The moment the wolf caught the sound of her birthplace, Venice, Italy, he smiled lightly. Wonderful. Now he had a plausible reason it seemed, to say that most immortals he met were from Italy, personally he would like to be able to find one that wasn't from Italy. Then again, it and Greece were the birthplaces of democracy and all that, myths and such, so he could see some logic behind it, but nonetheless, Owen chuckled lightly, and mused, "Yeah...you're the....third one I know from Italy." Both Christian and Cade were too, though Cade was the youngest one if Owen remembered correctly, as he knew Christian was over 2,000 years old with the Romans, so he definitely might know Allegra. Or however that would work. He wasn't too sure about the world of immortals and he certainly didn't want to know too much, as he didn't want to mess with that. He could only imagine what it would be like to see everyone that you cared about age and then eventually die while you stayed the same. "Mind if I ask what's between you and your brother? Is he...still alive then?" she said she has one, so he wasn't sure if that meant he had been turned or what-ever had happened. It was definitely before his time, though for his grandparents, possibly. Werewolves did live somewhat longer, but not all that much. Nothing like vampires or immortals, or witches who toyed with immortality. "So...how...much, or often do you need to..ahem, eat?" Though when she confirmed the Ferrari had been hers, Owen nodded slightly. Made sense, not buying food probably saved hundreds of dollars a month, if not more if there was a family of vampires living together. So far she hadn't mentioned a family or something, so he figured she just lived by herself, or with servants or however she lived.
Ugh, he wasn't sure he'd like that. Someone else cleaning up his messes. Considering his messes sometimes included blood, Owen preferred to clean them himself. Tilting his head, his eyes landed on the gold ring. Thank god it wasn't silver. Owen's eyes measured it curiously, and he scowled slightly, recognizing it. Or something of that sort. "I...I believe I've seen that crest before, that crest and another one...I think it was a Salvatore crest or...Luigi crest or something..with an owl." he shrugged slightly, his mind running through the hundreds of books he had read in his life. Nevertheless, Owen's eyes fixed on Allegra's when she caught his words about Vivi. Vivienne was her full name, but she introduced Vivi too, so Owen just went with Vivi, or Viv, they were short, and cute, and adorable - just like she was. He grinned shyly as she compared him to her before she had been turned, when she had been shier. Hesitating, Owen spoke, "I've been told that...a lot. My parents claim it's because...of the tests my brother and I took with the label we received when we were younger." he looked away, taking a drink from the dirnk, before he then shifted a glance towards Allegra nervously. It was his little secret, besides being a wolf, but she already knew that, they could catch the scent from each other the moment they were within twenty feet of one another.
"Yeah she's...Vivi's human." Owen commented lightly when she asked what she was. Human through and through, so was her family. And her brother. Ah, Pilar, he remembered the blonde who threatened him, while loading a gun full of silver bullets. It pained him to be that close to that silver, especially with a Hunter, but in the end, it almost felt like a regular brother threatening a sister's boyfriend, except for the fact Owen was a wolf and that Pilar could probably maim Owen for his life unless healed by a witch or something. Twitching slightly, he pushed that memory away, instead focusing on Allegra. He shrugged about Vivi coming around, "I hope so...I've been...going between the panicking and the...letting her be type." he grinned sheepishly, then hesitated when she asked about him with the house of hunters. Oh yes, the Petrus clan. Grinning lightly, Owen chuckled nervously, "They were asleep of course, fortunately...Vivi invited me...to...talk." he mused, solemnly, his lips twitching slightly, "It was the same night...I had to...protect her." his eyes glanced down, he had shifted the first night he met Vivi. He had to though, or else the mountain lion would have eaten her, him, probably just maimed for awhile till he healed. In the end, it just meant an awkward supernatural talk with Vivi, which he had been perfectly fine with.

