Woah, Mona Lisa, I'd pay to see you frown He senses something, call it desperation Another dollar, another day And if she had the proper words to say, ( She would tell him But she'd have nothing left to sell him ------------ ! ) Alix felt slightly bad for closing the door quietly on Shi, but she knew the redhead would forgive her, as Shi had a habit of doing that to people as well when they bothered her. The Fallen wasn't going to worry about that. No, she was worried about Wes, and as he took the box, she could only imagine what kind of little trinket Shi might have put in there, or some type of little charm to help keep him protected from stuff. Things like that. Wes's reaction now though, would just all depend on him, what he was thinking. Slightly stiff, the blonde felt her hair fall past her shoulders, should have kept it up in the ponytail. She just felt like she had to actually work when she had her hair up. It was little things like that, Alix noticed about other people too, how they dressed themselves, what they preferred to wear and then how they reacted to different things. Course in this dress, the upper part of her scars were showing, hence the reason why she had her hair down. She'd much prefer for Wes not to witness a lot of what had happened in her past, especially since the part usually started - she knew from touching another fallen - was that it usually started around the time they died. She certainly didn't want Wes to witness that. Not after tonight. Not ever if she could avoid it - and especially if he didn't ask. Horror washed through her when he then commented, saying he remembered what she had said in the warehouse. A part of her, the selfish part of her had wanted him to not really remember, but then now it seemed to be...sinking in for both of them. She hadn't wanted Wes to get hurt, and then he mentioned having heard the part of her having feelings. Panic spiked in her system, though it was suddenly smothered the moment Wes approached her, and she became aware once more, of just...him. His power, his strength, just - Wes. Her chin was lifted then, sending chills down her spine. Not the type of chills she had gotten from the vampire, no, these were the types of chills that caused butterflies in her stomach, the type that sent a light electric shock through her body, which only made her want it again, it felt...right. It vanished, but only returned the moment he then reached up and brushed some of her hair back. Good Lord if only he knew what he could do to her with the simplest look. No, she scolded herself. She'd only known him for just about a day...yet it felt like ages. Felt like she's known him his whole life, and even before. Icarus' face flashed by Wes's, and she smothered the thought. Wes was Wes, and he was here with her, she patiently, calmly listened to his words. Well, nevertheless she'd show him someway that she had faith in him, silently, a hand reached up and covered his hand gently that was on her cheek, wanting to be close. They were close - quite close, but for Alix that almost didn't seem close enough. The minute space was good though, just minimal distance was just fine. At his smile, though it seemed humorless, Alix had to return one with her own as he mentioned what they were again. Cat and mouse, a supernatural and a Hunter. One trained all his life to hunt and kill beings like her, and the ones he killed tonight, only to prove it. "I..." her breath got caught in her throat, momentarily pausing her words, before she managed to speak, "I don't want to ever hurt you Wes...or see you get hurt." Also meaning, she did feel quite bad for having turned her back on what he had asked her to do, but she just couldn't very well let him go in there alone, or he could have been hurt. The fallen smiled weakly, it felt like a scene out of a movie for a second, before she could react, Wes was moving, and within an instant, it felt like the whole world had been flipped upside down, like nothing else mattered but her and Wes for those few moments of just pure, ignorant in a sense, bliss. It was electrifying, wonderful. Alix returned the kiss, ever so lightly, feeling a spark flow through her before they parted - on her side almost reluctantly, as she realized one of her hands had gone up to his chest, sprawling her fingers along his chest, as if to check there as well for any injuries, as she aimed not to hurt his neck or his cheek. "I...I've been told to keep my distance from Hunters..." she lifted her gaze to meet his, "But I couldn't imagine having to distance myself from you, Wes." One thing he'd notice, she was horrible at vocalizing her feelings, they usually got portrayed better when she acted. Alix's eyes dropped from his eyes for a moment, as fear, yet lust, or passion, yes, passion rushed through her like a jolt of electricity. "Cat and mouse..." she smiled weakly, looking up to him, only then realizing she had closed the space slightly between them during their kiss, before she looked to him, silently curious about what he'd have to say, as if he wanted to test something. Alix tilted her head gently, "Wes..." her voice paused, and the fallen locked her gaze with his. She couldn't find the words. She knew he knew how she felt about him, she cared for him, certainly more than she should, and he had just told her he pretty much returned the feeling - most likely in his own little way. Glancing over him calmly, as if checking for other wounds, Alix whispered gently, "I do hope that...eventually you will forgive me...and I do have faith in you, Wes, with everything that you do."outfit. click for sexy outfit of killing!words. enough <3 notes. IN YOUR HEAD, IN YOUR HEAD T H E Y A R E F I G H T I N G ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~Wes could honestly say that the whole thing with Alix was terrifying him. He has known her for such a short while, yet he had already been hurt by her, cared by her, grateful to her, all int he space of one night. How does that happen to a normal person? To a person who felt like he was sleeping all his life, yet she made him feel awake, if her touch was anything to go by. Looking into her eyes told him that she cared, that she was sorry, and Wes was kind of feeling like an ass, because he didn't think he would want her to feel anything but happiness, that she is cared for, but it had never happened to Wes before. He didn't know how. He didn't know how to have someone in his life, and care about them, after all, he was a killer. That's how they met, because he was attempting to kill her, although he was really glad now that he failed. That was not a remorseful loss. He still had his hunter's reputation, and he didn't know what he wanted from Alix. But he knew she cared. So does he. He cares too. He just doesn't know how to show it.
