Overall Alexus is a very confident young woman who care's for just about every little thing that shapes her life and her siblings. She tends to over analyze and over think things which really keeps her on end and paranoid most of the time. Its apart of her nature to be chill most of the time she's quite the opposite now that her parent and older siblings were killed. The only time she can truly relaxed is when she's performing, when she's watching over her siblings, or when she's high. She don't trust many people and can usually sense danger but that's a skill that comes from her feline form. She can't stand certain people (the oh i know everything type of people) and when she's around them she tries her best to keep her mouth closed. Hey I said try! It never works she always ends up losing her temper which is something that happens a lot if you push the right buttons.

This little kitty is very impatient and hates waiting. It's just not in her nature to be waiting around for something to happen so she makes it happen herself. As paranoid as she is Alexus is a very curious person. If she can't figure it at first glance there's no chance that she wont be getting into trouble just to do it. She has also become very protective of smaller children which is just a reaction to being left with her uncle Bennett and her younger siblings. Her instinct to protect has been set to hyper drive and is often called the mom by most of her friends.

Alexus has a pretty vivid imagination which is what leads her to follow her dreams to be an actress. She's multi-talented and is very proud of what she does because she's very good at it. Though she wants to be an actress most of her friends want her to be a singer though she doesn't have a song writing bone in her body,

alexus was the third born in the horde of six children. In the Polke family it is expected for the older siblings to take care of and teach their younger siblings which left the job on Nya and Ty, the twins. When she was younger she automatically drawn to her brother who was also a feline shifter. Everywhere he went he made sure she was there at his side. Because of this closeness Nya had been jealous of the attention her twin gave the young girl, and therefore lead to Alexus and Nya despising each other as they grew up. Not long after she was born came Sparrow and then Jamira and Rayne. An that's where the line stopped with the baby making. Because of the instilled need to take care of her younger siblings they were all ca close knit clan, well except for Nya but she had her moments.

growing up Alexus learned her fathers source of income and astonished at first but then brushed it off because it was all he knew. Robyn Polke had been a notorious gang banger when he was younger and had a hand in the drug trade that was going on. Because of this he was paid very finely but no it wasn't just him either. He and his brothers and father had made a life style out of it and were living greatly off of it. Of course it hadn't affected his children in the ways he thought it would. He'd expected them to despise him for it but in fact only Nya, Ty, and Alexus knew about it and embraced it. Ty began to help his dad out while Nya helped out with selling it. It was Alexus who had decided to just smoke the drugs her father shuffled around the world.

it was upon her entrance to high school that she realized her love for theater. She had never thought she had a talent but she'd never had to sing, dance, and act before she joined the theater group. That's when life began to feel just right. Home life was awesome and she was doing well in school what else could she want? What else could go wrong would be the better question. Just weeks after her eighteenth birthday her family was attacked while out on their monthly camping trip. It was there that they had let they're guard down and felt most at home the family of shifters hadn't even see it coming.

The hunters in a group no bigger than three caught Nya first. She'd been in her shifter form just like the rest of her family when it had happened. Of course seeing his twin in danger Ty ran after the hunter who'd taken her only leading him into a trap. And Alexus had watched it with her own eyes as her brother and sister were shot down. Robyn the only avian shifter in the family had his own plan's though. He would do anything he could to protect the rest of his children even if that meant risking his life. Catching the attention of the hunters he and his wife diverted his attention from the hunters headed in the direction of the springs where Alexus had taken Jamira, Ryane, and Sparrow to hide.

It'd been hours since her father and mother had left and no one had come back for them.It was very clear to Alexus what had happened. Waiting for it to become night again Alexus shifted and led her siblings out of the nature reserve, after that she found their car and they ended back up at home. Upon walking up the front porch steps she realized that someone had been there, their scent was fresh and she knew at once that they had to leave. With only the clothes on their back and what they could pick up along the way what was left of the Polke clan drove until they reached their uncles home here in Manuka. Without much of a choice he took them in to live with him and his new wife. And here they've been since the start of summer.
