"Porfa mamá!"
begged the blonde into the phone, clutching it in her hands. The woman on the other line, half-way across the world scolded her daughter, "I've told you, it will be hard to find your sister, didn't I?" Scowling as she headed up to a dock, the blonde tied back her straightened hair and answered, "I know...but the only thing I have to go on is that she's here, and that this pearl gets warm when I get close to her and the other pearl." Her mother, she could tell, grinned on the other end. "Of course, it's what your father and I wanted if you two ever wanted to find each other." Wrinkling her nose, she then proceeded to stand up and head over to a changing station by the beach. Destination? The island, it wasn't horribly far, but it was far enough to where she knew that only supernaturals were allowed. Smirking coyly, she then changed into a bikini and a towel, before she then smoothly, carefully headed out to the dock side, and tucked her dress and shoes into a waterproof bag which she'd take with her. Oh no, she wasn't planning on a boat to get her out there. No way. Not enough time for that, she wanted to get out there as soon as possible. Making sure she was in the water before she then unveiled her bottom half, the blonde shivered pleasantly, like as if the water welcomed her back. Running her hands through it, she sighed softly, before humming lightly to herself, allowing her mermaid song to penetrate a few nearby boats, disrupting the sailors' minds for a moment. Just like mythology surrounding their species. Quickly, she grabbed onto the waterproof bag, tucking her dry towel in there, before sliding it on over her shoulder and head. There, at least it wasn't horribly big. Taking one more glance around to make sure no one was looking, she went under - without inhaling. It wasn't quite as green as some thought, it was more of a mixture of blues and greens, unlike her sister's, her mother had told her her sister's was blues and purples, with a splash of green. Not that she'd be jealous, the more blue in a mermaid's tail, the more powerful they could be when they got older. Therefore, she was proud of the blue and the green in her tail. Diving deeper, she paused when someone jumped into the water, right in her path towards the island. Damn. Scowling, she untied her hair from the rubber band and then proceeded to go deeper, muscles working before she then realized they were going deeper. Wonderful. Soon making her way around the person, making sure to stay hidden as best she could behind the coral, she shot off towards the island, most likely getting there in record time for her. Bobbing up above the waves, she laughed as she body-surfed into the shore, giggling and landing in a shallow part of the shore, tossing her bag up onto the shore where the waves couldn't reach it. Giggling, the mermaid brushed her hair back, looking up to the wonderful sunshine, which would enable her legs to dry out sooner. Scowling, she hated where there was no dock or something for her to prop herself up on. Therefore, she'd have to drag herself up onto the beach. Ugh. Slowly working her way up there, she paused when she suddenly heard someone, or something approach her. Grabbing her bag, green eyes then shot towards the person or thing making the noise. But hey, only supernaturals were allowed here, right? With her luck sometimes, it felt like the government would get to this place and just sit and wait for all the supernaturals to show themselves and get caught. Her species along with most likely the shifters would be moderately easy to catch, unless she managed to get back in the water. Checking her bikini, thank god she had double-knotted it, she then was about to grab the mace spray she'd bought just in case, before telling herself to calm down. Sitting up straight, the waves licking at the bottom foot or so of her tail, the mermaid looked up to the newcomer, sliding on her sunglasses and she spoke, "I surely hope you don't mind me changing back right in front of you." she grinned lightly, sometimes people freaked, other times they didn't. But hey, if mermaids left on their bottoms when they changed, they remained there. Not worried, she drew up her tail, sighing as she allowed the sun to dry out the scales, which soon afterwards disappeared, the fin shrunk to her toes, "So mind if I ask why you're here?" she eyed the stranger calmly, then added, "I'm Sadie..." Doesn't hurt to get a little bit of the formality out of the way.[/blockquote][/blockquote] notes. eh, come in how-ever you want. <3 you know you wanna post <3 outfit. just a pink bikini top and her tail - pic coming next post words. psh, enough. ^^

Woah, Mona Lisa, I'd pay to see you frown He senses something, call it desperation Another dollar, another day And if she had the proper words to say, ( She would tell him But she'd have nothing left to sell him --------------- ! ) Vi smiled as she closed her eyes and inhaled the smell of the salty water. The gentle breeze whistled through her mess of curls and blew them all around. Vi couldn’t help, but smile at the whole scenery. It was so serene and calming. Not to mention it was completely safe for supernaturals to do whatever they wanted because mortals couldn’t get into Aselhoth Island. The beach was the best place for Vi to just relax and not worry about the world around her. She didn’t have to remember her later mother and father or her dreadful sister, Gwen. She didn’t have to worry about any of her problems. With her permanent smile plastered on her lips she twisted her pointer fingers in her front two belt loops and started to walk down the beach. Her bare feet began to sink into her fluffy white