This is Cecelia! She's a sweethaert who drinks a little bit but she doesn't over do it and get drunk. She's sixteen years old and love to make new friends. She's funny and adorable. She can be a bit of a party girl but she doesn't hook up with any guys. She is usually a happy girl. When she get pissed off, it really shows through her voice and face. She can be a bit scary when she is pissed. She gets a long with almost everyone except the creatures on the dark side. So she would need friends. She would need a lot of friends and a few close friends. She would probably have a few party friends as well. She would most likely have enemies. She doesn't like the dark side at all and doubt she would get along with them. So she would have some enemies. She also need some lovers. She need a final and some crushes.

Damon- Hit on her then lose interest
Cierra- Role model/good friend
Becca- Friend that will bring out Cece's crazy side
Judas- Cece's crush/close friend eventually
 This is Tony! He look eighteen but really he is thiry years old. He's an ass. He can be very maniplutive and try to get everything he wants. He hate humans and rather they be dead or his prey. He loves to party as much as possible. He's always doing drugs and drinking as much as possible. He doesn't like to show his true feelings so he drown them into drinks. So he can be very cocky...ok...he is extermely cocky. He thinks that he is the hottest thing that walked the earth. So he can be indecisive and can never make up his mind. He need a few friends. He should only have a one close friend but lots of party friends who does drugs and drink as well. He'll have a ton of enemies. He loves to make them so of course he'll have some. He'll need some lovers. He'll need one night stands as well as friends with benefits. Perhaps a final but right now he just want to party.

Damon&Cecelia - He's just going to hit on her. He pretty much hits on every girl in this site (not even kidding XD) but since she doesn't hook up with guys he'd loose interest pretty quick and go to move on. Not to mention she's gonna be like 'o.O I'm sixteen' and Damon is going to turn around and run away
Cierra&Cecelia - Hehe, it's fun to say their names together. Um, theres a good nine years between them, but they are also near the same person. She gets the same clingyness and attachement that Cecelia does. Cierra has been left a lot of times for that. If they ever got a chance to meet, I think they'd be good friends. Maybe if anything happend to her, she'd be someone she could talk to (like older person to look for advice and such. Role model maybe?)
Becca&Cecelia - Beccas gonna see her calm and shes going to want to bring out her hyper freaky side. She's too calm XP |

judas sagar & cecelia luvso i got this really osm idea for these two. judas too loves a good party, and i think that would be the place that those two would actually meet. i was thinking that cecelia gets a crush on him for a bit, and he is like a bit shocked because like everyone knows he is gay. he would feel quite bad for her, and shoot down her advances and tell her that he is gay, but i think after that they could be good friends, like after that whole scenario, he would feel all protective of her and basically act like an older brother to her? idk.. tell me what you think?? (:
the rest of my characters are over twenty, moody and ebil apart from teresa who could also be a friend. but i'm not sure, so, thoughts?

I like that idea. Cece would tell him she's sixteen but I can see that. XD It would be fun to roleplay out!
Cierra and Cece
PERFECT. Cecelia would ask Cierra for advice and such. Perhaps they could have met randomly while shopping or just walking on the street and they happen to bump into each other and started talking.
Becca and Cece
That would be fun! We should start a thread for these two XD I'm quite curious of what will happen when Becca unleash Cecelia's wild side!
Judas and Cece
Cecelia does need a crush and this one sounds really fun. She would feel a bit heart broken though but she'll get over it and I can see her getting close to him in a good way. She would probably adopt him like an older brother!

Damon&Cecelia - Oh dear, I'd love to but he'd being overthrown with threads. I'm trying to get them down to six XD I've got seven almost eight with him but when they do go down, I'll let you know :)
Cierra&Cecelia - She's been through a lot so she can have some good adult advice...

keegan&&tony - Although Tony's personality is something that Keegan really hates, he's totally up for partying. Other than that they might be eneimies since Keegan likes humans and has many human friends.

Perhaps they can be frenemies. Where they are party buddies but enemies if it is anything else. It would be fun! Perhaps we should do a thread with them partying or fighting!
