAS: Lucas knows everything about being poor, having to look after five kids with his measly salary. Maybe she got into some trouble at the museum he's the security guard at, but he might know of her and let her off. He would enjoy her sass really.

EUN AE & NOAH: If you don't want her ruined and ripped to shreds ... keep her away from Noah. Really. He's a psychopathic killer who does this as a job and feels no remorse.

jenna bowling is totally cool. i think it's something we could play around with, if we're ever in need of a thread or something.
tessa eunae totally dislikes being babied, she likes to think of herself as a more independent sixteen year-old. but, she'd think tessa was nice and would appreciate her nonetheless. i think at some point she will go through a rough patch with her sister, so it could be interesting to have tessa by her side for that. and maybe to listen to her talk about all this supernatural stuff since she can't tell her sister either?
lana eunae would be like, "look at this lucky rich chick." not really. they could probably give to each other in the hallway since they're both friendly?
scarlett aww cute. i'm looking forward to whatever may come with these two. i think that maybe they could spend time together, the three of them, soomin, scar, and eunae. maybe just the two of them could have a girl's night or something while soomin is busy? oh and a playful interrogation one soomin and scarlett become an item.
vicky asdfgh, eunae would love to get to know her. eunae is the type of girl to stop and watch a street musician. and then, being piqued by anything out of the ordinary, she'd be fascinated by this invisible person. perhaps she'd go along with it too? i don't want to say she'd use vicky for that reason, but sort of.
shay i don't think eunae would have a chance to set up a major relationship yet. but who knows, maybe she'll come down with the flu or break something in one of her various adventures.
ashton oh i love this idea too. i'm thinking that eunae probably wouldn't have that many friends. but having a weekly+ meeting with him would be awesome. i think that there's the possibility of eunae developing a crush on him (because hello, cute nerd boy). but i doubt she'd ever act on it. maybe, at some point, he'd have let slip something about the supernaturals too? idk but it could be another interesting development.
dorian ohmygosh, i love this too. not only is he superold and probably has some kind of great vocabulary and like the world's history in his head, but he's all in her reach. i imagine eunae, despite being a high achiever, getting into problems at school. sort of because of her craziness, and obsession with the weird beings. i think it'd be one of those things where she gets somewhat picked on or is caught by teachers, day-dreaming. i think it'd be a problem where she'd end up having to go sit with him at some point. or maybe she'd just make a habit of stopping by just to talk to him and get some of his advice and knowledge. maybe about all the types of creatures and things like that, too? it'd be fun for her to feel like she had someone to talk to her and didn't really judge her for her interest in such matters.
ruben i kind of really want him to try something on her, just because? and then her become all super sass girl and hand his ass to him. like can it happen? ;o;
callum for some reason, when i think of the two of them together, i see eunae's cat running away, and leading her to callum, where he's taking pictures? and then just meeting like that? or like he's taking pictures in the park or wherever and she just happens to cross into his shot. instead of like backing away, she just poses comically or goofily and like idk. they can be pretty awkward together.
devin when the time comes for aron to introduce her, they will be awesome. i don't think they'd ever really be that close though. like you know what i mean? just friends with a mutual friend?
judas oh i want her to babysit so much. i can see her coming off as a little overeager the first few times, like "Yeah! Let's do it!" and cheesy like you know, in pokemon and all that. (idk that's just what i think of)
lucas family friends, possibly? i like your idea, by the way. she probably would find trouble some place. or maybe when she was younger she crawled/touched something she wasn't supposed to and he bailed her out and she kind of still owes him?
noah she'll just be staying the safe distance of no-plots-just-yet from him. XD

EUNAE &

THEON: So Theon and Soo Min have already met and are kind of friends, and I expect they'll be closer friends later on. I could see these two meeting through Soo Min, and maybe become closer friends when Soo Min and Scarlett start dating? There's lots of drama in the future with those three, because Theon and Scarlett are destined to be together, but he messes it up and causes her to date Soo Min to mend her broken heart. They'll end up together in the end, but after the break-up, he'll probably be less fond of Soo Min, so maybe she could help him be less angry?

REMINY: I get the sense that it's probably best for her to befriend and be close to light side supernaturals that don't actually want to hurt humans. Reminy is a 111 year old, human-loving vampire. She won't feed on them unless they've given her permission, so she's not completely vegetarian, but she wouldn't attack Eunae either. As for her personality, she's pretty kind, generous, and wouldn't be bothered if Eunae had a zillion questions for her.

GIDEON: This... is not a good idea. Gideon is over 3,000 years old, and he really, really dislikes humans. He's a demon, and a powerful one, and has tons of connections in the city (he owns a giant hotel) and works with a human slave trade market. If you wanted some trouble for Eunae in the future, maybe she gets a job working for him, and he tries to put her up for trade? That'd be wicked.

JANUARY: Well, January's a total sweetheart. She's my somewhat of a newbie guardian angel, but she's been spending a lot of time on earth to get closer to her charge, Callum. January is totally the type to make friends easily, because she's very social, and loves people. People are what she misses most about being a human. So I could see them becoming fast friends.

CLAUDE: Claude's my witch, and she's very troubled and apathetic to the point where she doesn't even feel emotion anymore. She works at the herb shop, Heliconia, but is definitely not the social type. She is, however, a skilled alchemist, and if Eunae was going to go there to poke around and try to learn more about the supernatural world, Claude wouldn't be unfriendly to her. She might try to pick her pocket, though. Old habits die hard.