"Yeah...you're the....third one I know from Italy."Allegra smiled at him and nodded her head. "Yes Italy is a very popular place for us immortals." She said having met a whole clan a vampires there. Besides Venice was the most beautiful places in the entire world. She loved her mansion there and visited every christmas. She made sure after all these years people were working their and keeping the place up and running. The servants now were descendants from the original servants their. They were also blood bound to an oath not to not tell Allegra's secret of what she was. "Mind if I ask what's between you and your brother? Is he...still alive then?"Allegra's eye's tightened when he asked her that question. She didn't want to tell him everything between her and her brother. Owen was a friend, but she didn't like him enough to tell him her deepest secret, so she kept it short and light. "Well, yes he is alive. My parents were killed by the friends of the vampire that changed me. I lived fifty years thinking my brother was dead.." Allegra said bitterly "He was my life, my bestfriend, we did everything together. I was his anchor, I was devastated. Then I found out he got changed into a vampire. When I did I started to look for him." Allegr stopped on the subject, hoping he would get the hint not to ask any further. Young people simply didn't understand some things. To talk about what happened so long ago is like reliving it again. All the grief, pain, and loss swept threw her. She had to resist the urge to hold her chest to close the gaping hole in her heart. She realized it wasn't their anymore, Kingsley was with her now, she didn't need to feel like this anymore. Taking a nonchalant deep breath she smiled at Owen. Allegra hoped her few second semi breakdown didn't cause more questions from Owen. "So...how...much, or often do you need to..ahem, eat?""Well the rule is not to go without feeding for 24 hours."Allegra explained "The longer you go without feeding the weaker you get and eventually you die." Allegra should be slightly worried she was telling him this. But she dismissed the thought, he wouldn't do anything to harm her she was sure. "I...I believe I've seen that crest before, that crest and another one...I think it was a Salvatore crest or...Luigi crest or something..with an owl." Allegra nodded, bitterness taking it's place, she was not to fond of the Luigi's. She was suppose to marry their son Markus, but she was turned before them. "Yes, the Luigi's, our families were very close. I was suppose to marry their son, thankgod I didn't. He was such a arrogant bastard." Allegra said with a sneer to her voice. She had come across a descendant of his a couple of years ago. He looked startlingly the same, if he didn't smell human she swore he could have been a vampire. "I've been told that...a lot. My parents claim it's because...of the tests my brother and I took with the label we received when we were younger." She nodded when Owen told her that, frowning slightly for him. Allegra was always shy, she took after her father. He was really shy, while his mother was loud and had a temper. "Yeah she's...Vivi's human."Allegra picked up on his lightness, there was something else about this girl. Though Allegra did not press on him, she just nodded her head. She knew what it was like to keep a secret, and so she understood his predicament. Though she wasn't even sure, Owen could hold not secret about his human girl. "I hope so...I've been...going between the panicking and the...letting her be type." Allegra laughed, Owen was such a cute little boy. Typical girl problems, her Charlie never had girl problems at this age. He was gorgeous, but he never dated. "They were asleep of course, fortunately...Vivi invited me...to...talk...It was the same night...I had to...protect her."Allegra nodded, she again didn't feel like pushing for answers even though she mighty curious. If he felt comfortable telling her more than he said then he would right? No need to be nosy, not that she was calling him nosy. She wanted to talk to him more about it though, not here ofcourse but maybe he wouldnt mind coming over to her house. She smiled at the idea, and she eyed him thinking if he would say yes. "You know I was thinking, maybe you could come over to my house one day soon. We could just talk and hang out, I absolutely love your company." Allegra flashed him a dazzling smile, a smile she used on the waiter to distract him.

