there's a fire starting in my heart reaching a fever pitch and it's bringing me out the dark [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,10,true][atrb=style,background-image: url('http://i53.tinypic.com/wb98wn.jpg');,true] ROLLING IN THE DEEP !
Such a confused little angel. Oh hell yes, he was confused. So so very confused. He was also very frustrated. With whom? Himself, of course. There was so much emotions throw all together, in the end, all he felt was…something. There was so much negativity bottled up inside of him, he wasn't sure what he was feeling anymore. There were so many problems that were encircling him, bothering him, suffocating him. There was no one he could talk to or trust fully. He was such hypocrite. He would encourage humans to talk to him about their feelings and problems, yet, he couldn't do it at all. Nope. He just couldn’t. He couldn’t get too attached to people. So as a way to vent or think, Nathaniel always came to the city to walk around, enjoy the sight and the laughter and think about everything that has happened over the years. The scenery was definitely breathtaking. Today was sunny and had clear skies. Now the sun was setting, so the sky was a nice light orange color. He could hear all the people laughing and having fun here. There were no sign of negativity here. There was also a couple find females that came here to hang out. That. Now that was something he could never ever argue about. Don't blame him. He's a guy. A straight guy. It's in his nature.
Now on to his problems, he had three in particular. Three /little/ problems.
First off. He’s a flippin’ angel now. Now what did that mean? He died and was brought back from the dead because he was good. It meant he was walking amongst the humans. The saying 'Protect the humans.' and 'They come first' was drilled into his head. Yeah. Pretty much. He was here to protect his charge, no matter what happened. It was a sucky job. That was not his dream career he had as a child. He wanted to be a successful merchant, but no, That didn't happen. He was brutally murdered by a vampire and was brought back as an angel. Well the upside was that he was immortal, getting to live as long as he could. But it got a tad bit lonely, which also loops into his second issue.
Second problem. He couldn’t become too attached with others. He stripped himself of his emotions during his early years of being an angel. He didn't want to feel anything anymore. He didn't want to feel sadness or grief from a loss, knowing that he was going to stay frozen in time and others around him were slowly aging with time. He couldn't fall for someone or say bye bye to his wings. He didn't want to fall.
Third, last and the biggest problem out there. He allied with the good side,. But he felt like he was tipping off the edge. Slipping off the edge of good. He feared that he was going to fall from grace and have his wings torn off from him, thus making him a fallen angel. He was s close, a little push and he's off. He was terrified. Nathanial knew that he was going to fall sometime soon, but now was way too soon. Sometimes, a human was anger him and he would wan to tear them apart. Oh. The temptations. Only something little, a tiny temptation, and he would have his wings clipped. He was scared. Of himself.
Nathaniel continued to roam around the city, hands stuffed into his pockets. He was so lost in his thoughts that he didn't notice some pretty ladies that were checking him out a giggling. He was indeed a sight and a pretty boy. His chin had a little scruff, a sign that he needed to shave soon. His hair was in the usual 'messy' do, although it was combed. He wore a light gray long sleeved shirt with the sleeves pushed up to his elbows, a simple pair of dark jeans and a pair of white sneakers.
He really took this time to think about his problems and he didn't want anything it interrupt him. There was nothing bad happening or an demons or vampires in the area that he needed to take care of. They were always a pain in the ass to deal with. He just wanted to peace and quiet. By now, Nathaniel was pretty sure that he was going to be lazy and enjoy the rest of the day. The rest of the day was going to good. Or so he thought so. Out of the corner of his blue eyes, he noticed a very familiar female. He stopped in his tracks and brought his hand up to rub his eyes. It must be something with the lighting or his eyes were playing tricks on him. No. She was there. Now that, was not a face he wanted to see. He felt his breath get caught in his throat and his heart stopped. No. No. No. He kept telling himself that his was not real. He never thought he was going to see her again.
He never thought he'd see his killer again.