So he had kissed her. He felt kind of intoxicated being near her, but he thought that he also felt dizzy from being out. He wondered how that happened for a second, how he managed to be looking at the flames, and then all he saw was blackness. And her words. I'm sorry Wes. They were the last words he had heard before he was out. But he forgot about it as her lips responded to his softly, and then they pulled back. She had moved closer, yet he still felt it wasn't close enough. It was too close. Her hand had traveled up to his chest, as his stayed on her cheek. Wes hated the position they were both in. Not the physical position, no he was quite enjoying that, but the general position. Where they stood as two citizens on this earth. She cared about him, and he was sure now that he cared about her too. Was it so wrong? Yes it was, because not killing her made him less of a hunter. Because he was not killing her just because he liked her, really really liked her, yet he killed everyone else without pity. It had been proved tonight. That he was completely heartless when it came to the supernaturals. So why her? Why did she have his stomach in twists and turns with merely looking into his eyes?
Wes closed his eyes, swallowing as she said she didn't want to hurt him. See him hurt. So maybe that was why she was there tonight. To make sure of it. And as the kiss ended he could feel it. It was undeniable. It was strong, and it was screaming at him from all directions. His breath came out in a huff as she said that she was warned to stay away from hunters. His eyes shone with mirth for a bit. If he was honest, he didn't want her to distance herself from him. That would feel wrong some how if she did, or if he did. He knew it would affect him, if he walked away, or if she did. Though she would have so much reason to, if only because he kept telling her to go away and leaving him aloe for most of the night.
He loved the look in her eye as it locked with him, merely because it seemed to be very much similar to his own. Cat and mouse. Yes, though he wasn't sure which one was which anymore. She said his name, and trailed off before continuing, and he could admit that eh liked the way it sounded coming from her lips. Wes winced. He had realised that he had been a jerk once again tonight. He was afraid to move away from her, that if he did all of this would be over. "I didn't realise that you were there because you cared. I guess I'm feeling like a jerk again tonight." He said, feeling really really hot. He felt a little light headed to be honest, so he moved away. With a small smile he spoke. "And I also feel filthy. I think I need to go home, have a shower, and get some sleep, just feel normal." He explained, because even with everything out of the ordinary that was happening tonight, he felt so knackered and craving normalcy and none of this was normal. Not this night, not her.
"Though I feel that if I do go, this would all have been a dream. You. What happened at the warehouse. And as weird as it sounds, I don't want it to be." He felt sappy, he felt like he was revealing too much, but he also felt like she deserved to know the truth about what he felt. "I feel so grateful you know." Wes said, as if he was realising this right now himself. He moved back to sit on the bed. "For you coming into my life. Without you, nothing tonight would have happened, and even if the vengeance didn't take the hurt away, I feel like I found you." Ugh shutup Wes! He felt like bunnies would start jumping around him because of how sappy he was being. He hated sounding cheesy, and romance movie like. It just wasn't him, it made him slightly uncomfortable. He moved suddenly then. "But first I need a drink. And to go home. I need to thank Shi. So many things I need to do, but I'd love it if you came back with me. For a drink I mean?" He asked, feeling like a total and utter loser and an idiot, though maybe it was a bad idea, and he should have just went home and arranged to se eher another night, because really, he didn't know what he'd do if he couldn't see her again.

Woah, Mona Lisa, I'd pay to see you frown He senses something, call it desperation Another dollar, another day And if she had the proper words to say, ( She would tell him But she'd have nothing left to sell him ------------ ! ) Keeping herself close to Wes, she felt - protected, and she felt she could protect him too. It just felt so natural, so right for her to be close to him, Alix knew with a pang that this was something she hadn't felt in...all her years. Granted he looked like Icarus with the dark hair, but Icarus had green eyes while Wes had the blue ones like she did. Tilting her head gently, feeling his hand on her cheek still, it sent pleasant chills down her spine as the blonde reached up with her free hand not on his chest, and placed her hand over his, enjoying the rush it sent through her arm and into her body. The fallen lifted her gaze quietly, looking to his own light-colored gaze. It was a weird sensation, she hadn't felt this in...a century or so. Or not she should say - she had never felt something this powerful before. It was...thrilling, wonderful - frightening. Cat and mouse. A Hunter and a Fallen. She knew they'd both pay for it, fortunately her wings were always gone, so that didn't matter, but she had the other immortal fallens probably give her crap, and then Wes. God she didn't want to think what the hunters would do if they knew. After all he probably had a reputation to uphold. Would he stop this from going any farther due to his life? It was wrong in a sense of their...difference with their society positions, but in the end, that didn't matter to her. She cared for Wes, and she didn't care what anyone had to say or do about it, it wouldn't change the way Alix felt about him. Refusing to let that damper her mood too much, she quickly shoved it away. No way. Alix wanted to be right here, right now with him - forever if possible, but she knew ultimately they'd be drawn away from this spot - not each other, but their lives would eventually call. She would need to go to work, and he, go to hunt other supernaturals like her. A slight shiver ran down her spine as she thought about it. Hunting others like her. Smothering that thought, she knew he was what he was, yet he still hadn't killed her - then again he couldn't really - no one could but another angel. A fallen perhaps, but most fallen just let the other fallen go on with their immortal lives. Suddenly, Wes spoke, interrupting her less than pleasant musings about being a jerk. Smiling softly, Alix cooed gently, "No...don't you worry about it." Tilting her head the moment he shifted, she kept her body still, not wanting to get closer again when he'd moved away. She wasn't aiming to make him feel uncomfortable in any way shape or form. Hearing him what he wanted to do, she laughed weakly, "I