JAYNE: I have a little bit of a wicked idea for these two. Since she has her past with the friendly faerie, here is a chance for her to have a meeting with a very wicked faerie. Jayne is not the human loving type. Not at all. Actually, he's from one of the oldest, most thriving family of fae that exists, the Astors. Right now, he's in charge of all of them, and is looking for a way to prove himself. I could see him learning about her interest in faeries and maybe getting her to trust him, and then doing some unspeakable thing to break her trust and make her fear faeries? Just a thought.

JOEY: Here's my awkward little human! Joey's in college, so she's quite a bit older than Eunae, but I think these two could still get along. Maybe if Eunae started making friends with her younger brother Ryan, who is 17, they'd meet up? Joey's a sweetheart, if not super awkward and super nerdy. She's a graphic novelist, and really does want to get out there and be more social. If she was friends with Ryan, Joey would accept her with open arms.

ADAM: He's a professor at the college, so I don't really see these two crossing paths. Also, she's too young for him to hit on, since he's 28. The only way I could see these two connecting is that Adam is doing research on the supernatural world in an attempt to expose them (even though he's a werewolf). Maybe he'd learn that she was doin research, too, and try to pick her brain? Or vice-versa.

CONNOR: Connor's a detective, and a very good one. He's neutral, and fully believes that humans and supernaturals should be able to co-exist peacefully. Connor's trying to establish laws that everyone has to follow – including supernaturals and hunters. He's not a fan of the vigilante justice. If Eunae ever got into a tight spot, Connor would be more than willing to help her out.

LEA: If you want someone who loves humans, look no further. Lea is a 750 year old immortal who has basically dedicated her entire existence to protecting humans from harm after her entire family was murdered by vampires. She owns a bar, so Eunae wouldn't be sneaking in there, but she does occasionally grant sanctuary to those who really need it, and she's always showed preferential treatment to humans.

JULIAN: Unless she knows someone in his past, like a younger Ellis, I don't know that these two would cross paths simply because of the age difference.

KENNEDY: Kennedy's a hunter, but she's a double agent for the dark siders. She's not going to hunt down humans or hurt them, but she's a major bully, so it's probably best to keep Eunae away from her. Or else Kennedy might just turn her over to someone really, really evil.

CYRUS: Cyrus is Dorian's twin brother, and while he's not as rooted to the community as Dorian, he still is around on occasion. If Eunae got close to his brother, these two would be likely to cross paths, and Cyrus would probably be amenable to answering some of her questions as well, since he's been around for such a damn long time. She might also take interest in him because he's not just a vampire, but a hybrid.

MEREDIA: Ah, my little memory loss mermaid. She's very kind, when she can remember you, but too many questions and someone who was inquisitive in nature might just irk her a little, just because she wouldn't know that she could answer their questions. Her brain tumor basically prevents her from very much in the way of long or short-term memory. Most days, she doesn't even know she's a mermaid.

i'm just going to be lazy and find a better way to code this later so it's not so lengthy. :-/

theon i can see eunae cocking an attitude if he tries to hurt soomin. like after his break-up and all that. but i don't see it being an issue when he's friendly with her sister. she'll probably throw a few slaps around with edna mode style counseling.
reminy ohmygod. so i had this idea that eunae would probably ask her to/give her permission to drink her blood. just to know what it felt like, because she's curious and reckless like that. i don't know how she'd like it after that would happen, but i see that as something she would do. and eunae would definitely have many questions and bring like a notepad or something. XD
gideon i think that this could be a very interesting event to occur later on. perhaps not right now, but sometime later once a few things have been settled with her character.
january i think that callum and eunae will run into each other and maybe be acquaintances or short-distance friends? so that could be a way for them to get more acquainted. eunae's not great socially, so to have someone so friendly and nice would be refreshing for her.
claude there'd be nothing in eunae's pockets to pick. i think that eunae would probably try to do something with a science fair, involving plants, and maybe she'd go there. and find out that it's not just regular, boring plant stuff going on there. she'd be interested in the witchiness.
jayne oh yes, that'd be great. i was originally thinking that eunae's park faerie was originally planning to do her harm, but seeing that she was such a cute little nine year old, and decided against it. she has a handcrafted bracelet that was given to her by the faerie, so maybe jayne notices that? but yes, i totally like this.
joey eunae likes to take free college courses whenever she can. she might also visit her sister or something. idk eunae loves the nerdy folk, she's not much of an artist, but i can see her trying to understand it. she needs to understand everything. :S they could be awkward friends together, maybe break out of their shells a bit together too.
adam like i said, eunae likes to challenge herself, reach higher levels of learning and take free college things, or tour around. all that business. maybe she's leaving one of those classes and bumps into him. and like some of his research spills onto the ground. and it's all his research and stuff. and then they can be fanatics together?
connor i have a feeling that this might be necessary later on. this type of relationship. i think that eunae would side with him on the coexisting thing.
lea so eunae would go visit her to get lessons of sass. i think that she might also go to her for some advice.
kennedy consider eunae a thousand feet away. although danger is no real issue to eunae if it means knowledge.
cyrus is it possibly for eunae to at some point mix up the two of them? maybe she's going through some sort of bad time, and like runs into him and is like, "look, i need to talk to you." and kinda spills stuff to him. and then it's like, "wait, wrong person." and they become all coolbeanz. she'd definitely find his species/race fascinating whenever she finds out.
meredia her name is so pretty, btw! eunae would love her optimism. she'd probably be drawn to that first. i think she might ask a few questions, but later deem it as a useless cause and would just focus on being friendly with her.