you were never an exception ,
Helena was bored. Why was life so boring these days? Of course, she has lived just under two hundred and sixty years, and has seen so much, yet life seemed to be so pointless. What's the point in living so long if there's nothing to do anymore? She sighed, running a hand through her honey coloured locks. Her chocolate eyes taking in the details of where she was. Everything was so mundane though, in this little cafe, the colours dull, the red colour and the yellow of the walls and sofas losing it's flavour. Nothing ever seemed as bright anymore, and Helena had a problem with everything. Her eyes roamed the place a little, the paint off the walls was chipping, the air smelled of coffee, a smell that she acquired to like really. All the faces looked the same to her. It was so dull. Sometimes she wished that she was dead, so that she could just find a better place to roam around in.
Though of course, Helena had now developed a name for herself, and she was a feared vampire, if only because she was so heartless. And right now she was looking at her next victim. He looked like a cute guy, quite the charmer, with black hair and a pretty smile. She made sure to look at him, then as his eyes met hers she looked away as if blushing. She knew that within two minutes he would come over to talk to her. It was always the same. But he just looked so sweet. And she was hungry. If only because she had put off food for a few days. Now she was starving, and he looked tasty. She could literally see his blood pounding slowly under his neck. It looked so tempting. Lena always went for the pretty ones. As if on cue, the guy smiled at his friends, and was heading her way. She made sure to read the book that she had in her hands, as if she didn't expect him to pay her the time of day.
Helena was pretty narcissistic. She believed that she was beautiful, and her beauty even more enhanced by her being a vampire. And because she was one, the mortals saw her as something to have, a trophy, so they come over to talk to her, then take her away to show her a 'good time'. Just cause she was attractive. Shallow shallow world. She didn't blame them, why go for something that doesn't please you? She could smell him approaching, and he smelled delicious. She was glad to not have had any blood for a bit, because she would enjoy this boy even more. She would just have to get him back to hers, she wanted to enjoy this, and not be stumbled upon. She looked a little chocked and embarrassed when he finally came to sit across from her on the table. He introduced himself as Carter. He was cute, it was almost a shame.
They had hit it off so well. He 'made' her laugh, and she made him smile. The usual. He was quite boring to be honest, nothing special about him at all. She sighed, and then spun some story about showing him her collection of photography, because she loved doing it in her spare time. He already liked her. She could see, if only because her sweet pretense was working. They got their stuff, Lena made sure to get her book before they headed out. She told him she was a little cold, so she put her arm through his, and stepped quite close. His heart was hammering in his chest, and Helena smiled. Just how she liked it. Walking the city highstreet was slow, because Carter was human. If it was up to her, she would have been at hers already.
She wasn't really paying attention to Carter's mindless chattering, and her eyes just roamed around. Then, they landed on a boy. He only stood out because in a moving crowd, he was stood still. She didn't recognize him, though his face looked familiar. She shrugged it off, it didn't matter, she probably didn't even know him. She looked up to see Carter smiling at her, and forgot all about the other boy already, only focusing on the anticipation of Carter.
NOTES: Right, so she doesn't remember him, she forgets the faces she kills, so approach this however you like love. <3 Sorry, this is kinda crap :L

there's a fire starting in my heart reaching a fever pitch and it's bringing me out the dark [atrb=border,0,true][atrb=cellSpacing,0,true][atrb=cellPadding,10,true][atrb=style,background-image: url('http://i53.tinypic.com/wb98wn.jpg');,true] ROLLING IN THE DEEP !
He watched the female's eyes wander towards him and stop on him, like a lock-on target. She only glanced towards him for a split second. Obviously, she didn't recognize him because she showed no emotion or recognition of his presence. She just remained unmoved. He was probably just another pretty boy she killed in cold blood. The guardian angel knew who she was. There was no way he could have forgotten a face like that. That pretty face was the last one he saw before he died. She just let it roll off her back as if it was nothing. But Nathaniel couldn't let this moment slip away from him, slip right through his fingers. He just couldn't. This was his chance to get revenge on her.
