The Syndicate
A group of professionally trained specialists, paid for their skills at making untraceable assassinations. After seeking out youthful candidates with high potential, the young trainees go through years of training in their unique areas of skills until their 18th birthday when they take an exam and try for graduation. Upon a pass, Syndicate members are designated a Team or Squad with whom they will work for the rest of their career, receiving jobs immediately for high scale robbery, assassination, extraction of information etc: all according to the specific employer. For the most part they are hired by government/political bodies for the sake of progress and safety. The Syndicate is hired and paid large sums of money for their efficiency and as such, their goal is for a smart execution with no evidence of their presence left behind. A lot of careful thinking goes into every job, done by the higher ups in the Syndicate, most of their identities unknown to the squad members and trainees, (unless, of course, something seriously bad or seriously good happens because of you) and it is every members priority to follow the planning exactly. As such, all members spend a great deal of time 'in the office', formulating, discussing and practicing plans and, for the most part, stick to the usual working hours of 9-5 for the sake of keeping the facade of each member's 'normal life' realistic.
The Khaos
A group of self trained Hit men, driven by an unquenchable thirst for blood. Criminals at their worst, driven together by the high they receive from killing, this group participates in bloody ritual each month. With the madness that already exists within them combined with the competition of this ritual, Khaos members are vicious, resourceful and brutal. They work either individually or in pairs, winning and the greed of success being priority for them. With their only rewards being the respect of the other members and the enjoyment of inflicting pain and drawing life from their randomly selected victims, Khaos members also struggle with making an income: their skills allowing only casual, low paying jobs. As such, they use their skills for other criminal activities, stealing money and using it for the purposes of gambling, drug and human trafficking between challenges. Their minds are as brutal as their acts, feeling no remorse at causing death, having no problem with torturing victims and seeing no limitations when it comes to their hobby and though they assure there is no traces of their identity at a crime scene, they want the world to know they were there. that they committed murder. Life for them is a game with no end but their target's. With a microchip places just under the brain, Khaos members are enchancing their abilties. Strength, Speed, Accuracy, ETC
The Plot
Criminal activities were always present in Cleveland but until one fateful accident, the population was only aware of the very tip of the iceberg. The Syndicate, as it is referred to by it's members, is a collection of trained professional criminals working globally in the fields of hacking and assassination. For their talents they are hired by the wealthy businessmen and politicians to get their jobs done and leave without a trace. Due to their flawless work they managed to go undetected by the world for years, that was, until a coincidence in Cleveland potentially placed them in the sight of the law and resulted in a full scale death match with another under the radar organisation.
Khaos. An organisation that kills for a completely different reason. Cleveland has become the battleground for a war between Evil and Lesser Evil, the outcome of which is all dependant on you. Take up your weapons for a fight to the death. But be warned, your hits aren't the only with a target on their heads.
