STYLE He like wearing simple t-shirts and jeans his favourite item of clothing is a t-shirt which is quite worn from all the use. He hates dressing up but if the occasion arises he will, although he will sulk about it. Some of his clothes have long since gone out of fashion, but he refuses to get rid of them because he gets attached to the items. He thinks that if he keeps all his clothes then he wont be able to forget the memories which he associates with them.

Alex generally keeps to himself and tries to stay out of the spot light, he finds that by doing this he's able to understand the things that are going on around him. He also likes knowing all the facts, although sometimes he jumps to conclusions to fast. He feels that if he were to stand out then he would be picked on so he stays in the shadows of other people. He allows others to have the spotlight he deserves because he likes knowing that he has the element of surprise on his side. If they don't expect him to do something it will be more likely that he goes unnoticed and can get away with most things. Alex likes to think that he's just shy but the truth is he's quite manipulative, he doesn't like that side of himself so he tries to hide it. Though sometimes it can seep through the gaps. Alex draws to relax when he's frustrated, he dislikes being angry but can't help it sometimes. That's what got him in trouble with his brother.

Alex keeps his style as simple as possible because this helps him blend in, also he finds that listening to rock music can help him focus on the goals he has. He thinks that chavs should get a life and should stop pretending to be something their not. Alex has many secrets but most of them aren't that serious, he likes to keep to himself. It's hard for him to trust people but when he does trust he does it to the full and wont betray his friends. Although sometimes it's hard for him to tell who's really his friend or who's just in it for gain reasons and not him. Alexander's trust has been broken many times that's why he likes to be extra cautious with the people he keeps around him. He may appear polite at first but if you don't seem like a trust worthy person then you wont be seeing Alex any time soon, if he can prevent it. Even though Alex is quit anti-social he sometimes feels quite lonely although he wont let on to this. He doesn't need anyone else, right?

OVERALL
Alex's has led quite a boring life until he was about fourteen. Then he found out that his brother wasn't the person he thought he was, he found out that Matt was a lying and cheating person not the kind one Alex had experienced previously. So when he discovered that Matt was also into gambling Alex couldn't control his anger and went for him. Starting a fight. But Alex was younger and couldn't hold his own so he was worse of then his brother. That was where he got his scars from and from then on he hasn't really had any contact with his brother unless during family gatherings and even during those he would try to avoid him, saying nothing more than absolutely necessary. Alex has always had trouble controlling his anger, he doesn't know where this anger comes from but when he get angry he can't stop, he doesn't think and hits the closest thing or even person next to him. Alex knows that anger wont help anything but that doesn't mean that he's able to stop it.

Alexander isn't that close to his family, he talks to them and answers their questions but if he can prevent it he doesn't start discussions. He likes to keep to himself. Alex's parents had him and his brother when they were quite young. This meant that he didn't have the best of quality of life when growing up. His parent's had to work a lot to be able to take care of him this left little time to spend together. Although they tried scheduling times for them to spend together but that felt fake to Alex, it felt forced and nothing like he had imagined spending time with his parents should feel like. Before the disagreement between him and his brother they were pretty close because they were alone most of the time and getting up to mischief. His brother being a few years older felt that he had the right to pick on Alex but it was harmless at the time with time it became more humiliating and less physical. The fight was the breaking point between them, and Alex hadn't been able to trust him by than.

Although Alex's childhood wasn't that bad he liked to dream about what it would be like to have a better one. He felt like if his parent had spent more time with him then maybe he wouldn't be as shy and wouldn't hate crowds as much. Maybe then he would feel more confident spending time with others and not just keeping to himself. He feels envious of other although he knows that some people have it worse of. Alex had big dreams for his future but then abandoned then taking one day at a time, because he wanted not to worry about what was going to happen but just look forward to what was ahead of him and not waste time. He can be sulky and sometimes unbearably moody but he thinks if you don't like that about him then you should go somewhere else and that it's not his problem to deal with. Although Alex's past isn't that interesting and exiting he wants to make his future better and more eventful then what his life had been so far. He doesn't want anyone else to decide on what he's going to do for the rest of his life, he feels that it should be his choice and decided by his actions. When he was smaller Alex would daydream quite a lot of his perfect life but now he's realised that his dreams have changed and that he has no idea what he wants really.

Alex was walking through a deserted ally way, he could feel the eeriness of it. It was a cold night, and Alex was regretful about not wearing his coat. He hadn't anticipated the weather to get that much colder. He made a mental note to himself to remember next time to be prepared. All he could hear was his own footsteps hitting the ground and nothing else. The place was poorly lit and he couldn't help but imagine what was lurking in the shadows his imagination getting the best of him. Alex was heading home and had taken a short cut he had known. But now he regretted doing so because the place was begging to freak him out.

The moon was high in the sky and for a moment Alex wished that he had his sketch pad with him. This would make a good piece of art, the whole thing was like a scene out of a horror book. The part where something was about to jump out at the main character. The kind of moment which would be told around the camp fire. Alex stopped the way his thoughts were leading him, he didn't want to freak himself out more than he already was. He quickened his pace wanting to get out of there as soon as possible and go home to his warm and cosy bed. He wanted to close his eyes and drift of into dream land where there was nobody and nothing to worry about. Where he wouldn't be judged and wouldn't have to hide the parts of him that didn't fit in to others thoughts of him. Where he didn't have to mould himself to others expectations and didn't have to worry about disappointing them when you do something out of the normal for him.

Alex hated other having big expectations of him, what if what they expected him to do was impossible or maybe he didn't want to step out of his way to make others happy, in the process making himself miserable. That's what people wanted. They wanted everything to be about them an how they feel. Sometime he felt like others wanted him to be someone else and fit into the good boys façade which he could never do. Either people should except him and who he is or they can bugger of and not talk to him. A car driving past snapped him out of his thoughts making him jump into the air. He knew now that he was near the end and started going faster again almost a jog now. The light at the end now showing. Home was close now and he could just got to sleep and forget everything. That s until he wakes up and has to face reality again.