That vampire was now attached to the waist with some other guy she managed to pick up with ease before. Most likely with her good looks and natural charisma. Now how in the world was he going to get her attention or steal her away? Honestly, he wasn't going to let that sneaky bitch get away this time. Hell no. He was not going to stand here and do nothing about it. There was an open chance for him right in front of him. The only problem was that she wasn't alone. This was going to be tricky. Getting her alone and away from that other guy. He didn't want to start a fight with the human. It would just start a riot.
She..looked bored by that guy, who kept rambling on and on about himself. Conceited, yes? And obviously, she was bored. He could easily tell by watching her right now. Her laughs were fake and her smiles looked a little strained. A normal person would have thought all of that was genuine, but Nathaniel saw right through her mask she was wearing. Yes. She did do a good job of covering it up and acting like she was actually interested in his guy, but in reality, she wasn't. She played a pretty good role in this and obviously, she was a magnificent actress. In reality, she just wanted to feed off him and use him as a little snack. Poor guy. If only he knew truly what a monster she was. He was just going to be another victim, just like Nathaniel was years ago. He wasn't going to let the same happen to another human. This was a human he needed to save and there was the vampire that killed him. He wanted revenge. Then, bing. A brilliant idea came to him. He was just going to go up to he, kidnap her, act like he was interested in her, and 'save her' from the boredom she was suffering. Then maybe, on the way, he would plot a plan. He was going to wing the rest of it.
Quickly, he approached the duo and stopped right in front of them. He caught the confused looks from the both of them. Helena wasn't the only one that was good at acting. He was too. He managed to gain such a skill after he stripped himself of his emotions. He just acted now. He rarely felt any type of feelings. He glanced towards Helena and the corner of his lip tugged slightly to form a little smirk, like he was up to something, which he was. "Look man. Sorry. But I kind of have a date with her today." He said charmingly with a hint of cockiness added in his voice. Swiftly, he wrapped his arm around the vampire's waist, holding her protectively."You can have her another day, but today, she's mine." He said apologetically. He emphasized on the word 'mine'. The angel quickly walked away with the girl right by his side.
The human looked dazed and pissed at what had happened. He felt a tad bit like an ass for stealing away a pretty girl. Nathaniel literally tore her away from his arms. If only that weak human knew what the angel had done for him. He saved his life. Once they have gotten a reasonable distance away from the other male, he turned towards her and winked. Nathaniel was pretended that he was attracted to her. But honestly, she was a very pretty lady. Gorgeous for a vampire. "You can thank me for saving you later on." He whispered, using a bit of his man-whoreness to make his words more believable. He shot a small sheepish grin towards the vampire. Right now, Nathaniel was just trying to act like an innocent pretty human boy who was falling head over heels for this bitch. Which he was not. But he was playing the role pretty well.

you were never an exception ,
The one downside to these pretty boys was that they loved to talk about themselves. While hugging the boy, Cooper? Damn, she had forgotten his name. She had always been so bad with names, she rielised how shallow and self obsessed these pretty boys were. It made her feel disgusted, though they were actually pretty tasty. She sighed, laughing at all the right bits, and smiling at him every so often, but her mind drifting off to other places, looking at other things and other men. But being so close to the boy, she could feel him, smell him, and that was enough for her to stick around because the sweet anticipation of this kill was maddening. She wanted him, and after all, she would throw him away soon. Too bad, she hated wasting all these little pretty faces, but she had class and high standards. And that was a plus of being a vampire, one like Lena anyway - you get to play with your food.