The werewolf couldn't help but shake his head slightly in amusement when Allegra commented on Italy being a popular place. He noticed. Well it was proclaimed to be a birthplace for pretty much everything heading into this modern age. Except democracy and all that jazz, but stuff like the canals, like in Venice, for example. The wolf shrugged, "I noticed, I have an aunt who lives in Venice..." he paused slightly, suddenly realizing, "Actually...I think it's just...my immediate family and me here in the States, everyone else is in Europe." he paused, upon letting this sink in. He hadn't really thought about it before, but then again he also had a lot more things to worry about than where his family was, since he only heard from them about five times a year, four times for his birthday, his brother's, his mom's and dad's, then Christmas and that was about it unless someone came to visit which was always nice. Unless it was his mom's sister and her husband, Owen didn't like his uncle, though he still wasn't sure why, even after not liking him after a decade. Owen though noticed suddenly the ever slight change in Allegra when she first heard his question about a sibling, then she went to explain about her brother. Ah, siblings. He wasn't sure if he'd be like he was without Aidan in his life, he'd actually probably be worse off, since Aidan had more...logic behind his thinking a lot. Plus he was only about two years older than Owen at 24, though he doubted Aidan would tolerate Allegra as much as he did. Aidan had more of the...old-fashioned werewolf thinking, therefore thinking every vampire was just a leech, and a vile creature.
"It's good to know you and your brother were..are close." Owen offered a light response, "I know my brother and I are, I'm...thankful...for him." Owen's eyes gleamed lightly. Aidan kept their parents off his back, though fortunately he did help teach Owen to stand up for himself when the tough got going. Owen was non-confrontational, but when it came to those he really cared about, i.e. Vivienne or Aidan, then he wouldn't stop at anything to defend them and their beliefs, as well as just making sure to protect them. Though Aidan probably wouldn't need it, seeing as he too was a werewolf, but certainly Vivienne, as long as her family didn't find out about him, or else that could just spell tons of trouble for them. Tilting his head slightly, Owen frowned, poking at his drink in front of him, "Though...doesn't your blood lust eventually take control at some point? Like...like for us, it...it happens when we...deny our instincts." Owen looked up to Allegra lightly, just wanting to know more about the vampire species. That way if he ever had to face against one, he wouldn't need to worry about it too much and just go with it. Fortunately werewolves and vampires seemed to have been designed by...whoever to not only not really dislike each other but also just to be able to kill each other without a wooden stake or silver bullets - just simple beheading and ripping the limbs apart. Owen shivered, shaking those thoughts away and drank some more of the drink in front of him. Not that he was a light-weight, he just preferred to be able to keep his wits about him.
Pushing the mostly empty cup away, Owen's eyes locked onto Allegra, listening intently to what she had to say. Hearing her mention the Luigi family and then a son, Owen chuckled softly, and looked to her quietly, "Well...it's..." his lips twitched, "Nice to know what you think..." Shifting from the opposite side of the blonde vampire, Owen's senses then told him one of the werewolves was glancing towards them, and bared his elongated canines at them. Frowning, Owen mused, "Excuse me." he eyed the werewolf, and shook his head calmly, telling him to knock it off. An old-fashioned werewolf. Ridiculous. Nevertheless, Owen turned back just in time to hear Allegra's offer, then her flash the same smile he'd caught her using on the waiter before. Locking his gaze onto her - obviously unfazed by that, the black-haired wolf shrugged, "Ummm...sure." If she drove a Ferrari, he was purely curious to know how else she lived, flashing the wealth. Not that he was against it, but he just knew that type of living wasn't for him. For her, sure, he didn't mind it, plus it might be interesting to see some stuff from hundreds of years ago, or things from Italy if she still had some stuff. "As long as I don't need to worry about anyone...not expecting me there." he smiled weakly for a moment, meaning for example, another vampire, or perhaps a boyfriend, which he'd prefer not to have to fight, even though he and Allegra were purely friends. Friends he could see himself becoming better friends with her, hell, she might even be able to help him out with the....social aspect of life a bit, after all she had been like him too.

