Her apartment was quite big, and it's not like she needs money, but still it was empty a lot and it would be nice to provide to someone who needed it. That was Tessa for you though, always wanting to look after people, make sure that they get the opportunities they need and all. She was someone you could trust and lean on, she was sweet, though the moment you do something to threaten those she loves you're on her shit list. She does like to say 'oh there might be hope for you' but sometimes even she is proven wrong, and that's really sad. None the less, she was on a hunt and decided to put some of the ads in some shop windows. As much as the people of Manuka enjoyed their cars, they also enjoyed the walking and someone was bound to pick up the ad. That's why, on this sunny day, Teresa was leaving her home with a smile on her face and a hope for the room mate, who she would now be getting excited about. She hadn't really seen Iain to tell him she was getting a roomie yet, but she would the next time she would see him. She was sure that he would encourage her. None the less, Teresa did have friends and all, but none of them really needed a place to stay and for her, sometimes the silence got too much. The first stop was her boutique store, the one she worked at, Teresa didn't own any stores. She didn't really need to ask for permission when he taped the small piece of paper onto the window. Once done, she took a step back to admire her own work, really hoping that this would work an someone would call in. She offered a good price, she wasn't even asking the person to pay half, and if they thought it was too good to be true, then they were mistaken because Teresa would always give as much as she promised. tag: tasha word count: enough lyric credit: colbie caillat notes: bby! |