told you that you should probably rest a little more, didn't I?" she gave him a light look, "I don't even say..I told you so all that much." she winked eagerly, placing her hand on his shoulder, and then reaching up to check the gauze strips on his cheek carefully, like a butterfly to make sure that he wasn't going to get an infection or anything. Then, he spoke, admitting about tonight not ever having happened, "Of course it did, it did and it's over." she whispered gently, giving his arm a gentle squeeze. Suddenly he moved away, her arms falling to her sides as he sat down on the couch in the living room - parlor area. Watching him with a soft gaze, Alix listened to him intently when he started to speak about thanking her, and then saying all these things he needed to do. Grinning softly, it brightened, though didn't widen when he asked for her to go with him - to get a drink or course. Personally, she hadn't been planning to let him go by himself home alone, just in case there happened to be a ticked off supernatural at him tonight, like a jealous...ticked....lover, that he (and she had helped) kill tonight. Pausing, Alix then stepped over to Wes, the short white dress moving as she did, then she sat down beside him, placing one of her legs on the couch so that her torso could face him easily, as she placed a gentle hand on his arm, "I'd be more than happy to...I don't want to...lose you." she admitted, hardly noticing the slight blush that colored her cheek for a few brief moments before it vanished. She then lifted her gaze from the floor to meet his and inquired, "Where do you want to get a drink?" Alix paused, and gestured here, "Shi would offer, but she is...strongly against drinking, it...bothers her." Alix spoke, staying close to Wes, "It isn't showing weakness to care about someone, Wes. It makes you stronger, to acknowledge your feelings." she confirmed, giving his hand a light squeeze, not wanting to hurt him if he happened to have sustained any other injuries she may not know about now. Pausing, Alix then turned her head as Cleopatra appeared, the cat meowing up at the two of them, then looked over her shoulder, as if looking at something, before Shi knocked on the door after a few moments so that Wes could respond. "Dears?" she called out to them, only entering after a few moments, looking between the two and grinned, "Cleopatra told me it was okay, I just wanted to tell you two I'm happy for you, Wes." Shi gave him a light nod, tossing her red hair behind her shoulders before tying it into a low ponytail, "Alix, would you like a bag to carry your stuff home with you?" The blonde nodded in thanks as Shi handed her a small back-pack bag, enabling Alix to stash her guns, crossbow and her outfit in there. Shi tossed her a pair of white flip flops before looking to Wes keenly, "If you need anything Wes, I don't go very far." She grinned, as Alix stood, hugging the woman, "Thanks, Shi." she spoke, for herself of course, signalling this as she stepped aside to let Wes speak to her. Alix looked to him eagerly almost, excited at the idea of being able to see him again, ignoring the slight fright in her system as she then stroked Cleopatra who was weaving herself neatly between her feet. outfit. click for sexy outfit of killing!words. enough <3 notes. no worries love. <3 shi came in to help you out if you need it XD <33 ♥ ♥ ♥ template by hay shay ! @ caution 2.0 LYRICS BY PANIC AT THE DISCO |

IN YOUR HEAD, IN YOUR HEAD T H E Y A R E F I G H T I N G ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~It couldn't be helped, but the thought that this would be over soon kept gnawing at Westley's mind. That yes, Alix and him were standing close, that yes he felt something for her, he cared about her, even in the short space of time he had known her. Though it truly had felt like a lifetime. But it would end. All good things like that ended for Westley, but as well as that, it was impossible. All of this, was just incredibly impossible and surreal, but he didn't want it to end. Being close to her felt so right, and he knew that moving would feel so wrong. But he was tired, and he knew they would have to part soon. Maybe they would see each other again, maybe they won't, and the thought of the latter left a dull ache in his heart. However, Wes had to be realistic. He was a hunter. She was a supernatural being, and if anyone out of his so called friends found out about it, it would be the end of him. And he wanted to keep killing the supernaturals. Well the bad ones anyway, and he had a sneaking suspicion that Alix wouldn't bee too keen on that. Maybe he was wrong though, it wasn't his place to guess what she might or might not be thinking.
He glared at her jokingly when she started mocking him with an 'I told you so.' Of course, she was right. He didn't know how long he had been out, but he was sure it wasn't that long, and he had used up all of his energy into this one thing. It was scary how much energy killing actually takes up, and he quirked an eyebrow lightly at Alix. ”How long have I been out? And how did I end up unconscious, because the last thing I heard you say was I'm sorry, so I'm more than a little confused.” As he said these things, he realised he was right, that there must have been a reason for him to black out, because even in such a state he was sure that he would have been conscious enough to at least get out of there. He let out a small sigh as she lifted her fingers to run over the gauze on his cheeks. It would be a permanent reminder of this night, because he was sure that it would leave scars. Good. It didn't matter that his face wasn't smooth, or what he looked like, all that mattered that he had gotten revenge. Well, that was the way for him anyway.
He smiled at Alix's words. Shi was one strange woman, so it wasn't a surprise that she would be against alcohol. As Cleopatra entered the room, Wes knew that Shi was soon to follow. And he was just so so grateful to this woman, for helping him, for not asking questions, for just accepting him. He hadn't felt acceptance in such a long time, so when Alix finished talking to Shi, Wes stood up and smiled at the woman, a genuine real smile that reached his eyes. “You don't know how much I appreciate everything yo have done for me, if there is anything you ever need from me I'd be happy to help.” He was completely serious too, he would do anything in his power to help this woman. She had been a total sweetheart, and Wes hadn't felt such gratitude for someone in such a long time, it was actually rather frightening for him, because he has never had anyone to thank before. Except Ross, his mentor, who had died at the hands of supernaturals. ”I think after that drink I won't last much longer, so if you want we can head back to mine.” There was no embarrassment in asking her to come home with him, it was merely stating a fact.
