Darby, despite being a sweet girl, doesn’t have too many friends. She’s rather reserved and closed off from people, which makes them think that they can’t be close to her. Most of the time, people don’t even bother to notice her or make the effort to get to know her. Those that have though, have found a loyal friend who would lay down her life for them. Darby is one of the most trustworthy people around, and a good should to cry on. As long as she doesn’t talk about herself, Darby is good.

This little red head most likely has more enemies than friends. It seems to be an Ellis thing. Anyways, there are those who just flat out don’t like her, either because they think she needs to speak up for herself or don’t like the fact that she’s so quite. Then there are those who have used Darby, and it’s fair to say that normally ends up as a mutual dislike. And then there are those who totally get the wrong impression of Darby. They think she is snooty and stood up because she doesn’t talk much, though that’s far from the truth. They don’t like being ignored when Darby is off daydreaming, even though she never even realized that she was being talked to.

Honestly, Darby is seriously lacking in this department. She’s never had a serious boyfriend. Not once. Actually, scratch that. The girl has never had a boyfriend, never dated a guy, has never had a one night stand, has never even kissed a guy. Sure, Darby has had crushes on guys, but she never acted on them. At most, it was more of a daydream about them from afar kind of thing. And there have been guys who have liked her, but never approached her about it, or if they did, Darby was too oblivious to notice. I think some cute things can happen between her and the right guy. Anyone up for it?

Aaron hasn't met, let alone befriended, many other supernatural beings. He's not even sure if they are other supernaturals, besides the crazy woman that bit him. He hasn't decided yet which are better, supernaturals or humans. He hopes that the supernaturals are less panicky than humans, who have proven to be closed-minded and flee or faint when they discover he is some kind of strange creature. Since He's already met Darby and she is a firetamer, maybe she could use her powers accidentally, whioh reveals to him that she is "different" also. With Aaron being the inquisitive guy that he is, he would want to find out more and they could end up getting to know each other better with some kind of mutual benefit involved. I'm up for anything with him really, so if you have any funny/awkward or random ideas they would probably work out well too.

Sam likes to prank people, especially shy people because he enjoys getting a rise out of them, and they are the easiest type to accomplish this with. He isn't necessarily cruel with what he does, but some things can cross the line. Maybe they start off as enemies(like most people he meets), but then Sam starts to care about her as a friend, even though he denies it and he starts to be nice(not completely nice, just treating her a little better than he treats other people) to her for whatever reason, maybe because he knows what it's like to have a weird/evil family. Because he is active, he could naturally help Darby get out of her shell. Any other random plot ideas are welcome here as well.

I love it! <333 It's hard for Darbs to make friends because she tries to avoid any situation where that can happen. I can't see her accidentally using her powers just because she was never very good at fire taming and it typically isn't her first response. But I think if she got scared of something (we could think of a situation then) she would, especially if she didn't know Aaron was there. We can plan it out. Anything funny and awkward would be lovely because that seems to sum up Darby <333

Aw! Too cute! <333 Darby would absolutely detest Sam at first, especially because she doesn't know how to stand up for herself so she'd just take his pranks. And after he started being a bit nicer, she wouldn't trust him completely. But eventually Darby would come around because she honestly doesn't like to hate people. She'd probably care for Sam like she would a brother. And I like the idea of him helping her our of her shell.

darbs is so cute.<3 for some reason, i feel like jackson would feel a strong connection with her. which is strange. but maybe it's because she's so adorable. anyways, i see them bumping into each other every once in awhile and jackson genuinely makes an effort at small talk and then trying to get to know her. she reminds him a little bit of his mother who was the only human that jackson didn't dislike entirely. and i think that's why. she just has that nature about her that i really like. whatcha think?

I love love love the idea of best friends. Darby certainly needs one. Every girl needs someone to talk to, right? At first, I think she'd be a little intimidated by the age difference but she'd get over it quickly and love Vi.

I'm glad you think she'd cute. I thought she was quite adorable myself <3 I like the idea of her and Jackson having some sort of connection without really knowing why. She'd definitely be intimidated by how much older Jackson is at first, but like with Vi, she'd eventually get used to it. Darby would probably look up to him as a mentor of some sort.
