Britnie looked up to the sky as the sun gave up the fight to the moon. Though the sight was always something to see, Brit had learned to hate it's coming for one simply little fact. Brit closed her eyes as a tear fell down her cheek. That was right before the scream escaped her lips and she fell to her hands and knees. Bones cracked and everything began to shift. Blood came from her nails as they were soon replaced by claws. Looking up her once soft face features were now a cross between human and wolf, a monster in the eyes of anyone who would see her. Her breathing no longer could be controlled as the limbs of her body started to form more toward a wolf than to human. Hair, the colors of autumn, took over her once perfect skin. Within minutes the girl that once stood there was replaced by a monster who only thursted for blood. Clothes lay on the grown, torn and shredded to the point of no return. What could make this scene worse? The couple who walked alone under the moonlight, so caught up in the other they weren't even aware of the danger that awaited them....
Brit opened her eyes then pushed herself up fast and looked around. She was on the outer part of the park now and away from anyone who might be coming this early. Looking down to herself she sighed and shook her head. The blood on the ground and her skin wasn't all hers. This meant that someone hadn't made the nights trip and would surely become famous in the newspaper as someone who had been in the wrong place at the wrong time. Of course Britnie cared somewhat, she hadn't become that heartless just yet, but she was slightly more worried about someone seeing her naked than anything else right now. Maybe because what did cover her skin was blood rather than cotton. Brit slowly lifted herself up and looked around. Surely there was something she'd be able to pull over her body until she could get cleaned up and put on some clothes of her own. Though after looking around for a bit she noticed there wasn't even that many people standing around either. Had she missed something? No one was in sight, which wasn't a bad thing completely, but that also meant there was nothing to cover her. There was no way she could play the memory lost girl again around here. The people around here were starting to get tired of that one. Not to mention there wasn't any water in sight were she was standing at the moment.
Brit decided to cover herself the best she could and walk around, dodging behind trees and bushes if she happened to see something moving. Another discovery she made while walking and looking at herself, this wasn't all her fur. She'd gotten into enough fights to know what her's looked like and these other clumps of fur were not hers. This meant that she wasn't the only werewolf roaming around here at night. It was sad because the thought of her meeting up with them was a happy thought. Thinking perhaps she'd be the under dog and this other werewolf could take her out. Death was something she wouldn't mind coming sooner than later. After all she was nothing more than a monster now, unable to really get close to anyone from fear of doing what she'd done to her family long ago. Hanging her head down she remembered looking to her younger brother and the fear in his eyes. He must have seen more than she thought, maybe of her changing back? Or was it that even in that form he could tell just by looking into her eyes that it was her. You see, that was the only problem with changing at each full moon, the memory of that night was completely blank. Bits and pieces would invade what dreams she had left, but nothing made sence and most of it she couldn't remember even when she woke up.
Britnie finally stumbled over a large coat, some jeans and a tank top. All in a bag and with the tag still on them, she quickly took them with her to a more sheltered area from the sight of anyone who might walk by. As she started to put the clothes on, she could hear a person yelling about their new clothes. Looking down at what she'd put on she shook her head. "No wonder you bought the coat with this stuff." Tossing the bag aside and walking out into the open, she covered up the small gash in her arm with her other hand. On the bright side, she could play it out that the rest of the blood on her was her own. Though after walking aways she noticed two body bags being taken from the park. Watching, she saw as an arm fell from on of the bags all bloody and torn. This was deffinately her own handy work and something she wasn't completely proud of. As she stood there though she made excuses for why this was alright and making herself look better. These two were most likely cheating on someone else or perhaps they wouldn't have even been happy together forever. At least with herself killing them, they died believing someone loved them more than anyone else ever would. Brit let out a sigh then turned around and looked at the different people standing around. Though one person stood out from all the rest and she couldn't place her finger on exactly what it was about them. Something about them smelt different and yes she could smell just as well as she could in her werewolf form. Brit made her way over to the person and tilted her head as she got close enough. She could hear them ask something about what she wanted and maybe ask her if she was alright. Shaking her head to bring herself back into the world she nodded. "Yeah I'm fine, I thought I might have known you or something. Why do you care anyways?"