Collecting all his stuff, and making sure that Alix had all hers, he wanted to leave and just get home. He trusted Alix enough to let her know where he lived. His house wasn't anything special, it was small, but it was liveable, and it was lucky that no other hunter's lived with him either. He held all of his guns and killing stuff there, so that might be his only worry with Alix, but at the moment he was too tired to bother about that, and he just didn't want to leave her yet. As they walked out into the night, he cherished the feeling of the cool air caressing his skin as softly as Alix had, and that thought sent shivers down his back. Pleasant ones. He didn't dare move too close the the angel, because he was sure that one wrong move and she would be gone. As they came to his flat, the next steps were automatic for Westley. Walk up the stairs, because the lift was broken, stick key in the lock, shove the door open walk in, press the light switch, glare at the light which was too bright. He was glad that his flat didn't seem messy, he tossed the keys on the counter, leading his way into the kitchen. He turned to Alix and smiled softly.
”Welcome to my humble home.” It really was. It was bare of anything really, the walls were white and dull, the furniture was worn, it lacked any personality. It was almost cold. But it suited Wes, because he only needed a place to sleep, most of the time he was out doing his work. Though he had to admit that he hadn't brought many people back here. He was curious as to what Alix thought, he wasn't worried, he knew she would not judge his living arrangements, but he was curious anyway. He shrugged his jacket off, and winced when he realised that he shoulder hurt. He must've been hit there during the fight. The pain went because Wes was just too numb now. Before he hit the chair, he made sure to grab two glasses and a bottle of vodka, he needed something strong right now. Really strong, and that was the quickest way to get a buzz. ”Take a seat anywhere. What will you have?” He wanted to be hospitable, although he felt quite filthy with his jacket off, just his black vest caked in blood covering his torso. He would have to have that shower, and soon.

Woah, Mona Lisa, I'd pay to see you frown He senses something, call it desperation Another dollar, another day And if she had the proper words to say, ( She would tell him But she'd have nothing left to sell him ------------ ! ) Alix could hear, so faintly the soft thudding of Wes' heart in the silence between them. The powerful sound of the muscles working, she could only imagine what was going through his head. Too bad she wasn't an immortal, being able to hear thoughts. Lucky species she thought solemnly to herself. She didn't mind it too much though, she was glad she didn't get to hear every little thing that went through his head. It just didn't seem right to her when she actually thought about it. It wouldn't seem right to her to be too far from him at all if she could help it. Lifting her gaze, Alix grinned faintly at him catching her 'I told you so' and then asking about how long he'd been out. Then how he had arrived to being unconscious. She nibbled her bottom lip innocently for a moment, she certainly preferred not to tell him how that happened, but she would answer his first question. Keeping the distance between them as minute as possible, she spoke gently, "Only about...an hour and some extra." she commented softly, running a light hand down his arm in a soothing manner, wanting to help take his stress away, help him relax. Not in that certain way, but make sure that he wouldn't be too wound up for the rest of the night and through the morning. Alix hated the idea of seeing Wes in pain, and just the very thought of him almost getting hurt by one of those supernaturals was out of the question. She would never let anyone or anything hurt him as long as she was around. Sure, he could handle himself, after all he hunted beings..like her...for a living. Staying silent, the Fallen didn't want to tell him that she had been the reason that he had lost his consciousness. Sighing softly, she was particularly relieved, as she had been about to just confess, when Shi appeared. Thank goodness. Looking to the witch with a grateful look on her features, Alix happily accepted the white shoes from her so she could wear them home. Slipping from his side for a moment, Alix went to get her guns and her clothing, and Shi poked Wes gently, and offered him a small bag, a light grin on her face, "Believe me, if I do, I will be sure to let you know. Now, here, take these. Some extra bandages, and this little oil will prevent scarring." she winked, "Just once a day and you'll be good as new in no time." Alix tucked her things into a bad and quickly slid back to Wes's side as he then spoke, inviting her back to his place. Tucking some of her hair behind her ear, she nodded shortly, "All right." she squeezed Shi's hand, "I will be in touch, thank you Shi." The redhead nodded, and grinned, before adding as she walked them out, "Feel free to visit, someone's always home if you need to hide out here for awhile." she spoke, and Alix got a slight chill when she gave them a knowing look, though didn't say more, and then the moment she and Wes were out on the street, she watched as Shi's door changed, mostly just the color and the knob. What the hell? Probably a ward or something placed by a witch to keep people Shi didn't want in her house, out. Alix would respect that, especially in this day and age. Heading down the street with Wes, Alix liked it, but as she moved, feeling the chilled night breeze run over her, she shook it off, frowning as she took a quick look around, checking on everything. So far nothing, just him and her. What she did immediately notice was the slight distance Wes had put between the two of them. What had brought that about? Her internal panic spiked, though she certainly didn't react on it, not wanting to let Wes see her panic over something as simple as that. Blue eyes like Wes's landed on his door as she followed him curiously, wanting to see inside. She expected what she was. It suited Wes's personality so much it was amazing, showed he worked quite a bit too. Dropping her bag off to the side and out of the way, she ran a hand through her hair quietly, listening to him greet her to his place. She smiled softly, "It's nice. I think it.." her lips twitched gently, "Suits you...like...yeah." she shrugged, "I like it though." she calmly reassured as he grabbed what she immediately recognized was vodka. Oh...she pushed that away and her eyes caught his flinch. Aha! Trying to be sneaky about it now, giving her a silent, knowing look about his pain, Alix approached him calmly once he sat, moving smoothly before she leaned down, grinning lightly as she plucked the second glass from his fingers and she mused, her fingers lingering on his for a moment longer than necessary when she got her glass, "I'll have water."She could explain it to him. Explain the whole...episode she had for awhile with drinking. Now she didn't want alcohol to touch her lips, hence why she had the virgin drink back at the club. God, that felt so long ago, but it had been