OVERALL
Elena is surprisingly a very bubbly and caring person, despite her past. She tries to make the most of everything and often mothers other people and takes care of them. Even thought she isn't a big sister anymore, she still has the urges to look after people and does what she possibly can for the people she loves. However due to her troubled past, it doesn't take much, just a simple reminder of her family and she can become subdued in seconds. She tries to shrug it off but the cloud of gloom hanging over her head becomes almost visible. It is not hard to tell when she is upset.
Overall, she is a headstrong personality, extremely caring and protective, and is clever although she doesn't often get the chance to show that she is. Being quite frail looking she is often overseen and looked down upon, something she has become acustomed to. To be honest, she's just content that she's still alive.

OVERALL
Elena was brought up in Kent, England on the outskirts of the city. Her house was a dirty white plastered house that looked like a farmhouse and was located down a wide and open road off a main road, surrounded by fields and a few other houses nearby. The Platt family were typically homely and they loved their life. Elena loved to play with her younger brother and sister but starting in her teens she started to become a very sickly child. She would often miss chunks of school days and would spend days, weeks, sometimes even months in bed. It was found her immune system wasn't up to scratch and every little germ was infecting her and weakening her more and more. She managed to be home school by her mother from the ages of 14-16 and within that time became almost bed-ridden for her own health. Elena became very bored and her bright mind became wild with imagination. For hours she would stare out of the window towards the valleys beyond the fields in front of their house and dream of being out there, exploring and even feeling the grass between her toes and wind in her hair just once more. She longed to be well again and when she saw no end to her illness, she started to get suicidal tendancies and often attempted self harm in hope of ending her life. Being bed bound didn't give her many opportunities however and she was always caught or rescued before she ended her life. It was one night where she was contemplating seriously ending it all as she was staring out of her window towards the moon for what she thought would be the last time, that it happened. She watched as wolf after wolf appeared from the hills of the valley, galloping over the field, creating an awful echo of howls surrounding them. They advanced towards the house and their howls awoke the surrounding houses. Squares of light appeared from the darkness where people had been quietly in slumber and been awaken by the racket of the beasts. Elena's father awoke and immediately ran down the stairs to view the start of the massacre. People opening their doors to see what was going on were immediately ripped to pieces by the wolves. Elena's father grabbed his gun and attempted to fight off the wolves, protecting his family, only to be dragged off by a couple of wolves out of sight. Screams filled the air and Elena summoned the strength to run down the stairs and attempt to ward off the rest of the pack. Her mother and siblings were hiding in the cupboard under the stairs, her mother thinking Elena would be safe up in her room. Elena ran to pick up her fathers dropped gun and attempted to shoot some attacking wolves, merely warning them off for a few seconds while she ran back into the house. Screaming to find the rest of her family, her mother opened the cupboard door and Elena handed the gun to her mother just in time as a wolf pounced on her and dragged her off just like her father. Elena didn't know it, but seconds later, her mother, brother and sister were ripped to shreds by who was her father.
It was as the teeth sunk into her arm as she was being dragged away that she felt the change. It started deep within her and mutated with her DNA in her blood...in her bones.... it made her feel stronger than she'd felt in a long time. Invinsible almost. Different.
Her defected immune system had merged with Werewolf DNA, which she found out later, allowed her to morph into the form of a Wolf at will.
After the trauma, Elena felt transformed. Her family and surrounding friends had been wiped out of existence and she felt alone. She researched the massacre of the Mackenzie Wolves as it was now known in History and decided now her life was to start a new. She now became Elena Cera Mackenzie - A constant reminder of the influence of the wolves, both good and bad. Her now middle name 'Cera' was a mark of respect for each of her family who had passed, each letter in it the first of theirs. Cylvia. Edward. Ren. Aaron.
She was conflicted about the wolves. She was enraged about the death of her family yet was happy to have been given a second chance at life when she was at her lowest. She feels extremely guilty that her family were slaughtered for her to have that chance however, thus, she wants redemption and will do whatever it takes to find and kill that pack that killed her former life and most of all, her family.
Even if the one who killed them was her father...

RP SAMPLE{Copied from an old RP I have previously written from another site}
The pheremones coming from these two dimwitted dingbats was practically thickening the air and making her feel nauceous. She pretend gagged as the Hufflepuff fussed and flitted around the Gryffindor like Bimbo Barbie over Ken. How absolutely tragic.
She rolled her eyes once more and returned her attentions to her book, placidly tearing at her bread roll and laying a small chunk on her tongue before slowly chewing it....
The sound of their conversation peaking her interests once more. His question was directed to her. She simply looked up under her eyebrows, her piercing grey eyes boring into Harrison.
"Oh Please" she moaned sarcastically. The fact he was even daring talk to her, his used air blowing his ghastly germs on her face...eurgh. It disgusted her to a point of being unable to focus for a few seconds. She looked back down to her book, ignoring his question. Her inner voice was screaming, Bloody Gryffindors, cocky little sh !ts.
It was then, after flicking a page, creating a line of crumbs to get wedged between the pages did the Hufflepuff pipe up. Cat simply raised her eyebrows, again shocked that they were even trying to pick at her in attempt to annoy her moreso. The truth was they were bugging her, they were bugging her by just being alive...let alone breathing down her neck at her own house table.
She lowered one eyebrow at the Hufflepuff and stood up, dragging the book from the table and making a heavy yet dull scrape along it's wooden exterior. She put on a voice a little higher tone and typically American teenage girl to mock her.
"Like, oh my god. It's so beautiful from here isn't it?" she said, reaching out to almost touch Harri's arm, getting overdramatic in her insult towards her. She pulled her arm back and cradled her hand like she had just touched an open flame and her fingertips had burnt to a cinder.
"The reason why we have the best view is because we are the best" she scolded her, ending her sentence with a sneer of a smile.
"Oh and you..." she turned to Harrison.
"Don't forget to disinfect the area you've both sat when you're done. I assume that's one of your duties as Head Boy, no?" she smirked, flicking her hair slightly behind her shoulder and cradling the book. She turned on her heel and began to walk away before stopping. A smirk playing fully on her lips, she turned to face them once again.
"We don't want the wood rotting from any diseases from horrid insects".