sand of the beach. As she walked closer and closer to the water the remnants of the waves splashed at her feet playfully. The cool water did feel nice on her skin in the hot weather. Vi softly nibbled on her bottom lip and she said quietly to herself, “ Well if I’m at the beach I might as well go in water.” Vi began to take off her bright, orange crop top and her little jean shorts. Now without her top and shorts she was only wearing a bikini that showed off her pale skin that never tanned, only burned. Slowly she stepped into the water and felt goosebumps erupt on her skin. Knowing that it would only get worse she started to run into the water muttering, “ Cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, cold, COLD!” Soon she got used to the cold water and it became normal to her. After a few deep breaths she dunked herself getting her hair dripping wet. When she resurfaced she wiped the water out of her eyes and began to swim around in the beautifully clean water. Vi slowly bobbed with the waves until she caught glimpse of a blue and green tail. Her eyes widened at the sight of it and she squinted trying to get a better look at it. Then she saw the head of a girl and realized it was probably a mermaid. A smile came back on her face and Vi began to go back to shore. She had never seen a mermaid in her true form and it was pretty cool. Once she hit the sand Vi quickly put on her jean shorts and orange crop top back on even though they stuck to her like glue because she was wet. Running a hand through her wet hair she began walking toward the mermaid. Wiping some of the water out of her face she was suddenly glad she hadn’t worn any makeup today because it would have gone running down her face. Vi didn’t really need to wear makeup though because when she was sixteen she made a potion to clear any acne she had right on the spot, but she still wore some if her skin tone looked uneven or if she just wanted to wear some to make her look better. Soon, Vi began running toward the mermaid and finally caught up to her. Vi felt slightly bad for her because she seemed to be having some trouble getting onto the beach. Even though she seemed to be having trouble she wore a smile and even put on some sunglasses. She spoke to Vi and in return Vi bit her lip. “ Oh umm…no I guess not.” She said awkwardly not really sure how to respond to the mermaid’s statement. Vi watched as the mermaid’s tail to two legs with feet instead of a fin. Vi awkwardly ran a hand through her hair again and then twisted her fingers in her pendant, that never left her side, waiting for the mermaid to say something. Then, she questioned Vi and Vi shrugged in return. “ I like to come her sometimes to just forget about everything. It’s hard to be mad or sad on such a beautiful beach.” Vi answered not knowing what else to say. Then she introduced herself as Sadie, a pretty name in Vi’s opinion. “ That’s a nice name. I’m Genevieve, but I’d rather you call me Vi because Genevieve is such a mouthful.” Vi said introducing herself with a sweet, gentle smile. Vi’s deep purple eyes studied the girl and thought she was a pretty girl. She had that look that many of Gwen’s old popular friends had, but that wasn’t a bad thing. Sometimes Gwen’s friends were quite kind and even spoke to Vi sometimes even though Vi was basically an outcast with only a few friends that were very close. “ I’m guessing you’re a mermaid then since you just had a tail a couple minutes ago.” Vi said with a smile on her gentle pink lips. The blonde laughed when the brunette approached her awkwardly, and hardly seemed to have a response to her talking about changing right back in front of her. She hadn't had bad intentions with that, she just - spoke her mind - in a nice way. Grinning, the blonde tossed her wet hair over her shoulder, allowing the sun to start drying it. Ruffling it slightly to help break it up to make it dry faster, she mused, "Not to worry, I won't go sprouting wings or horns next."
she winked, wiggling her toes before then grabbing her bag, shaking some of the sand off, then decided to just leave it. She looked to the newcomer curiously, then her emerald eyes landed on the purple ones of the brunette. Ah, so she was a witch. Sadie would admit, she hadn't ever seen one up close and in person before, so this was a nice change. Leo had just been a human, the one, first and main human she'd ever really be very close to. Thank god she wasn't like a mixture of species, she'd hate that, a freak among freaks. She'd feel bad for hybrids, even worse for the ones who hated themselves. In her opinion, everyone was special in their own way, supernaturals just that had... exaggerated. Pausing slightly, the blonde then stretched her legs as she stood, allowing her body to get used to the change once more. It had gotten easier over the years to shift quickly and once she dried, to even take off running if she had to. Fortunately here and in places she knew she could hide, she didn't need to worry about it. That is, till water hit her, then she would need to definitely panic, since only a few drops of water on her legs was all it took for her to swap her legs to the fins. Then, she heard the brunette comment about why she was here. Sadie shrugged, "Pretty much the same reason here, but I will admit, I come here and have bonfires with other supernaturals once in awhile too." she grinned, then frowned, "Wait...if you don't mind me asking...did you get here by boat?" Or by other means, she thought, looking towards the girl's eyes. Aha, a name. Grinning softly when she commented about her name and introduced herself as Genevieve, the blonde's eyes widened slightly, that was a mouthful, but