all in one night. How much longer did they have till the sun came up? She knew it couldn't be more than a few hours, as they had been out all night. At least there was no work for her through the weekend, she had planned that accordingly since she always worked more during the week to get her weekends off. Taking a sip of her water, Alix shifted her weight onto one leg, looking keenly at Wes. The blood on his vest, probably not his own, though most likely a little bit, his bandages, and the wince. He had to be in pain, she hated seeing anyone in pain to begin with, and it being Wes made it even worse. The fallen set her drink down and mused gently, "When did your shoulder start hurting?" She inquired, brushing her fingers on both hands over his shoulders, and gently massaging them for a few moments before heading back around to the side of Wes, picking up her water and sitting down on the couch right by his chair, not wanting to be too far from him if she could help it. "How long have you lived here?" she inquired, not only this house, but this city as well. One thing that gnawed at her stomach, was them. Not about them, but more about the society. He hunted beings like her, what would that lead to? Depended on them she supposed. Carefully watching him, as if she didn't want to scare him away, Alix spoke softly, "Is there anything I could do for you?"outfit. click for sexy outfit of killing!words. enough <3 notes. meine sux D: sorry love, but have fun with it. :3 ♥ ♥ ♥ template by hay shay ! @ caution 2.0 LYRICS BY PANIC AT THE DISCO |

IN YOUR HEAD, IN YOUR HEAD T H E Y A R E F I G H T I N G ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~Ugh, he had been out for over an hour. What a waste of time to be in that oblivious blackness, where he was unaware of anything. If Alix had not been there he knew that he would probably be dead. She was about to say something else when Shi came in and offered him a bag. The potion within it would make sure there were no scars. Wes wasn't sure he wanted that, because now, these scratches would be a part of him, marking his skin just like his tattoo's. It was hisotry, a very important part of his life, ad he felt like not having them would be wrong. But he just smiled at Shi and thanked her again dearly. She was definitely one of a kind, and he was glad that Alix had brought her into his life. In one night she has helped him more than anyone has in his entire life, and now he feels like he owes her, a lot. It is hard for him to ever accept help from people, if only because he has always had to do everything on his own, and people made promises that they could not keep, so Wes just refused help as much as he could.
Right at this moment Westley Taylor was oblivious to many many things. If he had to look out for supernaturals, or fight them right now, on the street in which Alix and himself were now walking in, he would not be able to do it. He felt like his feet were barely dragging beneath him, because after all he was only human. He was not strong, he tired out so quickly. Sure he just killed a bunch of supernatural's, but he was not invincible, and right now he was exhausted. In a way he was glad that Alix was coming with him, he felt comforted by her presence and a small glance towards her made him smile a little. He felt really lucky to have met her actually, even though she was supposed to be everything that he was supposed to hate as a hunter. But he could not hate her, he tried, but that just turned into definite attraction for this beautiful and spectacular woman who was a fallen, but that didn't matter, because she was loving and caring, and she had given up her wings for her family. Those are the qualities that Wes had always admired in a person, yet has not seen it since his mother was killed years ago.
He had never lived in a fancy house, and he didn't really want to either. He was glad having just this small apartment on this closed off street. It was a quiet place, and there weren't many neighbours that could notice him walking to and fro his house, sometimes coming home hurt, or injured. He didn't need that. Westley was quite a solitary person, and found it quite hard to let people in. Maybe because they had a tenancy to disappear, or be killed by the supernaturals, just like his family were, just like Ross was. He shook his head as they entered his house. He welcomed Alix and watched her look around. He was not embarrassed about his living space and smiled when she said it suited him. It it. "The only thing that doesn't suit me about it is you. You're the first supernatural I ever let in here." He said this not mincingly, just stating a fact, that he had never ever willingly had a person that was supernatural here willingly, and he thought that she should know that he trusted her, maybe more than he should already.
Wes was sitting down, vodka bottle in hand, and two glasses. He needed this drink. The familiar burning in his throat would soothe him, he knew that from experience. She took the second glass from him, her fingers lingering on his, and it felt nice and warm and tingly. He didn't know what the hell was wrong with him today, but this has been one long night. He just looked at her when she said she wanted water, he would not punch her about it, maybe she just wasn't an alcohol person, which Wes, on the other hand was. Though really he just remembered that she had also ordered the virgin drink at the bar. God, that seemed like it was years ago. It was so strange. Her fingers on his shoulders sent shivers down his back, and they felt good, but he felt himself wince slightly again as they pinched the spot that was hurting.
She sat down right by his chair, on the little couch he had. The couch had always seemed a little out of place, a little mismatched because everything in his house was cold and steely coloured, black, white, silver, but the couch was orange. It was the favourite thing in his house, especially now Alix was sitting on it. "I felt it when I woke up. Don't worry about it though, I've had worse injuries." He said with a small ironic smile, because yes he had had worse before, hunting was dangerous, and he had gotten badly hurt many times. Broken arms, fractured ribs, internal bleeding. All of it. And through ti all no one had been there for him. Having Alix here was such a change. When she asked where he lived, he just looked at her face for a second before taking a swig of his drink. "All my life. Though I wish I could move sometimes, I just never brought myself to think about it." He rested his elbow on the table, drumming his fingers absently on the table.
"You must have moved around a lot, after all, you're over a thousand years old." She had admitted to being so so old. That still scared him a little, she was so much more mature than him, he was a baby compared to her. He watched her face, trying to see the age in her eyes, but her eyes were a radiant blue. Or maybe he was just tired and could not spot it. He gave her a tiny smile as she asked him if she can do anything for him. "No, it's okay. I'll be fine. You're my guest, tell me if you need anything." It was true, Wes was a gentleman, and if she needed anything, he was willing to help.