"I noticed, I have an aunt who lives in Venice...Actually...I think it's just...my immediate family and me here in the States, everyone else is in Europe.""You most have some good blood lines." Allegra smiled. She had always though that people from Italy and just from Europe were better. They were raised better even now, she was totally appalled when she came to America. Americans were rude and thought they could control the rest of the world. Even when she was human she wasn't a big fan of them. But now she found herself in the midst of being one of the Americans. The only reason why she left Europe was that there might be a possibility that he brother might be here. Once being here she felt herself beginning to like the style the Americans lived in. It drew her in and for a couple of years she indulged herself in many riches and partied all the time. But that was nearly half a century ago. "It's good to know you and your brother were..are close."Allegra simply nodded at what Owen said, still not wanting to reveal anything between her and her brother. She sighed and downed another vodka making a motion to the bar tender that she needed another one. She had never been a drinker in her human life but since she couldn't eat food it was the only human thing she could do. There were other humans thing she could surly do, but drinking felt good to her. She could drink so much and still be in tip tip shape. She liked trying all the new flavors of it. The waiter came back with her vodka, he gave her a overly friendly smile and she winked at him. Then she turned herself back to Owen. "I know my brother and I are, I'm...thankful...for him."Allegra automatically became interested, he hadn't mentioned a sibling. "That's great, you should have someone to have your back no matter what." Allegra said with a smile. She like to know that feeling and since Kingsley had come back she felt safer than ever. He could be a little to over protective but she thought it was cute. Though she could understand why he was really protective before, she was human, ever so fragile. But now, she was basically indestructible, probably as strong as him if not stronger. "Though...doesn't your blood lust eventually take control at some point? Like...like for us, it...it happens when we...deny our instincts."Allegra paused at the question trying to figure out how to explain that one. "Well at first it was, I was very unruly so I killed out of spite. Allegra said, her tone now going with her old age. "But now I don't get those urges anymore except when I don't feed for a long time. So yes it does eventually take over and no matter how old you'd probably kill someone." Allegra said lightly, as if she was talking about the weather. She was like this sometimes, her whole attitude would change to years and years older. "Well...it's...Nice to know what you think..." Allegra shrugged, still in her old attitude. She just stated her opinion, she should have known better that Owen wouldn't really know what to say to that. When Owen turned to the werewolf behind him to calm him down Allegra almost jumped over the table and ripped him to piece. I low growl erupted through her chest but she held it down. She needed to calm down, she didn't know why she had gotten like this all of a sudden. She was more in control of her emotions. But she felt the urge to fight someone, and that was bad. She glanced around at the other vampires and they were all staring at her, ready to fight with her if she attacked. She smiled at them and shook her head focusing back on Owen. "Ummm...sure...As long as I don't need to worry about anyone...not expecting me there."Allegra gave a laugh, though it lacked any emotion. "My house, my rules."Allegra said "Come I can't stand being in here, If I do I'll rip someones throat out."Allegra put a fifty on the table, well over than the actual price. The gave the vampires in the bad a nod, then shot a look that could kill at the werewolves. The waiter walked up to her and smiled, she breezed by him without even noticing. When the cold air greeted her she felt automatically better. "Sorry about that, sometimes I tend to be a little...old." Allegra said with a humorless smile "It's late, where would you like to go?"

Good bloodlines? Owen arched an eyebrow silently towards Allegra upon her words hitting his ears. Did she have something against Americans? If so, she wouldn't be too happy to know his father was American - well, born here, his parents, Owen's grandparents from Canada, so nevertheless it was...somewhat from Canadian and British descent. Nevertheless, Allegra was probably the true Italian, none of these people like the ones who pretended to be something they weren't, like Italian, French or such. Their accents pained him too as his sensitive senses told him otherwise. Allegra was the real deal, especially since she had been around for quite a bit more than Owen would most likely be. Not that he was jealous, he was particularly glad he wouldn't need to keep on living while the others he'd grown attached to would grow old and die. Like Vivi, his parents and brothers. God, he did not envy Allegra, and he didn't pity her, he just...felt bad for her. He could only imagine, and even that was too much, he'd prefer not to think about the people that he she had probably lost over the decades of being on this earth. "I suppose, Canadian and British.." the wolf shrugged slightly. Bloodlines, historical figures, all that history stuff didn't interest him that much, especially the time period between the Renaissance and the modern age, probably because he'd been lectured on it so much. Though the time within the past 200 years wasn't horrible, he was sitting across from someone who had lived those. That was a bit of an eye-opener for the wolf.