she did like it. Flashing a bright grin, Sadie answered, restraining her "mermaid voice" that had been tempted to rise up due to her tail having been here, "Pleasure Vi. I will admit, your name is pretty nice, little long," she grinned, "But cool all the same." Shifting gently, Sadie then crouched down to her bag, and unzipped it open, grabbing her towel that was on top. Using to her wrap around some parts of her hair, getting it to dry faster, she then heard the girl mention about her species. Giggling, Sadie mused, lying out the towel smoothly on the beach, obviously with years of practice being on the beach, she winked playfully towards Vi, "I'm actually...yeah, I am." she grinned, then gestured to Vi's eyes, "So I guess...a witch?" she smiled genuinely, "I will admit...this is the first time, I think, I've been this close to...well, a witch. So you got any siblings who are also witches? I bet that could be fun family reunions." she paused, careful. Sometimes supernaturals didn't have the best pasts, hers was decent, though compared to others' she's heard over the years, it was heaven. Picking her words carefully, Sadie gestured, "Feel free to join me, the upper part of my towel isn't wet." she flashed a smile.[/blockquote][/blockquote] notes. i recognize that template! XD <3 enjoy love <33 outfit. just a pink bikini top and her tail - pic coming next post words. psh, enough. ^^

Woah, Mona Lisa, I'd pay to see you frown He senses something, call it desperation Another dollar, another day And if she had the proper words to say, ( She would tell him But she'd have nothing left to sell him --------------- ! )
Vi listened intently as Sadie as spoke wanting to be polite as her mother and father had taught her to be when she was a mere child. Even though they were gone Vi wanted to at least keep some respect for Lennox family alive. She doubted Gwen even cared about the respect her family upheld and was probably doing who knows what. Gwen always was loose cannon. Honestly, Vi doubted she would ever be tamed, get a husband, or have children. She just didn’t seem like the type. It didn’t really matter to Vi though, it meant that there would just be less people like Gwen, which was always a good thing. "Pretty much the same reason here, but I will admit, I come here and have bonfires with other supernaturals once in awhile too. Wait...if you don't mind me asking...did you get here by boat?" Sadie spoke. Vi twirled a piece of wet brunette hair and bit her lip. “Oh no, not by boat. I teleported here, actually. It took a lot of power and practice and I can’t do it all the time, but we I know I’m staying for awhile I teleport. I’m not very good at it yet, but I mean at least I got here in one piece.” Vi answered with an easy smile on her face. For some reason it seemed weird to talk about witch/warlock stuff to another person especially one that wasn’t at witch/warlock. Would she understand how it worked? Would she think Vi was weird for such thing? Part of Vi doubted that because she probably had weird stuff about mermaids that Vi would never get…right? Vi wouldn’t mind explaining spells and potions to Sadie, but it would be kind of weird. Most of the supernaturals she was around were either witches/warlocks or a hybrid with witch/warlock in them. Sure, Vi had a few friends that weren’t, but they never talked about each others powers. Then, she told her full name, Genevieve, but told Sadie that she preferred Vi instead. The nickname Vi just seemed to fit her personality better. It was different and somewhat unique. "Pleasure Vi. I will admit, your name is pretty nice, little long," she grinned, "But cool all the same." Sadie said and Vi smiled slightly bigger in return. It was a kind comment. Thank you, Sadie. I appreciate it. Vi said in return. She watched as Sadie put up her hair and laid out a beach blanket. She ran a hand through her thick, wet, brunette hair and wondered what to say. This was just so not like Vi. She usually was good with conversations, but for some reason she just wondered what to say. It was quite peculiar. Then, Sadie spoke saying, "I'm actually...yeah, I am. So I guess...a witch? I will admit...this is the first time, I think, I've been this close to...well, a witch. So you got any siblings who are also witches? I bet that could be fun family reunions."

[/s] When Vi heard this she tried her very hardest to hold back a sigh. Family was one topic she hated to speak about. She couldn’t blame Sadie though. It was a reasonable question and Vi would have probably ended up asking her the same question. So reluctantly she said, “ First, yes I am a witch. Second, don’t worry because I’ve never spoken to a mermaid before so we’re in the same boat I guess. Third, yes, I have a twin sister named Gwen. We have well…a terrible relationship. Last time I saw her I tried to kill her so it didn’t end well. I don’t really know my other relatives all that well and my parents are dead so I guess I don’t really have a family.” Vi gave an awkward, nervous laugh and rubbed the back of her neck feeling uncomfortable. Her violet eyes looked to the ground not really wanting to see Sadie’s facial expression. Vi had no idea if it would be good or bad. Yes, it was a little weird how Vi had said it so casually, but after six years she had just gotten used to the fact she was alone. All she had were her friends. Then Sadie gestured to her beach blanket and said, "Feel free to join me, the upper part of my towel isn't wet." Vi looked up and conjured a smile. “ Sure, I’ll join you on your towel.” She said smiling at Sadie. “ So, what about you? Do you have any siblings?” Vi inquired biting her lip while looking at Sadie.