Woah, Mona Lisa, I'd pay to see you frown He senses something, call it desperation Another dollar, another day And if she had the proper words to say, ( She would tell him But she'd have nothing left to sell him ------------ ! ) A small smile coiled on her lips before she could stop it upon Wes telling her she was the first supernatural in his house. She laughed weakly and commented, throwing him a wink, "Well, otherwise you wouldn't be as good as a Hunter as you are." She gave him a reassuring smile before the Fallen had set her stuff down by the door, mainly to keep it out of his way, not wanting to make it seem like she wanted to crowd him at all. Pausing, she inquired, "Have you ever gone to the hospital for any injuries?" she inquired, giving him a light look, meaning she probably already knew the answer but she wanted to hear it from his lips anyway. The blonde then stood up once more, setting down the cup and running her hand over his shoulder that he claimed was hurting. Tilting her head curiously, she pursed her lips thoughtfully, and gently massaged it for a brief moment, making sure she didn't hurt him too much, but wanted to help the muscle as well. She frowned, "You're not hurt there are you besides perhaps a horribly sore muscle?" She felt her nurse side creep up, but concern was clearly evident in her voice. Concern for him, he didn't need to keep showing he was strong, that she already knew, maybe she should mention that. Or maybe not, she didn't want to offend him, but Wes was the strongest person she'd met, and that could mean something too if he thought about it. Alix had met plenty of people, but by far Wes right now was certainly giving them all a run for their money. He was certainly independent, much more independent than she ever imagined a human could ever be. Especially, well, it made sense him being as he was being a Hunter, but that didn't mean he had to be completely closed off from the world. Sitting back down after a few moments, Alix brushed her hair back over her shoulder as he mentioned having lived here his whole life. That she supposed she could see. Then he commented on her moving, and the Fallen fell silent. She could say she was a master at moving, like most anyone who was immortal and would never age. She envied the humans, they had to think of every day as their last day, she felt...sorry for herself, she did envy them though, they got to take life as it came, she tended to probably take it for granted. She toyed with the arm of the couch, mainly just to avoid his brilliant, enticing blue eyes, before she finally spoke, swirling the cup in her fingers lightly, causing the water to spin in the glass, "I suppose so..." She hated moving, it meant more paperwork, more lies, another life even. "I envy you..." she sighed lightly, running a hand up through her hair and stopping it, as she rested her palm against her temple, "You don't have to move ever if you don't want to. Would you ever move?" she inquired, purely curious. She lazily coiled a lock of her hair around her finger, blue eyes looking to Wes' own blue eyes carefully, expectantly. There was something more between the two of them, and goodness did he look absolutely handsome. No matter what she knew she'd like to be able to be near him, but she knew she would need to hide the scars on her back. Wrapping her hair around, doing a quick braid she put a rubberband around the mass of hair, and tossed it over her shoulder as she stood up, knowing her scars would most likely be moderately hidden by the dress, but she knew she would be okay as long as Wes didn't randomly attempt to touch them, that would be something she didn't want to put him through. Not after what he'd been through. Refilling her water, she approached him once more and leaned over, plucking up the vodka and she spoke, "I don't need anything really." she checked the time. Goodness, it was already about 4 in the morning, yet it felt so later, it felt like she and Wes had known each other for months, not just only a day or so. Crouching down by his chair, she spoke gently, her hand gently placed on his arm, "I would like it if you slept though." she smiled innocently upon telling him that, shivers running down her spine as her hand touched his arm. A good shiver, not one of the ones she'd gotten when they first met, the ones where she'd been hunted no. Her worries did gnaw slightly at her, telling her he might turn her in to an angel or something, but Alix had bigger fish, and she wasn't that worried, no more worried than she was of one recognizing her on the street than with Wes. She trusted him, after all he'd brought her to his house, where she'd been the only supernatural to ever enter. She nodded gently, "I'll make you breakfast later....today too." she offered, a small smile creeping on her lips, still remaining by his side, where she never wanted to be too far from. outfit. click for sexy outfit of killing!words. enough <3 notes. <333 tis okay love. now alix is active for the check! IN YOUR HEAD, IN YOUR HEAD T H E Y A R E F I G H T I N G ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~Westley had never been good with accepting compliments. He found them needless, mundane, almost always untrue. But, sometimes a compliment here or there felt good, felt nice to hear it from someone other than yourself for a job well done, for being who you are, for what you do. He smiled as Alix complimented him on that fact, but his smile soon turned sour. "Not really when you think about it, I managed to lose you, and now you're here in my house, and I'm not even attempting to kill you. What kind of hunter does this make me?" He asked with a frustrated scoff at him self for being so stubborn and indecisive, but most of all for being scared. Scared of change, scared of his feelings and what this woman was doing to him. He felt out of his depth and helpless. Her question about injuries had him smiling again. He could not count how many times he had needed hospital treatment, for this or that, but he never went. He had Ross to take care of his wounds for him, he was old, but experienced and always knew what he was doing. The memory of him hurt a little, but he smiled it off, he didn't want his past here, and now. He wanted peace from it, and he hoped that if he pretended that he was not a hunter just for one night, that maybe, he could forget his past too.
"Not really, I have had many major injuries, but nothing that Ross, my mentor, could not deal with." Even the life threatening injuries. If it wasn't for that dark haired man, Westley would probably be dead by now. He felt her fingers across his shoulder, and he winced slightly at the pain that shot through his arm. It was only a slight wince, and he shrugged it off. "It's fine, it will be like new in a couple of days." He said, trying to make her see that he didn't need the help, that he could deal with it, that even though she probably didn't care, Westley didn't want to show weakness. He never did, in front of anyone, and never will. Maybe he was just ebing silly, but that is how he had went through most of his life, and he wasn't ready to show that much weakness, he wasn't ready for that much change. Westley was a coward, and he knew it, even if it did not look like it on the outside. But hunting was easy compared to mental fright of things that should not scare a brave man, and according to that, Wes was far from brave.