When her eyes flew by all the people in the crowd, she did not expect the guy that her eyes had landed on to actually come to them and whatever his name was. She found that peculiar, and a little more than suspicious, but she didn't let on. He was cute. Beautiful blue eyes, and lovely golden hair. Another pretty boy, like the one currently wrapped in her arms, but this one was a little feisty. He had a date with her. She was just about ready to laugh out loud at the conceitedness of the boy, that she would even go for him. She was the one that picked and chose who she went on a date on, not the other way around. But she liked his spirit. He wasn't weak and knew what he was doing, and she liked that in a man. Of course, she knew he wasn't human, he was supernatural, but sometimes they tasted good too. If she didn't have a meal out of him, she could ditch him later. Because she hadn't had blood in a few days, and she was starving,
He was forward, wrapping his arm around her waist, and she couldn't help but think that the touch was somewhat familiar. She looked at the boy with curiousity for a bit, but did not protest. Cooper could have her another day. Yea right, if she had to hand around him longer than five minutes, she believed that she would probably die of boredom, because not only did the boy talk about himself, his life was dull in itself. "Uhh, sorry Cooper, I can't resist that." She looked apologetically at the boy she just called by a wrong name. She smiled at him, and at his disappointed expression, she walked forward, and looked him right in the eye. "I had completely forgotten I have a date with him, but I promise to call you later." She wouldn't call him later. With a smirk she turned to protests coming from the dark haired males mouth, but she kept on walking as the blue eyed beauty took her away.
Mmm. The guy was a flirt. Smiles, winks. It was all a little far fetched, but she was going to go along with it. "How did you know I needed saving? For all you know, that could have been my boyfriend." She said, a slight teasing in her voice, suggesting that she was really quite glad that he did pull her away from the grasp of that shallow boy. He had only went for Helena because she was attractive. Poor sod, that would get him no where in life. Though he should be happy. He was saved from certain death that night. Helena had killed so many pretty boys, that she got all of their faces all confused. She was sure that she got their names wrong most of the time because they weren't interesting enough to remember. "Care to introduce yourself, savior?" She asked, wanting to know his name. This boy knew he was attractive. And he believed that he could get Lena. Well, this would be a fun little game. "So, where are we going?" She asked, a little flirtatious smile on her perfectly painted red lips.

He managed to snag the girl with such ease, with no struggle from the human boy, Cooper, or the vampire. The human just looked dazed and confused about what just happened moments before. And Lena just came with him with no fight given. Now this was part one of the plan was done, he managed to steal the girl away from him and get her alone with Nate. If only he knew that someone just saved his dear life. If Nate didn't sweep in and steal the girl right from his arms -- quite literally -- that human pretty boy would have been another dead corpse at the end of the night. Nate believed that no one should suffer the same fate he did years ago, no one deserved it. He didn't either. Yet, it was happening all around him and there was so much events he could stop and prevent it from happening. There was so little he could do in the world. He protected humans as a sign that he was still good. Not evil.
When the female told him to introduce himself, he juggled with the fact whether to give the beautiful vampires his real name or just a alias he went by over the years. But really, she didn't recognize his face, then why would she remember his name? Plus, many years ago, at their first meeting, Nate had gone by his full name, Nathaniel, now he just simplified to to just Nate. It was ore fitting for the changed modern times. There must have been millions of other males named Nate out there. He wasn't the only one. He knew it too. "I'm Nate." He said, flashing Lena a charming smile. There was no way she was going to remember his name and the guardian angel was well aware of that. He was just another guy, like the one from before. What was his name? Cooper? That's what this bitch called him by. But most likely, it wasn't his name. Well whatever. That other human was lucky Nate came by and snagged her away. The human would have been dead by the end of the night. Just like how Nate was two centuries ago. Well, yes, he was given a seconds shot at life. He was grateful of that. He was thankful for it. He was too young to die anyways. Too young. It was too early for him. Way too soon. His life was taken away from him, against his will. He didn't want to die. And now, Nate was driven by revenge and rage. "And you are?" He asked politely, gesturing towards Lena. Not like he even needed to know her name.
He knew exactly who and what she was. A vampire. And how manipulative those bitches were. He wasn't going to be a fool and fall into her snare once more. He wasn't going to fall for her charm and deceiving tricks she had right up her sleeve. Nate had just now become her form of entertainment, something for her to toy with, but he wasn't going to play along. Just like the past. But right now, he already knew how manipulative this vampire was. He knew how she worked and operated. He knew how deceiving looks were. Nate was going to take precautions around her. He knew better. He was not going to be foolish once more, like those humans males, like how oblivious he was years ago. Nate wasn't going to let history repeat itself once more.
