I think Basil and Jessena could become friends and just end up hanging out.
One thing that both Casidhe and Jessena have in common is that they both like music. Jessie likes to play the guitar and sing, but usually just does this when she is alone. Maybe he could find her singing one day and comes to listen to her?

well seeing as how they are both basically immortal im sure they would've crossed paths before. so maybe flirty friends or something? sierra isn't a skank or one to cause problems in other peoples relationships so her flirts would be harmless.

Casi doesn't really flirt. But they can be friends and stuff, sure ^.^ Plus, if Sierra does flirt with him (harmless or not), Cas won't mind too much. If you want them to have done stuff before, that's cool too, since he would without thinking twice about it, and it wouldn't make anything awkward for him either xD up to you though~ Casi still has a bunch of fwb's and all that anyway still, so nothing really would mess with his relationship. :]
SIERRA && LETH
Leth probably won't be around much longer, but she wouldn't get along with Sierra anyway, yeah.

Weston&Julian - OHMYGODFRIENDS<33333 Which is interesting because Weston doesn't really usually like someone like Julian, but the whole fun harmless prank thing and the fact they're both pratically the only mermen in this sea of mermaids would make Weston really connect with him. I mean, I think they're both with different backgrounds and ideals but the personality is so similar XD
Eleyna&Julian - Met on the road? They're around the same age but grew up in different places and I think Eleyna would be very intested by that motion to hear what was going on in a differnet part of the world and such.

Julian would love to have another merfriend, since he's most inclined to hang around them :] we should thread them sometime, cause I think they could hang out and prank people. and Julian would totally want to know if Weston knew other merpeople. -  - JULIAN & ELEYNA yes, this could totally work. i'm sure Julian would be interested in her stories too, even if his memory is shit and he can't offer all that much. but they'd still be able to talk about stuff from the ages. mhm. |

CAM & JULIAN - I hear friends! Cam is a hybrid too, though he doesn't know that yet, but later they can start an 'awesome hybrids' club xd
SHANE & JULIAN - WELL, IDK, BEST CLOSE FRIENDS MAYBE?! Shane here is a sucker for pranks and the two of them together would make whole of Manuka having to fucking hideeee!