The glass that was filled with vodka was raised to his lips, as the burning liquid made its way down his throat and into his stomach. He had needed that. It felt nice, good, familiar. Wes was not an alcoholic, but a drink calmed him. He watched as Alix sat on the couch, and surprisingly she did not look out of place. Well, she did a little, because there rarely were people at the flat, yet she looked like she belonged here, with him, and that was new. "Why ever would you envy me Alix?" His question was serious, as he searched her face for any clues, because she had everything, an immortal life, beauty, youth, but then again, he himself would not want a life of immortality, to watch everyone you love die, to see the world change around you as you did not get any older, he would hate it. That sort of life was not for him.
He didn't really think about his answer, he just said what came; "Yes, I would move. Today if I could, there is so much here that I hate, memories, places, people that trigger the worst in me. Yet, I know I can never leave, I can never put distance between me and where I once was with my family. It's too much to lose, that connection, and life for me is too short to do something like that." He hoped he did not sound stupid, he hoped he made sense. Maybe not, but it was out there now. Westley sighed, running his hands over his itchy eyesm they felt like sandpaper, but he could not bring himself to even think about sleep, not while Alix was there. Suddenly, the memory of their short kiss ran through his mind, and as he remembered it had been amazing. Her dressed in white, and he had to force himself that that had been real. He did not comment on what was on his mind though, and he was glad that Alix was not an Immortal, that she couldn't read thoughts.
He watched as she gracefully plaited her hair, as she stood up and took away the alcohol from him. He frowned. He had been enjoying that, and he let out a frustrated breath at her telling him that he should sleep. He wanted to, so badly, but at the same time he did not. She was close to him, crouching down be him. He was taller than her, sitting in that chair, a shiver ran down his spine as her touch tingled his sleep deprived senses, and it was electrifying. He never knew that a simple touch from anyone could ever feel this way, yet it was, and once again he felt a pang of fear in the pit of his stomach, of this, of her. He laughed a little, a genuine laughter, at her promise of breakfast, and that sounded good too. He decided to not over think it, to just go with it. He ran his thumb down her cheek softly, a tiny smile playing around his lips. He felt happy. Happy that he could put away his hunter side for even an hour, and enjoy the company of a beautiful thing like Alix. "Thank you." He said, his finger slowly making its way to her chin, where he lifted it up a little so that he could look into her eyes. "Will you stay?" He asked. He was aware that they would have lives to return to, but if he went to sleep, he didn't want it to end.

Woah, Mona Lisa, I'd pay to see you frown He senses something, call it desperation Another dollar, another day And if she had the proper words to say, ( She would tell him But she'd have nothing left to sell him ------------ ! ) She cocked an eyebrow towards the dark-haired male at his rhetorical question. No matter. She was going to answer anyway. The Fallen commented softly, though sternly, "A damn good Hunter." she reaffirmed, "You're smart. The best thing you could do is just keep attempting to kill me." she smiled reassuringly, "You pick your battles better than most Hunters I've seen, they just charge in without thinking too much." Granted his fight with the Immortal, Shifter and Vampire, but that was a different story. "You're a very skilled Hunter, Wes." she spoke gently, her fingers brushing his skin, to reassure herself he wasn't hurt, "It's...it seems you're realizing, not all supernaturals are horrible creatures. Oz, he helped create penicillin when it first got discovered." she commented gently, "We're all just like humans just...different." Alix grinned softly, before her eyes then shifted and locked onto his, "It doesn't matter what the others think, I think you're a very good Hunter, Wes." she spoke gently, truthfully. She believed in him, and just because she was here, didn't reflect on him being a hunter, it reflected on him being a person. Another being on this planet with everything from humans to faeries. She traced a finger down his cheek and jawline gently, "How horribly stiff are you?" she inquired, referring to his injuries. Hearing him mention a Ross character she didn't believe she had heard of, the blonde pursed her lips curiously. She'd ask about him later, maybe tomorrow after she wrestled Wes into getting some sleep. She could go a day or two without much sleep if any at all, Wes was human, plus he had been badly injured, which meant he needed to sleep a lot. Alix then fell silent when he asked about her being envious, then her name. It sent pleasant chills down her spine and all through her body to hear him say her name. She loved it. Alix looked away for a moment, before back to Wes and spoke, dropping her gaze, "You don't take life for granted...you're..." her voice failed, she didn't want to say it. Mortal. She didn't want to think about it. He was only human after all. The Fallen swallowed past the sudden nerves and anxiety that had happened in her throat. Wes could die much easier than she could, but that didn't mean he wouldn't put up one hell of a fight, and most likely win. Personally she knew she wouldn't want to fight Wes if she could avoid it. She already had once, and though she had experience, he had the rage behind it, and therefore give him an advantage over others, as long as he learned to control it. Staying near him, dropping in her crouched position, the blonde brushed back a stray piece of her hair that had managed to work its way out of her little braid before he spoke of moving. She understood. She only moved at the last possible year, which was why she went as young as she could. Most of the time as a 20-year-old, since she had died when she was 22, and she could probably go up till her early, mid-thirties. Right now though, she was only 24 in this town, for the humans' sake anyway. Her fingers brushed along his arm gently, like a butterfly, "No...I understand." She had been the same way with her home city in Greece, though in the end she had moved on, the pain was too much, it was where she had been raped and killed. Her eyes dropped, and she shivered slightly, before grinning at the look he had shot her upon taking the vodka away. The Fallen couldn't help but grin, and she spoke, wagging a finger in his direction, "Oh Wes, you can have some more tomorrow if you want, but vodka thins out your blood." she spoke, and she had brought some supplies with her just in case, though she didn't think Wes would have too