Thinking of his brother as Allegra had brought up the topic with her own twin brother, Owen's eyes darkened slightly. He and Aidan had also been rivals too, not for their parents' attention, they couldn't care less about that most of the time, since they had put the boys subject to multiple tests as they were getting older, in the end when they were both about 16 and 17, labeling them as geniuses. Way to go parents, he thought quietly to himself. As if he and Aidan weren't already awkward enough, but at least then they were able to join a few things, and get offers from all over. Which was where Aidan was, in China now. Owen, he preferred here, he liked it here. Had his Ph.D. on its way, he had friends, he had everything and everyone here. "Yeah..he's a good friend to have. Actually in China for awhile now...he's actually coming back in awhile." Owen smiled lightly, thinking of his brother, before his eyes fixated on Allegra. She seemed definitely...quieter when it came to her brother. Whatever that meant, but it could mean multiple things, or maybe it was just a touchy subject for her in her life. Most people had one of those, just that one part in their life where they preferred not to share with people too much, if at all. Owen understood, he had a few of those too, including that he changed into a werewolf once a month and killed anything that got within fifty feet of him most of the time.
Listening to her explain how the feeding and such worked with vampires, Owen understood. It was the same for werewolves. The more they shifted though when it wasn't the full moon, the easier it became for them when it actually came around, gave them slight clarity to everything. Then their instincts just sucked, but they got definitely easier to control the more they shifted, and the older they got. Fortunately he and Aidan had been born as werewolves, therefore making it all the easier on them to begin with. Giving a slight nod to signal he had let the words register in his head, the wolf then paused when Allegra stood up. Glancing towards the other supernaturals, Owen shrugged silently and stood up, silently following the vampire out, realizing she'd paid. Shaking his head slightly, Owen knew he'd pay her back for his drink later before hearing her apologize. Glancing back, not having noticed whatever she was probably apologizing about, Owen responded, "No..worries." Keeping a careful eye on her for her movements if she happened to have had enough drinks to get herself buzzed, the wolf shook his head, "Depends on how you're feeling. I don't...have anything to do."

"Yeah..he's a good friend to have. Actually in China for awhile now...he's actually coming back in awhile."Allegra nodded that's good that they were friends, she wondered if there was a rivalry between them. That was common amongst most siblings, except her and Kingsley. She was the golden child of the two, he was never angry about that. Since he only listened to her, he always had. He did love his parents but they didn't know what to do with him when he was mad. Allegra was always the one calming him down, scolding him for doing something bad. However when he was angry and she wasn't around at the time her parents didnt have a clue. But that seldom happened because they were attached to the hip. "I'm happy for you." she said smiling. "No..worries.""Good." Allegra said relaxing a bit, she didn't want to have Owen mad at her. He didn't seem the person to get mad anyways, he usually took what was thrown at him with calmness. If he did get mad she thought he really wouldn't show it, that's what she did when she was human. Now if you got her angry she'd rip someones head off. Allegra was a really powerful woman, she was high up in the social ranks so she could destroy your life in the blink of an eye. Not many people did oppose her, they were to intimidated by her. Allegra loved being intimidating, people should fear her. Though when she was hunting, she took on the role of an innocent, which suited her just as well. "Depends on how you're feeling. I don't...have anything to do."Allegra thought about what to do, it wasn't that late in the night. They could basically do anything and Allegra was feeling fine so it wouldn't be a problem. They could go back to her house, but he didn't seem to sure on that. Besides Kingsley would be home, he wouldn't like her bringing another guy home even if he was a friend. He was like that, to jealous and to over protective. He would throw a fit and she didn't want Owen to see that. Also because Kingsley might hurt him, though she would step between them before anything happened. So going to her house was a no go. "I feel perfectly fine." Allegra spoke "Maybe we could ...uhm.." She trailed off not really knowing what to say. She had no clue what to do, she didn't know what Owen liked to do for fun. She didn't have many guy friends, since she usually slept with most of the guys she met. But that wasn't her now, she was in a relationship. Even thinking of sleeping with another guy disgusted her. But she wasn't suppose to be thinking about that she was suppose to be thinking of what they could do. "Whats something you've always wanted to do?" Allegra asked Owen smiling, and curious of what he would say.