The whole time he managed to keep a very calm and collected exterior, something which he was very good at doing since he stripped himself of his emotions. But deep down inside, he was raging with negative emotions. So much emotions were bottled up inside of him. He wasn't showing his hatred towards her, even though he wanted to kill her, show her what she had done to him. Let her have a taste of her own medicine. Nate wanted her to suffer the same fate he did; death. He was crazed, replaying the same scene through his head over and over, like a movie strip. He wanted her to suffer. He wanted her to die. It would be better for the world. It would be bittersweet. Of course, like him, Lena was immortal, granted with an ongoing life that could end. Not easily. It would be difficult to kill a vampire, like it was to kill an angel. It would be tricky. With her age and experience, she was faster and stronger than the other vampires he had faced over the years.
"So, where are we going?"
His blue eyes flicked towards the female. "Where would you like to go?" He asked, trying to play the gentleman role right now. He would let her choose the location of her death. Wherever she wanted. And right now, all he was doing was plotting out her death in his head like a crazed, insane man. Maybe he truly was this twisted. Maybe he was created for evil -- no -- this was the only time. He wasn't evil. He was good. That's why he became an angel in the first place, right?

you were never an exception ,
Helena Black had never stopped to think twice about her actions, words, other people's feelings. Because they did not matter. Just as they did not matter when she got turned over two hundred years ago. Though she could not even remember his name, she had always resented the fact that she had been turned against her will and that, in turn, turned her heart to solid stone. Now she was deceiving and cruel, and she just wanted others to feel what she felt, and she figured the more people she ruins the better she will feel. This has not really been going to plan, but really, she secretly knew it never would which is why she pushed on even more. Though this Vampire was sure that all the boys and girls that she had killed had a better sending off than the ones she had turned, if only because they didn't have to deal with this shit hole of a life any more. She really did them a favour, or so that's what she thought.
The human boy that she had been under the arm off though was the luckiest of them all. This handsome stranger had saved him and the poor sod did not even know it. Helena was aware that the boy with the golden hair was supernatural. In all her years of being alive she could tell the difference, after all, she could tell the difference between her and other human girls. Not that she would compare herself to humans any more. So, she didn't really mind going off with this boy because some supernatural action was always better than human. It just was. But now, looking at his blue eyes and well sculpted face, Helena could not deny that he was good looking, but she could not get herself to feel any more for him. Any sort of attraction, but he did look rather familiar. She shrugged that off, she had seen too many pretty faces in her years, and that's all they were; pretty faces. Nothing behind them. Self centerness and vanity.
A charming smile and a word on his lips. Nate. She had been with a Nate once, a memory brought back green eyes, dark hair, a square jaw, very different to this boy. The Nate she had been with before had been more innocent, and she had the feeling that this Nate knew exactly what he was doing. Then the mystery of her own name. She didn't fear giving her name to anyone, she'd rather they remembered it if they lived, of what she did to them. She hoped they lived with the pain like she had herself. "Helena." It was a soft caress of a word, like it was a special name, like it mattered in the world. She could do that with words. She made them sound like they belonged to be said. And her name was definitely one of them.
Nate might have been charming. He was the perfect gentleman and he also played his role so well, but she was a b it cautious. Even for Helena it was a bit suspicious that he had the decency to pull her from another's arms, so instantly that made her wonder; what was his motive? She knew she had to be careful sometimes, and right now her gut was telling her to be wary of this guy, cause he could bring some unwanted trouble. "Well, today the world is ours, I think we can find a place to go along the way?" She inquired, adding mystery to the whole situation. She knew how to make everything fiction like, like it was surreal, and special. Walking next to the boy was not very much different than when she had walked with all those other guys, so she would start the conversation. "So, tell me Nate, what species are you?" She knew he was supernatural, but she could not quite work out what he was, she just hoped that he wasn't going to play the human card because she didn't think that she looked that stupid, and he probably would know that she knew that he was talking bull. She was not an air head, her track record says so.