many more problems tonight. Alix noticed the small smile tug at his lips, before his arm disappeared from beneath her hands as he then traced along her cheek. Good Lord - excuse that, she thought silently for a moment - did he have any idea what their touches did to her? Probably not, but if he did though, he would have to be a horrible person to do that to her. Suddenly her chin was lifted and their eyes met. She practically melted right then and there, but the Fallen remained poised and she nodded gently, placing her hand with his, "Of course I will, I'll stay as long as you want me here." She stood up then, her hand with his and she gave it a gentle squeeze, "C'mon, let's get you to bed, ok?" she asked softly, almost begging him. She had wanted him to just sleep, she'd keep an eye out for him for the night. Like she'd let anything happen to him. - - - - - - - - - - Had she slept? No. Not much anyway. Alix had been content and after managing to wrestle Wes into bed, after getting him down to what he normally slept in, Alix remained. She liked watching him sleep though - even if that sounded odd...but she did. She liked seeing his face calm and collected, off in dream land she hoped. Alix kissed his forehead gently as morning rolled around, and she got up out of his bed, having spent the night with him. She'd be off to make breakfast. They had spent the night, once Alix got him into bed, talking for awhile, just about...whatever came to mind. She hadn't minded it, it was refreshing to talk with him, see another side of Westley that she figured no one else, or rarely anyone else got to see. The blonde grinned lightly towards him sleeping, before she ran a gentle hand along his cheek, and got up and headed into his kitchen. Good, there was plenty there for her to mess with and make him some good breakfast. She had put on a pair of shorts she had found in the bag Shi had given her, as if the woman knew what was going to happen, as well as a white tank-top. Wonderful. Pulling those on, as she left her dress to just chill, lying out neatly on her bags in the main room, she got to work. Her hair was down and somewhat neat, considering she had only lazily ran a brush though it. She got some eggs out, and went to work on making an omelette as well as some bacon she had found, checking everything, wondering what he liked and didn't like. Pausing in the middle of her making the breakfast, Alix paused as she heard the door open from his room. She smiled fondly, and turned, setting down the plate of a few bacon strips, "Morning." she greeted him gently, with a soft smile, "Did you sleep all right?" she inquired, she had only left his side once last night when she had heard her phone go off earlier this morning, but she hadn't also planned to wake Wes up. She would let himself wake his own body up. Eyeing the male gently, Alix set down the array of food she had made, leaning on the table quietly and spoke, "Eat whatever you like."outfit. click for sexy outfit of killing!words. enough <3 notes. adorable ^^ <33 ♥ ♥ ♥ template by hay shay ! @ caution 2.0 LYRICS BY PANIC AT THE DISCO |

IN YOUR HEAD, IN YOUR HEAD T H E Y A R E F I G H T I N G ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~ ❀ ~T he hunter honestly did not know what was happening to him because her every touch sent him into a frenzy. He was confused, but he was not complaining, he liked it. His mind going over her words, the ones about him being a good hunter, and the ones about Oz. He didn't like her saying these things, but he knew he had to hear them. Because, Alix was right, and he can not believe he was thinking this, but maybe some Supernatuals were not at all what Westley thought of them. Look at Alix, she turned out to be amazing, someone who he felt something for whenever he looked at her, and it was probably similar for other people, but Wes was still a hunter. He still hated them, the ones that kill everyday, the ones that show no mercy. He would kill them all, with his bare hands if he had to. He wasn't to know which were good which were bad, most of them seemed bad to him. Not that he gave them a chance anyway. She had only brought a smile to his lips when she started acting like he was sure his mother would have. You can't have anymore today Westley, you can have more tomorrow. It was a nice memory of his mother, and he had learnt to keep away the pain that followed these memories, they became easier and easier to think of, and now he could appreciate them. He felt as if a burden had been lifted off his chest, with her words that she would stay. She said she'd stay and he was shocked, because no one ever did. Not in his life anyway. Her touch set him off as she pulled him with her, and she took him off to his room as he pointed out the way. Stripping him down to his vest and boxers, he wasn't embarrassed. He was too tired for that, grabbing a clean pair of each he headed off to the shower for a few minutes.
It felt good to wash all the filth off of his body, to feel the past washed away, it made it a little easier to breathe. It felt so good and relaxing, but it also made him even sleepier as the warm water washed down his body. He stood there for a bit before getting out and getting dressed, his eyes barely open anymore. He smiled as he saw Alix was still there, and it felt so nice to have someone waiting for him, someone not running away because of him. It was strange, sure, but in one night, this stranger has become very important. He felt like he had known her for years, yet it had been only hours, and he was sure any time with her would feel like minutes. He wasn't entirely sure what this meant, but he sure as hell did not want it to end any time soon. He walked towards his bed, laying down under the covers, making room for Alix too. As she was beside him, they spoke. Softly, about everything and anything and it was so rare that Wes actually let himself go like this, telling someone about himself without feeling boring or inferior, without feeling angry or resentful. It just was, and Westley basked in it.
He fell asleep soon, his eyes closing off their own accord, and he had a dreamless sleep. Sleep was welcomed, very much so, and it was so so sweet. He was pretty sure he was unconscious through out all of it, he didn't even feel Alix getting up. So, when he opened his eyes he panicked a little not to find her there, feeling his stomach drop that maybe she didn't stay after all. That maybe she left him like everyone else, but then she smell hit him. The smells of food, and he was curious. Moving out from under the covers, he put on a fresh pair of tracksuit bottoms before making his way into his tiny kitchen. It felt lit up somehow, because the sight that graced him was light, and beautiful, and the smiled that greeted him made his heart race. Maybe it would be hard for Westley and Alix in their lives, but he knew that he would see her again after today. He had to. Because she stayed.
